Just ordered from here and paid £13.50 via the link,rang the restaurant to confirm delivery and was told they haven't received the payment and they are busy so can't discuss what the problem is,absolute disgrace

Let me order the same thing twice without phoning me to check it wasn’t a mistake on there website and then the driver started knocking on my neighbours window instead of phoning me when it’s clearly flats. Joke

Boss man is lovely gave us some free drinks as we were waiting a little longer than expected (it was a busy Friday). Kebab was delicious and lamb shish was tender.

Food is good but the prices over the last year have rocketed. Shame really...was a weekly 'go to' for me for years but for the price you can get twice the food elsewhere now.

Very generous portion of tasty, finely shaved kebab and fresh salad. Better than others I've had from nearby, will come again.

I have been ordering from here for years … I use their app for 15% off over just eat but that means you now get 50% less food I had donner meat and salad delivered in a single burger box for £5, burger wasn’t great and the chips were cold. I called them and got nothing but abuse. Stick to Just Eat at least you can get your money back ….

We have just ordered 2 pizzas..one was supposed to be a pepperoni...it was completely garlic😡 couldn't eat it at all...very very strong garlic...where was the normal pepperoni?? Won't order from them again. Poor product😶

Used to be a really good place...last order was horrible. The pizza tasted like old oil and the chicken looked like a batter ball, all greasy and blaa. Won't do masteriece pizza no more!

We have enjoyed food from here in the past but our experience this week has really put us off. Expected a 50 min wait after ordering on the website but it took just under 2 hours for our food to then supposedly be delivered to our neighbours (who have a ring doorbell and are adamant that it wasn't) someone came out to explain and offered for it to be remade but kids were crying hungry at that point so asked for a refund, which we still haven't had. Our review has been deleted from foodhub. We won't be going back, disappointed is an understatement

Used to be great on time and nice food. Last few times food been late up to an hour at times. Food not great either. No answer at restaurant when calling to see where order is. Will probably go elsewhere in the future.

Ridiculous food was cold and two hours late poor service phone line saying busy and hair found in calzone box. Vile will be requesting a refund.

Avoid. Ordered on their own website advised 50 minute wait for delivery. 2 hours later still no food. Repeated calls went unanswered. Food never arrived. Updated. Food arrived 2 hours after ordering. Still not impressed.

Tried here for the first time today and the food was excellent. Big portions and still very hot . Would definitely recommend and will be back to order again .

Gave us a bun with sesame seeds on despite stating there was an allergy on the notes and ringing up to discuss as well. Pizza asked for extra chilli's but pizza didn't have any on. BBQ ribs inedible. Only positive was the salad was nice

Tried here after recommendation & reading other reviews. I can honestly say that I do not recommend this shop, I requested a Delivery for 19.30 ( 7.30 pm ) .my order arrived 1 hour early and when I stated this to the delivery driver. His reply was do I want it or not. The pizza was cold and as for the toppings there was very little of them. Definitely not worth the £9.77.

I ordered to be delivered at just past 8 but arrived an hour earlier, however the food is very good and very reasonably priced. I'm sure the delivery issue was a one off mistake but is the only thing stopping a 5 star review.

Very impatient service yet again, at this establishment. Gave it a wide berth for a couple of years, due to this reason. Asked for the doner meat to be heated through properly, straight off the spinning joint. The usual guy was very dismissive and only put the meat on the grill for about 20 seconds. Along with a meagre portion of fries, another disappointing visit & had to grill heat it myself at home. Have told these guys on more than one occasion, they have plenty of competition in the Sale area, who are prepared to serve up what the customer is actually asking for !

Used this place for years, order online and it normally comes within the advised 45 to 60 minutes however tonight despite still showing online as 45 to 60 minute delivery it took over 2 hours admittedly England are playing but they knew that before I placed the order, when you're told 45 to 60 minutes thats what you expect, I wouldn't complain if it actually said 1hr and 30 minutes at least you are then given the choice to proceed with the order or not. Poor apology England are playing, and how long have you known that. Won't be using again which is ashame as pizzas are nice.

Best Pizza in Sale by a mile. Great deals, two 12" for £10.99 is fantastic. BBQ Chicken is a winner.

Asked for thick pizza and got extra thin, ordered cheesy chips and got plain chips! Ordered large bottle of Pepsi and it never came!

Excellent pizzas and value for money not many takeaways meet this standard nowadays but Starr pizza excels and sets its own standard first class
