Over an hour late no reply when ringing, ended up driving to restaurant, bot helpful then told it was on its way?

The food was very good .cant say the same about the delivery I would say the delivery guy was very apologetic

Ordered food that should have taken an hour according to their website. After 90 mins food hadn’t arrived so we tried calling multiple times but no answer. 2 hours in we still couldn’t get in touch over phone so had to drive over to get a cash refund. Appalled at the lack of care and customer service

Absolutely the best in Taunton Somerset,always fresh & tasty ingredients & big portions . Recommendation the kebab wrap . Try one you can thank me later . Would have taken photos but scoffed it as was travelling out of town.see my other reviews for pictures of their fantastic food

All sauce was suppose to be separate but sauce was added into the box and my partner couldn’t eat it

The food was freezing cold and had more salad than meat… it was the smallest - large Kebab ive ever eaten.. what meat i had was burnt, will not use this place again

Unfortunately the driver was unable to deliver to our exact address but was very apologetic. The food was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t be happier when we tucked in!!! The fact that all items were packaged separately made for a great meal!!

Why does the chicken taste of fish please?

Food was foul. Everything was cold. Salad was swimming in water. Chicken was so dry and tough - like it had been cooked and left for ages. Completely inedible - even the salad. Maters is not what it used to be

such a shame normally my favourite kebab shop tonight kebab meat was very greecy and over cooked and chicken wings were not good such a shame 😞

We are visiting Taunton running a festival. Masters were awesome, made a huge order of delicious food for all of our tired and hungry crew! Everything was tasty and 100% correct labelled with everyone’s name. They even carried the heavy box to my car for me! We would highly recommend this eatery and will definitely be back to eat here next year when we are back again! Thanks again guys, not often you get service like this!

Food was sadly cold. Chips were cold, soggy and some were hard. The meat was cold. Didn’t enjoy sadly.

I order from here every week, tonight I ordered food and never arrived I phoned up to be told they arrived and noone was in or no answer when knocked the door which was not the case so they sent the order out again arrived cold!! The only difference I see is that I opted to pay cash not card !! Interesting as I normally pay card and always have a great service and hot food this time wasn't the case 2 hours later my order arrives as soon as I pay card.

Without any doubt this is the best kebab in Taunton, don't bother with Uber eats deliveroo or just eat, they have their own website. Definitely coming back here for another kebab in the future it was delicious.

Tonight was an utter disappointment. We ordered a mixed grill for a dinner party and the food for 50.00 was not good. The portion of meat have shrunk considerably. When I called to say how disappointed I was and that there clearly had been a mistake as what arrived was not as described or what we had experienced previously, the restaurant offered nothing and didn’t care about my review or experience. We have encouraged a number of people to use masters grill and we will be letting them know that the experience tonight was utterly poor, not value for money and worst of all the restaurant didn’t care about our feedback.

I love your kebabs and normally do not have any complaints, but this time my order was an hour late and cold.

my food took 2 hours to get here, they put paprika on the chips which I didn't ask for and my kebab meat was very over cooked and tasted fatty won't be ordering from here again

2 hours late, don’t answer phone - shocking

Ordered at 7 pm got to me at 8.35 and was cold so won’t be ordering again

It was clear that our order was mislaid and forgotten when the estimated time came and went with No food delivered. Asked for an update to be told it would be a further hour so totalling 2 hours from ordering to delivery. most of the food was hot although the kebab was only warm but of normal expected quality and tasty. just appalling delivery time and No offer of recompence or proper apology from restaurant. Such a shame as they are normally very good.

we regularly order food from masters grill and its always been good. however, this time the meat was cold. not even slightly warm but completely cold. as a result it was awful.

Master Grill is one of my favourite places to eat.. and normally I'd be like jhees this is so good .. but tonight was different it was just alright, i guess. I don't like how it tasted differently it had a twang to it, and normally, it doesn't. The chips had different seasoning on it (didn't like it), even the onion rings tasted differently. The whole meal tasted different. I order the same every time without a doubt, and I can't place what's changed in the combination tray, to the onion rings and chips tasted different too.. Obviously, I know it had a different seasoning on it, but they should have still tasted the same, just with a difference like the oil, maybe needing changing, or it just had I dunno. Or they could have someone new now. I don't know. The food wasn't fantastic, it was an alright, i guess. Definitely didn't taste like how it used, too. I'm really gutted as I might now not order for a while due to changing in taste and changing the style of the chips seasoning.

It was all cold and the vegetables in the kebabs were soft, not fresh.

Seemed a little smaller then I've had before but still delicious.

Driver delivered it to the wrong hotel 2 miles from where I was staying, even though he had right post code, upon calling the restaurant they assured me driver would pick it up and delivered it to me (30 minutes from initial delivery) however few minutes later he called me and convinced me I gave them a wrong adress, so I ended up driving 2 miles and picking it up. Food however was cold, since it sat for an hour on reception counter.

Undoubtedly the best kebab place for miles. Fresh salads, fresh sauces, tasty everything. Mr Ismail IS The Master! PS the chips are legendary!

Pre ordered for 1930 arrived 8 minutes late and food was warm not hot at all.

Delicious food, it was still warm when delivered. I loved sustainable packaging - the whole order was packed in a recycled box. I totally recommend it!

Excellent service and food amazing

Second time we have ordered the mixed grill. perhaps a little pricey but well worth it. (was very good the first time so not put off by the cost) Food was hot and all of it was really well cooked and very tasty. The chips are fabulous. Big, chunky and crisp. Arrived before we knew it. Good stuff Masters Grill.

The portion size was poor when you ordered says it comes in a large metal tray one was in a tray the others were not and it was quite expensive for the amount you got

We normally love our take aways from Master grill, but unfortunately tonight we had a very average meal. Salad was old and soggy (we couldn’t eat it). The whole dish was drenched in water from the salad. Nobody likes soggy food/bread! I did contact the restaurant to advise, but they were not interested in my feedback. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing our Friday night takeaway from them going forward. Such a shame as it used to be very good :(

Hands down the best chips EVER! Really fabulous kebabs I would definitely recommend.

Two hours from order to delivery, delivery delayed by over half an hour.. and then arrived piping hot and utterly delicious, making me want to *almost* forgive it all. It is delicious food. The wait times make me sad.
