I ordered on phone they told me 15 minutes I went they said another 5 minutes he said they needed oil for chips I went in 5 minutes later they wouldn’t tell me how long they said the another order took all the oil could not even make chips this is not how to run a business I went to punjabs ready 10 minutes exact on time definetly recommend punjabs. Learnt my lesson stick to what you colorados and punjabs never let you down.

Ordered wings that were original but came covered in red hot sauce Was told no that’s right by staff they need to describe what’s on the wings as they do with all the other wings with flavours £15 of food in the bin will definitely not be ordering again

Ordered on website, called after 90 minutes and told no order on the system, despite order confirmation email and money left account. After back and forth got called half an hour later to say it would be 30 mins. Another hour after that, 3 hours total, it arrived. Food was awful. Chips pale and cold, chicken burger so tough you couldn't bite through it and beef burger was spicy(?) and tough. Not even remotely worth the wait or the money, very disappointed. Also no compensation for the three hour wait.

I recently visited Mash's Wing Ranch and ordered their half bird with rice. The dish was exceptional, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The seasoning on the chicken was spot-on, and the rice complemented it beautifully. The portion size was generous, making it a great value for the price. Ordered 20 pounds worth off food through the link they sent me and they didn’t send the food coz it was “too far” I then called they was rude over the phone and refused me a refund I would highly recommend you don’t order from this dead food place!

So glad Hassan is back, can come back for the amazing food he makes.. WoW.. Best chicken and Rice I've had in a long time. My go to place when I am in Bury and sometimes I travel out to get my fix especially when Hassan is in. Exceptionally good and if he's not in to make my food i do a quick u-turn...

Recently tried the burger and fries combo at Mash,s Wing Ranch, and it was fantastic! The burger was juicy, the fries crispy, and the shake was the perfect sweet treat to top it off. Definitely a must-try for any fast food enthusiast!

It's not same before was better. Mash special milkshake was disgusting waste of my £6. Burger had no good flavour. Sad because I really liked this place before.

Arrived 40mins late. Large coleslaw was a tiny teaspoon size tub. Cold fries.!! Hardly any chicken on rice box !!, rice to spicy & inedible.!! Charged twice for onion rings, which should have been buy 1 get 1 free., plus they were cold also.!! £44.95 for an absolute disgusting food.. Avoid at all costs .. disgraceful waste of hard earned money, which should have been my sons 14th birthday treat.. awful. Would gladly show pics but can't find option to. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Food was really bad. Ordered The wroks hardly any nachos just undercooked chips in a load of different sauces, cool garlic wasn’t seasoning just garlic mayo on chicken strips.

Ordered from the bury branch- food was cold, chicken pink inside, nachos stale. Haven’t ordered from here for a while but it used to be decent and we never used to have any issues.

2 meals missing.... arrived half hour late and what did come of my order was freezing cold.... I rang the guy was rude.... basically called me a liar and pushed the blame on to the delivery driver....

Decided to give them a try and order from here. There was an issue with just eat ordering as I wasn't able to pick the flavours so I rang the store. The team member said he was able to take order over the phone and get it delivered. We ordered the mega BBQ Box which consisted off: 2 full chickens Grilled wings Boneless tenders 2 peri wraps 2 portions of wedges 2 portions of rice 4 flat bread 4 drinks. They give you an option to pay by card and they'll send the link to your number or cash. For £44.99 you really can't go wrong. The wraps were huge and filled to the brim. The chicken flavours were all on point and they weren't dry at all. The rice was really nice and complemented the meal well. Wedges were a bit squashed and soggy but still nice. Overall all the kids thoroughly enjoyed it and we usually order from a higher end chicken place but this was so much better. We will most definitely order from them again.

Delicious and Quality food ever

It's has been 4 weeks since this restaurant took my money and did not deliver and refuses to contact me back despite me calling multiple times a week. The owner has not taken any action about this and is ignoring the issue on purpose as he has known about it for weeks and promised to call back but has never made any attempt and contacting me to resolve the money they stole from me. Thieves. They know they owe me money but the owner can be heard saying "tell the customer to sort it out himself" which was found to be impossible 3 weeks ago... purposefully negligent. Will be taking to court for negligent business practices, ignoring issues. I have all the proof. Do not use, they steal your money and do not care even as a long standing customer. Criminal behaviour.Edit no i will not forward you any information and waste more of my time You have my details and the details of all this and have had it for weeks and done nothing but waste my time and lie to me 2nd edit 4 weeks in and managerowner has been refusing my calls despite staff promising they would get in touch owner is using uber as an excuse and his employees to dodge the obvious issue of money theft via uber eats

Service is usually alright in ther barring when the moody old man os on the short one the 2 young lads thay work thay are sound old guy kicks off when u ask for extra cheese on ya chips and trys billing ya 80p for a squirt of bbq and because he said he would get in trouble but yet the chips he was eating when walking round must be OK

Awful food, ordered to pick up, the chicken tenders were black, prawns looked awful chips undercooked and wings also undercooked all binned. Waste of money would never visit again!

Was served by a Syrian lad 10/10 service helped me choose from their big menu. Very welcoming and made sure I was happy with everything while I ate inside.

Peri burger was hard in some places. Chips were very crispy and dry. Sauce tubs are small. Would only go again as a last option. Service was good.

I have been there to Mash’s Wing Ranch Bury last month. The food was very delicious and hygienic. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I have been served by the shift manager Qaiser with warm welcome and smiling face. Thank you Mash’s Wing Ranch Bury for being there and serving the community by providing quality and healthy food. I highly recommend every one to visit at least once with family and friends and enjoy the delicious and healthy food.

Order food from here regularly and it is ALWAYS excellent. Would highly recommend. Food always hot, tasty and delivered either on time or early and the delivery drivers are always friendly. The tenders are very nice as are the hoagies! Fantastic take out.

I paid £8 for literally a rustlers burger, it’s literally a chicken rustlers, they microwaved the bun too long though so literally couldn’t help but laugh when I can knock on the bun Usually love the wings but never again

Ordered chicken wings ,rice box and a chicken burger to be delivered at 17.35...it turned up an hour early! On the whole the chicken was excellent in its tenderness and the "blazin hot"sauce really has a great kick on it but the wings cannot be described as wings because they are miniscule, more part of a wing! The bun on the burger was slightly soggy and the Tango orange is not Tango but a German alternative! Not a bad experience ordering from these guys but l will try another establishment.

A few things to say. Ordered a couple of burgers, tenders, a rice box and nachos. First of all, over £30 just for that. Took over 2 hours to arrive. Cold when it had arrived. Nachos were tesco 50p nachos with a bit of cheese. Tenders were tiny. Burgers were nice. If you want to be full from a good, cheap takeaway for the family, this isnt the one. If you want a nice burger, then it's fine.

Used to aways order from here, never again. Last time we ordered it was wrong and my wrap was nearly empty. Today they forgot the burger out of the kids meal and for the 2nd time practically accused me of lying.... got a child here with no burger, all wanted was a burger sending but he said no! Said to marl as missing item on uber. Food has gone downhill and service is atrocious. Avoid

Hi Yesterday in Bury 09/10/21 at 10:20 pm I was buy 3 The Bunstripper Burger full meal (pick up service)But anybody make very bad Paking was very poor they put Burgers and fries in paper bags And no have ketchup and mayonnaise with fries

Not fresh food. Ordered a 1/4 chicken & wings. You could tell its been grilled and battered with sauce on. Tasty sauces but chicken dry and not fresh. Standard food.

First of all, you have to get the Wings. Get the 'Mash's original'. Juicy, crispy and really flavoursone. Next time I'm going to probably load up some other flavours. Had some prawns which were a good size, really impressed with the Thai fighter flavour too. On top of that, they do burgers incredibly well too. Burger buns are slightly toasted and the fries are great for dipping too. Staff were great, really friendly and it was a really enjoyable lunch. Check these guys out, they're wicked.

Just had a late dinner from here... Cheese Philly steak hoagies are absolutely gorgeous.... Even managed to swap my my burger with my daughter for hers 😁 I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again. Well done 👏

Very amazing place and environment, got all the american feel to it. The speciality however being the diverse choices of sauces stands to it's name. My personal favourites would be honey barbeque and cool garlic however if you are looking for somewhat but spicy Mash's Original Sauce would be the best choice. The grilled chicken is juicy and tender with the sauces adding a delectable personal touch. The burgers also come with diverse selection to choose from with Peri burger and stinger supreme being my favourites. Highly recommended and a must try.

After spending 40 pound avoid it. Rip off!! After getting the hot dog order wrong in the first place wasn't even a hot dog was a chippy sausage !! Food is way over priced. Dont bother with kids menu go to macdonalds. Ordered nachos was a tray of chips and about ten tortilla chips ontop! Wouldn't mind but 40 pound is a lot of money to spend to not be happy with any of it apart from chicken wings. Not happy won't be going back!!

Credit where credits due. Just had Mash's Wing Ranch on Walmersley Road for the first time and it was bang on. 10/10. I went for a cheese dog with caramalized onions and god knows what else was on but it was the best hotdog I've had in years. Was recommended the loaded fries so thought you know what love go on I'm feeling pretty adventurous tonight! They were DEE-LISH! Saw the wings menu and my eyes lit up like it was Christmas morning, loads of flavours. I thought I'd been adventurous enough I mean it's only Tuesday so I'd just go for the peri peri. Not your usual tiny wings though these chickens clearly didn't skip leg day! Place looked clean, friendly lass behind the counter and reasonably priced! Can't believe I've only just discovered it to be honest but they've gained a regular in me. Check them out 👍

I ordered from here and this was the worst experience ever. The first time they missed off the sauces I ordered and I decided to let that one go. The second time I ordered they decided to miss naans, chips, salad from the order so all I received was chicken. I paid for a certain meal and did not receive it both times!! When I rang the takeaway they seemed completely disinterested in my situation, I was advised that they are “busy”. This takeaway thinks it’s ok o take people’s money and not fulfil orders!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Just go to the one in Bolton, they actually care about the food and customers!!

Ordered the big works some king prawns and a kids meal. Came hot and fresh! The big works was delicious!!! Also delivery was smooth and friendly!

First of all, Ordered at 7:54PM, as of 8:50PM the food has not arrived... I would expect that to make a burger it would take at least 15 minutes. At this rate, I could have gone across the road to Chunky Chicken and got 4 meals by the time I got my order from Mash’s. I asked the worker how longs it gonna take, they told me “half the burger is ready, and the other half isn’t” how can half a burger be ready? Update: Recieved the Burger at 9:10PM and the meat was barely cooked. It didn’t have any flavour to it. I would not recommend going.

Ordered food in the place it was empty and only 4 slips of takeaways i could see hung up so not busy at all, ordered a burger meal and it took an hour, not acceptable, will not be returning, this is probably why the place is empty, the food was horrible, bread was rock hard, peri burger was full of spicy sauce dolloped over it making it too spicy and tangy unbearable to eat, wont be coming back till you sort your issues, plenty of people complaining on your reviews saying same thing so get it sorted

I have recently tried Mash’s Wing ranch as it is close by to my usual chicken shop Chunky’s. There is a different style of Menu as as it says on the menu it’s all about the sauce. There is lots of choice of flavours and spice levels for both those that like hot and spicy and those that prefer mild and anywhere in between. The shop was clean and had good kerb appeal and the food matched up to my expectations based on first impressions. I have returned twice already in the space of a month.

Hi All. I don't know why its that all hype about that restaurant. All food is avarge! Only sauces rescue that chicken. Ordered lots of their menu to taste and only one burger and only chicken tenders was up to STANDARTS (NOTHING ABOVE) rest went to the bin. Wings tasteless, fish burger suppouse to be fish fillet it was fillettish square brick coocked from frozen. Philly cheese hot dog was a joke, bun sausage and one small drip of cheese, not worth a 1£. Open recently and a good find on this side of the road. It is close to chunky's there is likely to be a slightly different crowd. Good seating and service was very good. Current lunch time discount of 10% is worthwhile. Once they have added the additional items and the milkshakes then this will be a good spot especially in the area.

We have been coming here literally two times a week, and I honestly have to say no one and I mean NO ONE can beat this place! The chicken is always fresh and so succulent your mouth waters before you even try it, and when you do - you feel literally love in your mouth! And “The Works” is literally something from heaven! Fresh jalapeños, tomatoes and spring onion on fries and nachos topped with Nacho sauce that literally makes you fall in love! Absolute MUST TRY! The first time I tried it I literally felt like I’m eating something from heaven! And ever since than I always have to have it! It’s honestly THE BEST NACHOS IN THE WHOLE WORLD! And “The mixed platter” is something you won’t forget! The best chicken in the whole world, with wings and tenders that are so amazing there’s no even words to describe it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Definitely I will come here for the rest of my life, and each time I know I will be served the best of the best! I am usually not a big fan of fast food especially because of same monotonous menu everywhere and bland taste, but recommended by one of my friends and I gave Mash's a try. It was a surprisingly delightful experience. Flavors were superb and menu was very unique. I will definitely return to try again the stinger, tenders and shrimps.

Food was delicious! Brilliant service from the big lad at the front, got me my wings instantly after his trainee colleague forgot them. All round great, would definitly reccomend!
