My burger was half eaten and there was spit in my burger, i saw the chef picking his nose and scratching his bottom and the chefs son was doing rude gestures at me!!!

my burgers had 3 bites out of it and a bone was left in the middle!!!!!!!!i will not be going again for this sort of service furthermore food was cold and didn’t come until 2 and a half hours later

The best, always… freshest salads and sauce’s accompanying huge portion of meat. The veg kebab with extra charred halloumi just as I like it!! You won’t find better in Somerset.

By far the best kebab in the south west and I have had them all. Fresh ingredients full of flavour and great portion size. I cannot recommend enough. Lovely family business and the food speaks for itself. Fantastic.

This kebab shop, by an absolute mile is the best kebab shop in Taunton. From the presentation of the shop, how clean it is and how friendly the staff are to the food it’s 5 star. We have been coming here since opening and it’s the best kebab in Taunton by far. What a lot of takeaways lack in Taunton is consistency. Ismail and his family deliver quality fresh ingredients always cooked to the customers liking. The meat is top quality. Nothing is too much bother. He values all his regular customers always generous with his portions. When he shuts and goes away we don’t go anywhere else. He is the best and none of the other takeaways can even come close!

Decided to go for a sneaky baba on Sunday evening (19/7/21) or the night before "Fredom day" if you're a total Muppet?! Love this place! the staff are hard working, friendly as always and the babas are consistently top class! The only down side were customers without masks walking in and out. One classy female individual took to shouting at us ( We had masks on) "I DON'T NEED I MASK" LOL! She can consider herself lucky we let it slide(It was too hot!) we're Scouse and more than trained in having street justice.. Anyway, it's disrespectful to these lovely hard working and I have to say, skilled people not to care enough about their safety by not wearing a mask.

Had takeaway for first time from here this weekend, The large chicken shish kebab was large and very fairly priced and the chips good too. Over the years I've tried most of the kebab outlets in town and had settled on Crystal as best .Now I must get back here and try lamb shish. If it is as good then perhaps I will have to up this establishment to number one and award five stars.

Coming from London and having a Cypriot background you could say I have eaten my fair share of kebabs. Believe me when I say that this place is the best by far, evening surpassing some of the London places. Taunton is very lucky to have this man Ismail and his family give us the very best of Turkish kebabs. The meat is of a super quality, always seasoned perfectly. The salad is super fresh. The chips are the best I’ve every eaten. I have been eating here since he opened. Ismail always exceeds my expectations. He is very generous and really cares about his customers. Excellent value for what he produces. The doner meat is hand made fully lamb .. none of this processed beef/lamb grey rubbish. No grease at all. Just lovely ☺️ Thank you Ismail for your continued service and delicious food.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough..food is always about an hour to us but it turns up hot and fekkin perfect! The wait is worth it xxx

On the way home from a nice day out at north Devon we were hungry we decided to try out this place the staff were very friendly the food was delicious

My husband and I decided to try out Master’s Grill this evening as a Friday night treat. We both had the special tray deal for £10 (although I can safely say my eyes were far too big for my belly and I couldn’t finish it) and it was delicious. Not like any other kebab we’ve had and certainly a new firm favourite of ours. Great work Master’s Grill, we’ll certainly be back again!

Wanted a home delivered meal tonight and this was just what we needed . Lovely food chicken grill tray with salad and pitta bread and sauce of your choice. Delivered hot by a friendly driver . Food delicious and loads of it . Served 2 people with some left over for later . Loads of salad. I suggest if you have not already is give this place a try . Happy Eating Phil

One bite and all I got was gristle and then a horrible back taste of pepper as I spat it out. On opening it up, the rather excessive plop of 'ketchup' helped the burger slide apart as I threw it into the bin......utterly rank! I'll be picking the crap out of my teeth all night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not your run of the mill "drunken kebaby" place. This is a clean take away, where the owners obviously have pride in the appearance of their restaurant and of course their food quality overall. They are confident in their food and have the marinading meats in full display behind a window. It looks to be run by a family, with the daughters taking orders and the Mum and son cooking in full view of customers. I've ordered from them twice, and both times it excels above other Kebab shops - it's the sort of place I'd even feed my mum at!

I hate to write this after our first experience was amazing..... the last two times we have ordered food from Masters Grill it has taken over two hours to arrive via delivery...... Yes the food is good..... but unfortunately other takeaways are just as good......so come on guys sort your kitchen staff out so people aren’t waiting over two hours or be honest to customers on ordering on delivery times so we can choose to order or not.......

Delivery was about an hour late and when it arrived it had seasoning over it when asked for or without. Was told a price on the phone and driver told me different price. Kebab was also stone cold

Not able to contact wen trying to call them repeatedly no answer food 1.5 grs late and paid online poor standards

Was told order was going to be 50 minutes. 1 hour & 20 minutes later the food arrived less the separate salad. Not impressed

This is without doubt the best Kebab takeaway in Taunton. Always good 'clean' food cooked to perfection by an amazing guy Ismail who always has a smile on his face. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is consistantly excellent. Well worth a visit.

Just finished our fab takeaway. The food was extremely tasty and the condiments were all fresh and well presented. Reasonably priced, friendly staff and well worth a visit. Would definitely visit again.

Left this place a bad review in November but this time I can confirm that this place does a really good kebab.Arrived in 45 minutes piping hot, tasty lamb, great chicken, fresh salad and great chips,Will use again, when I used them in November it was 1 of those nights as this time I can confirm it's the best in Taunton.I also love the convenience of the online ordering system and payment.

Used 1st time in October and was Very Good, arrived early via the online delivery service and was Very tasty.However 2nd time not very impressive, applied the same ordering process, was saying it would be an hour, called the takeaway 1h 20 minutes later to be informed due to an accident in town (there wasnt) my order would be with me within 10-15 minutes, 40 minutes later so 2 hours total my order arrived with a quiet apology and no form of a small reimbursement or even a bottle of coke.My wife's kebab was stone cold and my silver tray kebab was Luke warm.The only thing about this order to stop it from getting a 1 star was the chips.Seriously if your too busy to deliver then turn your online delivery service off!, as it stops reviews like this.!1st time I used master grill I was very impressed as they offer a trendier take on the Turkish kebab but this has been tainted by the 2nd time, the fact I was offered nothing as an apology for waiting 2 hours has also highly annoyed me.Would I use again? I seriously want to but I just don't know after that quality of service.

Thought we’d try this place as someone told us how good it was. Absolutely amazing. Had it delivered. Came within 20 mins. Friendly delivery driver. Absolutely amazing kebab. Chips delicious. My 53rd birthday my daughter Taz treated me to my favourite take away from tauntons finest grill & kebab house .we had the Masters Grill not for the fainted hearted let me tell you .enough food for 4 people and then loads over .please give it a try ,you wont go any where else after .see my pics ..

Excellent food and service. Definitely are not stingey on portion sizes given! Its definitely somewhere all family and friends will be told to go for their kebabs in future. Plenty of choice on menu and very reasonably priced.

The food is so fresh. Cooked over charcole (Lofts & shish). Amazing taste. Salad fresh and not mushy. Best kebab I have had for a long time. Simply the best in Taunton. Friendly polite staff too which is a pleasant surprise in this type of establishment. This is now saved in my contacts for regular visits. I can't judge SOS for delivery as I visited. Will try delivery next time.

You tried the rest ,now eat the best .this little place at the bottom of east reach in taunton opposite Esso garage .the food is out of this world .all fresh ,cooked to order .even cater for vegerarians .i have tried many types of food in my life time ,have my favourite resturaunts & take aways but this goes to the top of the list .the Sultans mixed grill is a must try for 2 people there enough for 3-4 . Portion size are very generous and very tasty indeed .the place is top standard for cleanlyness all clean & tidy .staff were brilliant kind & friendly and the Master Chef Ishmail shows his talent over the Grill & very skilled at putting the tastiest food together for you and you can order online and its free home delivery which is fantastic as every body else is charging £2-£3 quid .so please give this place a try .i recommend it .regards to all my readers ."happy munching" Phil

Have just found this new kebab house and can honestly say this is the best quality food I’ve had in kebab house. The owner and staff were really nice to chat to and the food was restaurant quality. I ordered a simple burger and chips and got a perfectly cooked thick juicy burger with home made relish and a quality light bap. Will definitely be back to try more of this menu. Hope this business becomes a permit fixture in Taunton.

I have known Ismail the owner for many years in all his different ventures and this is as ever up to the normal high standard you would expect. From the home made chilli sauce, the superbly cooked kebabs, either chicken or lamb, I would strongly recommend the shish kebabs. He used to make home made doner lamb kebabs which were to die for, unfortunately, they are too expensive to make commercially so the standard doner meat is bought in. Stick with the shish and you will not go wrong!
