Maws Craft Centre in Telford and Wrekin

Stopped off for a coffee and cake whilst walking to dog. Will have to come back for a proper look around but was very nice!

Not much open on a Sunday afternoon sadly!

Great place to visit, very interesting, lots of nice things to buy or just browse. The downside to all this is it's incredibly difficult if you are disabled especially if you are in wheelchair !

Maws Craft Centre is an absolute delight! From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice or share interesting tidbits about the artists and their creations. The centre itself is an excellent place to visit. It's filled with a wide variety of beautiful and unique handmade crafts, showcasing the talents of local artisans. I was particularly impressed with the range of items on offer, from ceramics and jewellery to textiles and woodwork - there truly is something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a special gift or simply want to treat yourself, I would highly recommend a visit to Maws Craft Centre. It's a wonderful place to support local artists and discover truly special pieces.

An interesting but small place. However, almost everywhere here seems to close pretty early so if you want a cup of tea or ice cream get these sooner rather than later!

Really lovely little place. Lots of little small shops owned by small businesses selling a range of handmade goodies such as artwork, jewellery and candles. Lovely tea room and a fabulous chocolate shop. The candle shop smells amazing and the candles and diffusers are really lovely quality. Well worth a visit to check out all these small businesses and have a bite to eat too!

Been at the tile press cafe quite a few times. Food is very good.

Tucked away next to the river, a hidden gem. Not all franchises open but definitely worth a visit.

Lovely cafe and shops if you want to buy something special. We went to the cafe after walking to Ironbridge and back. Beautiful tranquil location with lots of places to visit near by. The cafe was ace!!

Some interesting shops but a lot of them weren't open... Lacked armosphere as no one around. Doesn't make you feel you want to revisit. Cafe welcoming though and reasonable prices... But card payments only which doesn't suit everyone. A lovely set up but not working to its full potential.

Very nice area and a lovely old building housing many many small businesses. Artists, glass shops, upholstery shops, candle makers and small café, restaurants. Well worth a visit.

Unfortunately when we got it was mostly closed so impossible to rate.

Lovely craft centre but just a shame so many of the individual shops were closed due to visiting on a bank holiday. Those that were open had some lovely items but a lot were quite pricey.

Apart from Rods excellent paintings this place was very disappointing. Not a lot of quality products and rather lack lustre

Beautiful place kinky glass beautiful jewellery hand made coin shop that hand cut coins and make them into jewellery. Have purchased a couple now with coins with my birth year and friends. Remarkable place to visit

Lovely food.Upstairs booked meals freezing.Take a blanket ,hot water bottle scarf and mittens!!!

A great little bespoke centre with a range of craft shops. A little quiet, but wonderful people. We stopped at the cafe too. Dogs welcome. Great food. Coeliacs very well catered for.

What a delightful place, friendly and curtious staff, food is excellent. Their hot chocolate is very impressive. It is always a pleasure to call in.

A lovely place to have a mooch around. Some really wonderful creative spaces! As each unit is it's own business they can be open at different times which sometimes makes it a bit hit and miss but weekends are a good time to visit.

We had afternoon tea for our friends baby shower here and honestly I couldn't fault it.

I love it, but personally I always feel a bit awkward waking into an artists studio; like if you don’t buy anything you’re effectively rejecting them - maybe I should just be less empathetic! There are some great works to see, and of course a lovely cafe.

A very nice place to visit, a few different independent shops selling items not typically found on your high street. Good coffee shop, art, craft, jewellery plants candles glass and wooden items can be found.

A collection of various shops that leaves you open to different crafts, items and ideas. It is reminiscent of that 'village corner' where everyone is friendly and nice. Amazing coffee, amazing staff and an amazing hidden gem that deserves praise. Shout out to the craft shop!

Quite hard to find no prices on the vehicles . No information on the vehicle had to move loads of cars for test drive . Top prices being asked.

Very good cappuccino (probably the best in the area), nice interior downstairs and upstairs, seating also outside and good quality food.

Visited the cafe here when out walking. Fantastic potion sizes , we ordered the avacado and egg on toast and was enough to share between 2. The coffee was great, even better they offer milk alternatives. Located in a beautiful courtyard setting with lots of boutique shops and businesses to explore. Would definitely recommend.

The Tile Press food was excellent. Many of the makers were not in though despite plenty of potential buyers being around on a Saturday.

Called into the cafe there and had the best Mocha I've had in a long time.

Was very disappointed with the crafe centre the the shops on the had very high steps and me and my friend are both disabled with roators so we could not go in all we could go in was Tilly's chocolate shop and cafe which were the best there we were there half and hour and the disable toliet was blocked off do we could not go to the loo, There was a ramp available but no body new where it was very disappointed

Popped in with my grandson while visiting from Spain. It's just up his street. His never seen anything like it before. Wonderful experience for him. The man who plains with a glass pen inspired him. Thank you sir for taking the time to explain you art to him.
