Rice and naan were lovely but the curry was absolutely foul. Was like a soup, with runny water coming from it. Wouldn’t order again

If I could they'd have a 0. Ordered food at 8.30 said it was delayed time passed tried phoning and there was no answer kept teinging and still nothing. Now it's 10.25pm no answer at the shop and Google says it's closed. 2 hours for a delivery that qp minutes up the road. Behond a joke and it's not the first time it's happened. The last time food was cold!!!

Food arrived 40 to 45mins late and obviously cold. Nann bread was burnt which left an awful butter taste. I ended up picking some of meat out and making a sandwich with bread from the cupboard. I have been looking forward to this all week. It was not a pleasant experience. I will be sharing this experience with others and not ordering from here again.

Curry gone very watery and chips 3.50 a bag and they're aldis straight cut. Kebab the meat smells and taste funky. They been seen to wash they're feet in the sink where they make they're nan breads. And also I always tip online and the drivers don't reveice it as it goes to management. So all in all I've spoken to the short red head driver said I've tipped online and he replied we don't get the tips. What a shame. My new indian is now on water street Grandnasultan

All food was lovely apart from big chicken kebab it was very dry and not much for the price

I urge everyone not to order from this place, Took over two hours to deliver, when arrived food was stone cold, curry in container was half full with 3 pieces of chicken, kebab was so bad i have photos of it all. the whole order went in the bin. Their attitude on the phone was very poor. I am contacting just eat and if they do not take action I will. Worst takeaway I have ever had. Not happy.

Recent order Review: This ordered arrived during the original ETA but i do believe they took the piss with delivery on this occasion ... We had ordered from Just Eat and the delivery notifications changed to "out for delivery" around 7.00pm. However, it only takes a 10 minute drive to get to my address, and instead it took over 30 minutes ... So I can only assume while my food is getting cold, the drivers are doing multiple deliveries at a time? If so, this is not good! On a more positive note, the food was really good and the chicken like last time was just phenomenal. My only critism on the food today would have been certain parts of the order were alittle greasy. Original reveiw (4 star): Let's start with the positives. Delivery was 30 mins early, which I thought was great for me ... It's probably the best quality chicken that is super tender! My partners South Indian Mustard Red Chilli dish was stunning, and so was the Kashmir Rice. The Honey Nan was devoured and to die for! Sadly, there are some negatives. The Onion Rice was a bit watery and lacked any flavour. The Onion Bhajis were really crispy on the outside but a bit too soft for me on the inside. I believe they should be super crispy throughout ... lastly, the Makhani was a little strange, not the typical Makhani that I'm used to having, which lacked the redish colour and looked more like a Korma (see picture). I will return and probably try some other things and do recommend for the quality of the chicken. Not many places can reproduce.

ordered Bihari frenzi and although I ordered lamb it came with chicken. However the dish itself was stunning, exactly as described. Always worth trying a different dish to normal and this one came up trumps. 5*.

Food was delayed by 40 minutes to the original estimated time provided. Estimated time changed twice. When food arrived most things were cold apart from the tikka masala. Usually haply with this place but very disappointed today

Have always had excellent food from them before but with this latest order where so I start. Waited an hour and 45 mins for delivery. The food was freezing . I called them to complain and didn't even get an apology. I requested a refund as you should never receive freezing cold food. There was also items missing. The whole order went into the bin as it was inedible. We ordered food from a different take away and only had to wait 30 mins thank god. An hour and a half after we had received food from Mirchi Massala we had a knock on the door. It was the delivery driver and asked for the food back !!! Absolutely bizarre and told him that it was in the bin.

I placed my order at 18:00 for delivery at 20:30 and I received my order 21:10 that 40 mins late and they had 2hour 30 mins before hand to get my order ready and out to me also when it. When it come it was cold waste of £28 will never use this take away again

Lovely last week. But this week had wrong food and keema naans had hardly any meat in them. Maybe a dif chef? Put us off ordering again anyway as not cheap

Very tasty food. Delivered in the middle of expected time frame. But the food was cold. Had to spend extra time heating everything in the microwave.

The food was about 35-40 mins late and Luke warm, the Onion rings were dry and crunchy. normally orders from Mirchi Masalla are excellent , but sadly not this time

Lovely food but not the dish I ordered

After eating curries for 50 years, the one I received last night was the worst I have ever had, it was bland and tasteless, and so was the Tikka Masala my wife had. After buying one a few weeks ago from you which was one the best curries I have ever had I feel totally let down and disappointed and very unsure whether to ever buy one again from you. From a very unimpressed customer.

While food was lovely, there were no chutneys or sauces for any of dishes. On an order of over £43 I would have expected at least one chutney per main dish🤷. I will definitely try another takeaway just to clear up whether this is the norm or just isolated to this restaurant.

This takeaway is a joke use to be great but they have gone down hill second time I've had a mixed kebab and had about 5 pieces of meat basically £10 for a kebab that's mainly bread and the chicken on the other kebab was poorly cooked, and Just Eat don't care I suggest you avoid Mirchi Massala and Just Eat don't waste your money

Red salt chips were absolutely covered in regular salt and totally inedible and the street chicken chaat wasn’t as described on the menu, it was just normal chicken chaat with 1 samosa thrown on top, really disappointing.

Food was tasty and well received for our family meal. Only minor was cheese on a chilli naan which was unexpected. Would happily order again as portions and flavours were great.

When I arrived to pick up my food, they told me they couldn’t accommodate not putting coconut in chicken tikka masala, and insisted that’s how the dish was made in india(right, ok), too cowardly to own the fact that they make their sauces in bulk and then freeze them, instead just lie about what the key ingredients are. Horrible spending £25 quid for obviously frozen curry and myself not getting to eat anything, they only offered to refund my curry so I walked away with a pile of chips that was somehow dry and soggy, a naan bread and rice for myself, didn’t eat any of it. If you want premade curry but can’t be bothered to open a jar, this is the place to go.

I have had good meals from here in the past but absolutely terrible Chicken Bhuna on Saturday, my plate was dripping with water from the curry, it actually tasted like a watered curry, no taste and very bland. Poor quality on Saturday!! Last time here after that, plenty more around the area.
