Little trouble with the app but called the restaurant. Super friendly response from them and when the order arrived the driver was super friendly. Tucking into a delicious hot meal now. Thanks so much and great customer service.

Very friendly delivery drivers. Food was very good quality and enjoyable, the best kebabs I have had. I tried the chicken kebab for the first time this week and enjoyed it so much I ordered another one 2 days later, think I am hooked!

No chicken in the kebab - most went in bin, not the best experience

This delivery was ok. But…. I went in the shop last night. Ordered a large donner. When I paid on card the card machine was slammed on the counter. Nice attitude guys!! My kebab was every light too like a medium. I get you prefer cash but you’ve lost my custom now with bad attitude. Well done mr mcgreedy.

while the food was good as always , only one item.of the salad I ordered was in it(onion) and was with lettuce which wasn't ordered as I don't like it.

Always guaranteed top quality food.

Hand full of chicken in a tough pitta full of lettuce and onion. Very watery garlic mayo and little of anything else. Chicken was bland with no flavour. The place has gone down hill. One of the worse kebabs I’ve ever eaten. Had a pepperoni pizza and that was just as bad. Undercooked base, too much cheese and greasy as!!! Feel ripped off.

Pathetic order. Missed off items, food that did arrive was cold and when I called, I was rudely fobbed off. Do not order from here.

Set order to be delivered at 7:20pm no earlier, only for it to be delivered at 8:05 45 minutes late to when I ordered it, when I call they stated it said for it to be delivered at 8 which is incorrect as I have proof of 7:20pm and I know this because it said it was delivered at 7:20pm! DONT know what happens if they have ordered later then the time but seems they state they have delivered it when they haven’t! Food was shocking kebab was not edible dry and had a strange taste!!

We had 2 donner kebabs, a halloumi & salad pitta, a pizza and 2 portions of chips. Everything was hot, delicious and the portions were massive. We'll definitely order again!

The food is always great from this restaurant. There are always big portions. The pizzas are amazing considering pizzas aren't their main thing. Kebabs are delicious. The standard is always high and delivery people kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Ordered mixed kebab box and it was too salty . Could not eat it. also had a garlic pizza which was ok.

The pitta breads were missing from our order. but the rest of the order was delicious, and not worth worrying about the breads.

Delivery always pleasant but my order the last 3 times have been wrong. It’s frustrating that the more expensive items just happen to be the ones that are replaced with lower value. Kebab Ye used to be amazing but even the food quality has dipped. The chips are no longer the amazing kebab ye chips I’d crave after a night out. just gonna go to the Dawley Kebab Ye and do pick up 👌

Arrived in good a lot earlier than expected however the order was completely wrong, didn’t give option to order without sauce so I called to explain no sauce and arrived with sauce all over the order, they said oh well and would refund. Explained didn’t want refund I would like them to deliver food I ordered they said yes and never showed up! A lot of money for food we couldn’t eat!

Been there to get chicken kebab with fries and didn't checked what they've put in the bag. After 8 hours of work I was expecting to get what I ordered. Got home (15 min away) just to open my bag and find that they've put lamb as well, and I wouldn't complain if it was a little bit of lamb, but in this case I ordered only chicken and 80% of the meat was lamb. Please check at the shop before you leave.

food was amazing today. notes are always read, and carried out if I wanted a swap etc. I tried the Donner calzone today for the first time. I'm not keen on peppers or onions which came with it on the menu but they were really good to swap for sweetcorn & mushroom instead! I highly recommend ordering from here. we are a family of 5 and enjoy a treat we have ordered from here a few times and the food has been constantly amazing.an option to get salad/sauce on box meal burgers would be nice though

Chips were mixed with cooked and partially cooked , chicken burger had no salad I was fairly underwhelmed

Barely any sauce, the chicken was all dry, the donner was dry and very stingy on the chips too! Don’t normally have problems from here so a bit annoyed.

The most disgusting food i have ever tasted in my life. Please take my advice, do not order from here. Food arrived cold, the kebab meat had the vilest taste, and the pizza was that undercooked the whole top slid off, pure slop. I am contacting Just Eat for my money back!!!

Decided we wanted a takeaway from the kabab ye. It was me, my mom and my dad ordering. Mom went somewhere else for her food. My food was good where as they completely messed up on my dad's order. My dad wanted donner meat in large narn bread with sweet chilli sauce with NO salad. My mom went and collected it, brought it back and my dad got a completely different order to what he asked for, he got some Donner meat with jalapenos on top with pita bread and the wrong sauce. I rang them up and explained that they gave us the wrong order and they said they'll make a new one and that my mom had to collect it. So my mom went out for the second time to collect the new one, she came home and my dad opened it to find a freezing cold narn bread with cold Donner meat on the inside which had barely any sauce on and it was mixed in with salad. Rang them up for the second time and explained that the food is freezing cold and there was salad which we never wanted and the woman said and I quote "I've done it myself so it can't be cold" then begins getting argumentative with me and my dad after I put her on speaker for my dad to hear aswell. She claims that it's not cold and nothings wrong with it while being argumentative over the phone. The woman tried getting my mom to come down for a third time for a new one but we refused as my mom's food was already cold due to going down to get my dad's food again. Wouldn't recommend this place at all! Never going again! This is one of our few local kabab's and we aren't going again due to the lack of respect and poor attitude to customers 😡😡

Staff are most welcoming with a lovely warm smile and hello from all behind the counter. Food is spot on every time large chicken sheesh kebab doesn’t disappoint. They take card and cash but cash is king!

Really weird experience. App said food due at 1800-1820 but at 1750 food was still being prepared and then the doorbell rang with the food. The food was completely cold except the chips. At 1830, after the food had been here 40 mins, the app said the food was on its way. Don't know what happened but considering the order time to delivery time was only 20 mins we were surprised at how cold it was

Food was tasty, kebab portion sizes were good. Unfortunately they put the incorrect sauce on one order so had to bring the review down. Sauce can make or break the kebab, and this sauce broke it.

Charge £4 delivery tight on the cheese even tho I paid for extra and the chicken was red inside would expect quality for the price so won't be ordering from there again

Actually, prices have increased significantly over the last couple of years. Sadly this has reduced my usage and will effect my spending here. Used to be well priced, now. Nope

The food is immaculate, the staff are incredibly friendly and when I went to get some food from them they gave my daughter a free portion of chips for the wait! Couldn't reccomend this place enough it's great!!

The food is nice but somehow the stuff struggling to take the orders properly. I have told them i do not need bread because of high gluten intolerance and they ignore it, i noticed when i got home that they put my food in a pita bread. I was too tired to go back and complain, rather just put that food into the bin. They must trained their staff about food allergies and intolerances as it is a mandatory for hospitality workers but their actions actually proof the opposite. These mistakes are very dangerous.

Asked fora chicken and done meat mixed kebab with salad didnt cook fresh took meat from a pot was quite greasy and cold more salad than meat quite disappointed didnt see usual guys in there the standards have dropped I was quite disappointed wont use again the chicken.i wanted was on skewers I was given chicken from a pot cold too disappointed 😞

This used to be the best kebab ye round here.. I order every week from here but the quality and customer satisfaction has gone down.. they regularly mess orders up.. bring back the old staff

Review for the new chip shop next to kebab ye (same owner) So happy i have found this place. I have moved to telford recently and haven't found a good chip shop anywhere yet. This place is amazing. The food is delicious and is hot even when you get home. The price's for the food are fair. The portions are large and have a large variety of choice. The people behind the till are polite and friendly and make you smile. The shop is so clean which is a big point. Have been twice in the past two weeks and both times impressed!

Thought I’d change my usual takeaway & give this place a go. All the food went straight to the bins 😔

The food was very well cooked and tasted nice! Nothing was wrong with the order and everything was fast and cheap. I know for the future I can always rely on this Kebab Ye as the staff are helpful and delivered my food to me whilst it still being quite warm. The delivery was not overly expensive as most of the other restaurents, and if you all want hot, tasty food, Kebab Ye Stirchley is the one for you

Really good service every visit and is possibly one of the best takeaways on the south side of the M54. Glad that they opened in Stirchley.

Too many errors were made on our last order. There is plenty of choice in Telford. Choose somewhere different.

Always wrong order that turns up then the customer gets the blame very rude phone service and come cold 3 times won't be wasting my money there again.

Owner of shop does not understand customer service in the slightest. He got my order wrong. Raised his voice against me even though my voice never changed. He got so angry and told me to get out and clearly said "I'm shouting because you are making me angry" when I asked him why his voice was being raised - poor response. Poor, poor and very poor service.

Not sure. The meat was really tender which is something I am not used to from a Kebab Ye and I prefer mine a bit drier. Just my personal taste and for this reason alone I gave 4 stars. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a small table with 4 chairs so if it is not too busy you can eat in the shop. There is ample parking as they share a carpark with Co-Op and several other food outlets. There is disabled parking right outside the shop.
