By far THE BEST kebab house in Taunton.

Mixed Grill for £26.95. Lamb shish skewer kebab, chicken shish skewer kebab, lamb, kofte skewer kebab, chicken wings, 2x dips, 2x pittas, salad and chips. The first thing that struck was how friendly the staff were. When it was bagged up, the second thing I noticed, it was much heavier than I expected. More than enough for two and attractively presented. The mixed meats come in a foil tray which was lined with pita bread to absorb any extra oil. There was a layer of sliced lamb. The kebab meats and chicken wings were layered on top with the cooked vegetables stacked together. All the hot food remained hot until ready to serve, including the pita bread which came in an insulated foil packet The salad came separately in a reusable plastic container. It was covered in a light salad dressing and complimented the spicy flavour of the kebab meat. The chips were thick but tasty with a thin crispy coating. Everything tasted great and was at the temperature I expected when I got home and served it up. Overall, a great experience and good value for money!

Great turnaround time from ordering it to it being delivered. The food was excellent , delicious and the serving was generous too. Amazing overall!

Ordered food that should have taken an hour according to their website. After 90 mins food hadn’t arrived so we tried calling multiple times but no answer. 2 hours in we still couldn’t get in touch over phone so had to drive over to get a cash refund. Appalled at the lack of care and customer service

Why does the chicken taste of fish please?

Food was foul. Everything was cold. Salad was swimming in water. Chicken was so dry and tough - like it had been cooked and left for ages. Completely inedible - even the salad. Maters is not what it used to be

We are visiting Taunton running a festival. Masters were awesome, made a huge order of delicious food for all of our tired and hungry crew! Everything was tasty and 100% correct labelled with everyone’s name. They even carried the heavy box to my car for me! We would highly recommend this eatery and will definitely be back to eat here next year when we are back again! Thanks again guys, not often you get service like this!

I order from here every week, tonight I ordered food and never arrived I phoned up to be told they arrived and noone was in or no answer when knocked the door which was not the case so they sent the order out again arrived cold!! The only difference I see is that I opted to pay cash not card !! Interesting as I normally pay card and always have a great service and hot food this time wasn't the case 2 hours later my order arrives as soon as I pay card.

Without any doubt this is the best kebab in Taunton, don't bother with Uber eats deliveroo or just eat, they have their own website. Definitely coming back here for another kebab in the future it was delicious.

Tonight was an utter disappointment. We ordered a mixed grill for a dinner party and the food for 50.00 was not good. The portion of meat have shrunk considerably. When I called to say how disappointed I was and that there clearly had been a mistake as what arrived was not as described or what we had experienced previously, the restaurant offered nothing and didn’t care about my review or experience. We have encouraged a number of people to use masters grill and we will be letting them know that the experience tonight was utterly poor, not value for money and worst of all the restaurant didn’t care about our feedback.

Ordered at 7 pm got to me at 8.35 and was cold so won’t be ordering again

It was clear that our order was mislaid and forgotten when the estimated time came and went with No food delivered. Asked for an update to be told it would be a further hour so totalling 2 hours from ordering to delivery. most of the food was hot although the kebab was only warm but of normal expected quality and tasty. just appalling delivery time and No offer of recompence or proper apology from restaurant. Such a shame as they are normally very good.

I love your kebabs and normally do not have any complaints, but this time my order was an hour late and cold.

my food took 2 hours to get here, they put paprika on the chips which I didn't ask for and my kebab meat was very over cooked and tasted fatty won't be ordering from here again

we regularly order food from masters grill and its always been good. however, this time the meat was cold. not even slightly warm but completely cold. as a result it was awful.

Master Grill is one of my favourite places to eat.. and normally I'd be like jhees this is so good .. but tonight was different it was just alright, i guess. I don't like how it tasted differently it had a twang to it, and normally, it doesn't. The chips had different seasoning on it (didn't like it), even the onion rings tasted differently. The whole meal tasted different. I order the same every time without a doubt, and I can't place what's changed in the combination tray, to the onion rings and chips tasted different too.. Obviously, I know it had a different seasoning on it, but they should have still tasted the same, just with a difference like the oil, maybe needing changing, or it just had I dunno. Or they could have someone new now. I don't know. The food wasn't fantastic, it was an alright, i guess. Definitely didn't taste like how it used, too. I'm really gutted as I might now not order for a while due to changing in taste and changing the style of the chips seasoning.

It was all cold and the vegetables in the kebabs were soft, not fresh.

Driver delivered it to the wrong hotel 2 miles from where I was staying, even though he had right post code, upon calling the restaurant they assured me driver would pick it up and delivered it to me (30 minutes from initial delivery) however few minutes later he called me and convinced me I gave them a wrong adress, so I ended up driving 2 miles and picking it up. Food however was cold, since it sat for an hour on reception counter.
