We are visiting Taunton running a festival. Masters were awesome, made a huge order of delicious food for all of our tired and hungry crew! Everything was tasty and 100% correct labelled with everyone’s name. They even carried the heavy box to my car for me! We would highly recommend this eatery and will definitely be back to eat here next year when we are back again! Thanks again guys, not often you get service like this!

Donner kebab meat was cold . Salad was nice though.

I order from here every week, tonight I ordered food and never arrived I phoned up to be told they arrived and noone was in or no answer when knocked the door which was not the case so they sent the order out again arrived cold!! The only difference I see is that I opted to pay cash not card !! Interesting as I normally pay card and always have a great service and hot food this time wasn't the case 2 hours later my order arrives as soon as I pay card.

Without any doubt this is the best kebab in Taunton, don't bother with Uber eats deliveroo or just eat, they have their own website. Definitely coming back here for another kebab in the future it was delicious.

I am sadly writing this review. I have been a customer of masters for such a long while and we have always felt the food quality from masters has been brilliant and value for money. Tonight was an utter disappointment. We ordered a mixed grill for a dinner party and the food for 50.00 was not good. The portion of meat have shrunk considerably. When I called to say how disappointed I was and that there clearly had been a mistake as what arrived was not as described or what we had experienced previously, the restaurant offered nothing and didn’t care about my review or experience. We have encouraged a number of people to use masters grill and we will be letting them know that the experience tonight was utterly poor, not value for money and worst of all the restaurant didn’t care about our feedback.

I bought a chicken kebab. The meat was old and blue. I will definitely never go back there! Paid £11.45 and threw it in the trash! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

The chicken kebab is full of flavour, they do a good salad and the chips are chunky. There opening times are not clear, they say open until 11 but I went at 10 and they were closed. I tried again on a Friday night just before 10 and again closed sign up and door locked as they were tidying up. They are closed on Mondays but say they are open 7 days a week

I have never liked kebabs until I had master grill. Need I say more? Honestly you will not be disappointed. 👍🏽

Now twice, don’t understand allergens, second time they have put cheese on a plain burger with no cheese, they are either thick or rinse for not listening, I let the first time go cause mistakes can happen but second time, charged me for a paired meal only I can eat and I now don’t want it, I repeated the order twice and got the server to replete it back to me, does the chef not know English or wants to make people I’ll ?

Love their kebabs! I turned up the other night and they'd run out of lamb doner so they gave me a mixture of other meat and threw in some chips with it lovely chap 5 stars!

The two stars are for food wich was great(have to admit it)only that the chips was missing on from the silver tray I've order(chips included) they said on menu. When I called back I've been told that I haven't order them and to go back to collect them..like I prepared the food myself.. online order with collection

Didn’t even get our food . We ordered a delivery which never arrived. !!!!! When I rang them . I spoke to a very rude man Who was very abrupt Won’t be ordering again

Really awful customer service. Ordered through Just Eat last night. Food should have arrived at 8:50pm. Restaurant didn’t update us - we had to call multiple times as no one was answering. When they finally did answer, they said they were really busy so running behind. Changed our order time to 9:30 and it still didn’t arrive. Food finally showed up about 10:15? By which point we were no longer hungry - so the food went in the bin! They also sent the wrong drink. What a waste of money! I requested a refund for the order and heard nothing, but this morning I received a message through Just Eat from the Restaurant blaming the poor service on their driver being stuck in ‘heavy’ traffic (after they’d already told us yesterday they were running behind because they were busy). I really struggle to believe the driver was stuck in heavy traffic in Taunton of all places - let alone stuck in traffic from 8:50-10:15. Absolute jokers! No offer of any type of compensation. Was really looking forward to this but I will NEVER order from them again! Also if you look at the reviews on the Just Eat app someone recently left a bad review and the owners responded trying to blame it on their mood because of the hot weather!!!! How ridiculous!!!! Clearly can’t accept when they are in the wrong.

Up untill now my experience from master grill had been brilliant. But today my chicken shiesh looked good untill i had to pour about 75ml of water out of the tray the bread was so soggy and pink from the water from the red cabbage it was inedible.so i took it back expecting an apology and a replacement and was greated with such attitude telling me that it was salad juice!! After having such good meals there previously i feel let down beyond believe. Not just because the meal wasn't up to standard the customer service was shocking!! I will never go there again!!

Literally just left the shop, noticed whilst in ordering food ants running all along the shelves and inside the glass cabinet. Pointed it out to the staff the bloke cooking just shrugged his shoulders. Nobody seemed that concerned, the glass cabinet where all the fillings are kept...

Nearly 2hour wait then 1part of order was missing the kiddies meal was awful chips and nuggets was overcooked and hard other kebabs was not usual quality I won’t be going back the only thing that was full was the waste bin

It was our first time eating from here and we really enjoyed it. The chicken shish was cooked really well and with really thick bits of chicken. The chips in the kids meal were really nice like what youdget at a steak house. I really like the use of dill and the fresh veg. They also have very sensible social distancing procedures.

This was the best kebab shop in Taunton now unfortunately lower grade meat and not cooking as asked as one of them likes it extra crispy in the past week to family members have ordered separate times one of them was like roadkill and could not even be eaten the other one than meats stunk which made my son poorly I don't know if it's different owners but it's most certainly gone downhill and we will never use it again

First food do you masters grill

Did my first online order this evening. I know the foods good so didn't give it a second thought. Unfortunately the 2 wraps were stone cold when they were delivered. I would have thought the wraps might have had a tin foil layer to keep them warm? I think I'll pick up next time

Not your run of the mill "drunken kebaby" place. This is a clean take away, where the owners obviously have pride in the appearance of their restaurant and of course their food quality overall. They are confident in their food and have the marinading meats in full display behind a window. It looks to be ran by a family, with the daughters taking orders and the Mum and son cooking in full view of customers. Ive ordered from them twice, and both times it excels above other Kebab shops - it's the sort of place I'd even feed my mum at!

You could say "Kebab u Polaka". So what if the portions are smaller than those of the competition? It's what counts, not how much on the plate/in the box.

Literally one of the best meals I've ever had. . . Just fancied a change one day and searched online for something to eat, it's a shame there's not more pics of the food on the website, but I look a gamble and ordered it online. I ordered for 7 pm and it arrived at 7.02. Perfection, I ordered the mixed chicken in a tray and it was a feast for the eyes,and tasted even better than it looks. Even the side salad was amazing. Also ordered the chips and onion rings. The meal lasted me 3 days, there was that much. I'm looking forward to ordering again very soon. Thank you master grill, awesome all round.
