My go to chippy for a huge breki to an amazing lunch. Staff are the best and can't do enough. The manager I think sorry if I'm wrong is so kind and will always have a chat x

We ordered fish and chips and jumbo battered sausage and gravy. The chips and gravy were very good as they were before . Unfortunately the sausage was mushy and had no batter on it. I had requested extra crispy batter on the fish but it was thick soft batter clearly not cooked long enough. The distance from chip shop to house was 300 yards so should not have been long enough to go soggy in transit.

This our local chippy. We don't use it often, but when we do you are guaranteed a very friendly welcome. Excellent service from all staff. Reasonable prices, tasty food.

Lovely fresh food as always very reasonable pricing very joyful staff especially the young couple that was working today. The young lady who IS IN CHARGE made is always joyful and chatty and makes the visit to here an enjoyable one

Very nice chips clean and friendly could come down with the prices though bit steep they could do little meals for kids like burger and chips at £1 99 like McDonald's as kids really don't eat a lot nor do pensioner's so they could sacrifice a little but they are very nice a place to stop if your going past this area

had the fish & chips here and they were delicious, highly recomend, not really one for chip shops, but enjoyed the food here

Visited Mayhill chip bar yesterday evening for fish and chip take away exellant fish and chips nice staff and spotlessly clean would definitely visit again
