May Wah in Blackpool

Absolute joke. Ordered at 8pm, currently 10:30 and nothing. Their phone number just rings out no answer. Poor absolutely poor. My kids are starving and crying. I’ve just had to get John Joe out the freezer to heat up

Ordered for 1st time as my regular chinese takeaway was really poor on last visit.... Positive arrived on time ( 10 mins early actually ) and was piping hot. Special chow mein nice and tasty as was the other halves chicken in plum sauce, EFR was ok........The salt and pepper chips were possibly the worst I have ever had, half cooked at best and just normal chips with a few bits of onion thrown in.

Got salt pepper chicken .coating was rock hard throw it in bin . Phone and just bad attitude . Sure every time theres bad reviews it seems to changes owners

Waste of time ordered on just eat at 6pm for a 8.15 -8.45 delivery.....quarter past 9 still no delivery tried ringing but just rang out so ordered for a much better place (new star wok) that one turned up within 20 minutes of ordering . To then receive a message at 10.15 pm To say my order has been canceled due to a error terrible is a understatement

I ordered a chow main and egg friend rice and curry sauce at 9:19pm and was waiting for my food to come, I looked at the time and it was coming to 10:50 so I was so confused I opened my order back up and it said it had delivered so after taking money out my bank and me waiting so long for two products I rang. I rang 30 times and there was no answer from 9:50-11. So if you want me to be honest I wouldn’t order from here again. Last time we had the food I had a dodgy belly too. So I would definitely order somewhere else it’s a complete joke.

food arrived an hour late everything was wet and cold. The salt and pepper fries had no salt or pepper. We ordered two different dishes and both tasted the same. same vegetables same sauce. I don't recommend it, it's a tragedy. Tłumacz rozmowy

Not sure why all the reviews are bad. It was superb. Once ordered we were looking to cancel as we had read the reviews and no one was answering the phone to track the delivery. However it did come after about an hour or so. Food was delicious. Would order again. Don’t base your choice on reviews as they aren’t always correct.

I ordered a beef curry with boiled rice and my partner ordered a beef chow mein, we ordered a side order of chips to share. Delivery was very good and we only had to wait about twenty minutes. We have used this take away before but it appears to have changed hands recently and this is certainly where the problem lies. The beef in both dishes was tough as old boot leather and was more like huge chunks rather than bite sized pieces. The chow mein sauce was very watery and hardly had any taste where as the curry tasted tangy and not very nice at all. The chips were nice and that's about all I can say. All in all it was an expensive portion of chips as the rest went in the bin

Cheeky break away was in the apartment and in need of food we stumbled across this fantastic takeaway delivery was in no time at all food was tasty and portion size was big nothing bad to say

Not great to be fair. Ordered through ubereats they took the money and then said they couldn't deliver . No refund no food.

Been to lots of Chinese Take aways in Blackpool, and have found this one to be the best so far. Three different meals ordered, all hot and very tasty, and all eaten with gusto. Well done the Chef and staff, will deffo use again, and it was delivered bang on time.

Fabulous takeaway had at least 5 time now and we’ve never been disappointed. Kung po king prawns are fabulous

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had - absolutely tasteless ordered the sweet and sour chicken - quite simply dreadful. Never again

THE worst Chinese I have ever had in my life. Ordered a munchie box which had 3 pieces of over cooked dry chicken in it (supposed to feed 4) all over cooked and freezing cold. Chicken wings were black inside and the sauce that came with it was that cold it had solidified and was about the size of a thimble woukdnt even have been enough for one. The whole lot has gone in the bin and I will never ever order from here again and will be advising friends and family the same. Disgusting

Ordered a lot of food between several of us having a few beers and a takeaway on a Friday night. Delivered within the hour, all hot and fresh. Everything I tried was decent. Shredded duck pancakes were brilliant, plenty of meat. The food also looked different from some of the pictures posted in previous reviews so maybe they've made improvements recently.

Food lovely great idea for meal deal checken and sweetcorn soup. spring rolls. chicken curry and rice all for £10 . Big pieces of chicken too. Pity they don't do any others. Cantonies sweet and sour didn't have lots of sauce but tasty enough .

If I could give it zero stars i would. Food is now over 2 hours late, we were told its on its way 50minutes ago and we only live 10 minutes away from this take away. Customer service is none existent as she rudely hung up on me after i complained of waiting for 2 hours. No refund offered no goodwill gesture nothing. Paid for food I never received.

Dish was served in a curry type sauce, although I ordered on a mushroom special? Disappointed, wouldn't bother again!

Either over an extra 2 hour over delivery estimated time or it won’t get delivered... very rude customer service from the lady on the phone who put the phone down on me, wouldn’t pick up the phone again, lied about where our delivery was, kept me on hold and was swearing to her staff there, an overall bad experience & only came here 3 times. First time we gave them the benefit of the doubt and enjoyed their salt & pepper ribs, but last night we didn’t get chance to even try what the food was like with it never being delivered.

We made the mistake of assuming it couldn't be that bad... it was and the wait is ridiculous! We waited 2.5 hours. We rang and asked to collect they told us it was out for delivery (without knowing who we were) so my boyfriend offered...
