Called in for lunch today while shopping in Burnley, it was are visit to this cafe, very nice and clean, friendly service and polite staff. My wife and myself had the Christmas Twist which was a toasty on Italian flat bread with Turkey, Bacon, Cheese and Cranberry sauce, Chips and side Salad. Very well presented and very tasty and plentiful, the tables were cleaned very quickly also very clean toilets. Season Greetings.

I called in today, 24 weeks pregnant and asked politely if I could used the WC to be told by a blonde lady working in there that they are for customers only and I should try the market hall, Having been a customer here previously I will not be returning following this experience 😡

I was in Burnley for a football match and was in need of a warm drink to counter the cold, and stopped in this coffee shop. Very pleasant shop with some great cakes, great selection of teas and coffee, see you again next season.......

Went here for a late Saturday afternoon snack and coffee. Some packet gluten free items were on the counter and I asked if they had anything else. Turned out a number of the cakes were actually GLuten free including millionaire shortbread and a chocolate cake. Chocolate cake was delicious for a GF cake! Also had a tea cake and coffees. All good. Would definitely visit again if in Burnley again. X x

Situated in the market square this round cafe serves snacks and hot drinks outside has a roofing over seating so smokers and anyone who wants our Burnley air can sit and enjoy. It is in the middle of town so no parking but carparks are not far away. Staff helpful and prices reasonable.

Mum and I have been a few times now and the food is always nice and hot and the staff are pleasant. Downside is that some tables are draughty due to doors and shape of building. Not too expensive. Nice alternative to a supermarket café.

This place is great if you are in rush or don't want to stray far from the centre of Burnley. Food is ok and good value. Nothing out of this world but does the job if shopping.

Ideally located in the centre of the market square where you can sit outside or inside nothing fancy but ideal for a brew whilst out shopping

All I had here was a latte. I didn't try the food, but it looked okay. My latte was fine. I've seen an adverse review on google+, so I would be interested to know what other people think.

What a great place to take a toddler...I have a 13month old and she loved it...really clean, great coffee and food...really big play area and lots to do for them...most places don’t cater very well for under 2’s but this is just perfect...can’t recommend it enough 👍👍

It wasn’t a great experience because I got kicked out for entering the pool area when I was underage but I didn’t see why we couldn’t play pool but some guy shouted at me for it but in my opinion what is more dangerous , drinking alcohol or playing pool?

Having special dietary requirements can be a challenge when eating out however Becky who has recently started running the pub went out of her way to ensure my requirements were met without the quality of food being affected and remembered my needs for our return visit which was an added personal touch to excellent customer service and attention to detail. Excellent freshly prepared food and lovely local relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with dogs allowed in part of the pub.

My parents live in kelbrook and over the years I've seen changes and there's been a recent change in ownership. Thankfully the atmosphere and service is maintained at a high standard. Highly recommended.
