Express Pizza & Kebab in Neath Port Talbot

Food left shop 7:28pm, took 30 mins to travel less than 2 miles and arrived stone cold at 8pm

I am sorry to say, one of my worst experiences for service and food taste. It was late, only 15 minutes. I ordered a large lamb and chicken shish which I share with my daughter, it definetly was not as we had only 5 pieces of meat each. Pitta bread was mini size. The children's meal was missing. I rang the restaurant with assurance that a replacement would be 30 mins. Nothing arrived. I rang and was told that basically, he had checked the camera and accused me of being a scammer. never again.

I ordered a large lamb and chicken shish which my daughter and I share, it definetly was not large, we had only 5 medium sized pieces of meat each, of which were overcooked and very chewy. The Pitta bread was mini size, not even medium.. not fully toasted/griddled and was soft and doughy. The children's meal was missing. I rang the restaurant with assurance that a replacement would be delivered within 30 mins. Nothing arrived. I rang and was told that basically, he had checked the camera and accused me of being a scammer. To add insult to injury, I also ordered 4 chocolate sponge cookies. Only 1 was eaten and another nibbled at as they were burnt on the bottom. £32 later and all I have is a bad experience. On a positive note, I was told the chicken strips were nice. Sorry Royal Pizza for straying, never again.

I asked for a half and half pizza as my Mrs has things on hers that I don’t like and vice versa and the toppings were all over the place on the pizza which was terrible to be fair not normally like that from here they are normally very very good but it put me off the pizza a bit

The food was lovely and arrived hot as always. Arrived earlier than expected. Had to call them due to a slight error in order, and it was sorted out straight away. Great customer service, excellent food. Many thanks.

honestly food was hot and well worth the price wasn't the right amount of food at first but they went above and beyond to fix it and wouldn't change they takeaway for anywhere else well done lads

Ordered a kebab for delivery this evening. I get one maybe once a year and always get it from here.Mixed diner and chicken delivered hot, generous portion, fresh salad and that mint sauce is always a winner.

As a regular, unfortunately it really wasn’t great. Everything was pretty much cold and I only live 5-10 minutes down the road. Such a shame as usually it’s really good. Sorry!

Everything was great but we were sent cookies not the gateau we ordered.

Food was delivered early but the salad...especially the salad was gone off except for the onion..everything else was perfect.

This order was poor, unfortunately. Salad was added to food when it was not requested (burgers). They were well cooked, though. The fried chicken was inedible. Store bought and cheap, overcooked and sold at a premium. Very disappointed. I wouldn't order it again. The chicken nuggets and chips at least seem good. I've had previous good experiences with this place, but this was super sub standard.

Both kebab were lovely but portion sizes was not great . Large mixed Donner hardly any meat and not enough salad in lamb shish . But both tasted great

It took over an hour to arrive. When the driver gave it to me I could feel the food was freezing and said so. He said it had been sat on the side a long time so I should ring the restaurant. When I did they were quite rude and said to contact you for a refund.

Absolute joke, ordered from here numerous times with orders always above £50......no problems normally but ordered tonight which cost £43 got delivered the first time but forgot the drinks and 3 meals, we rung n told them so they came back with the stuff they forgot but again a meal was missing.....one of the pizzas was undercooked and soggy all underneath, burger buns to hard to even bite into and chips that were like rocks! 43 freaking pound.....we rung again to be told that they will make fresh and deliver but they want this lot back......surely they should of cooked it fresh the first time and if they delivered what we ordered to begin with then we wouldnt need to keep on ringing to complain with Absolute shocking responses from the workers....

Unfortunately after ordering my kebab with no sauce and no salad due to allergies, it turned up covered in salad and coleslaw... went in the bin... chips were nice though.

Kebabs were good, but smaller than expected for the price. Chips - actually French fries - were also a small portion, especially for the price - comparable in size to a large fries from McDonald’s.

Not great pizza was dry and flavourless Disappointing

The kebab was outstanding as always but the pizza was really dry I requested bbq base but there didn't seem to be any bbq on the base I even pulled the toppings and cheese back and nothing as me and my partner could see, usually 10 out of 10 here tho for food and will come back as mistakes are easily made

Tuesday 14th of February just ordered a shish kebab all eaten was snivel all over it with his germs, walked out and left it there

I ordered 5 pizzas at a cost of nearly £50. The quality of the pizzas were the worst I've ever had from a take out service. They were not particularly warm when they arrived and the quality of ingredients were very very poor. Ham looked extremely processed as well as the pepperoni. The pizzas shown on the pictures in the menu are proper woodfired pizzas. These pizzas were not the same by a million miles. I phoned them to speak to the manager to complain about how poor the quality of their pizzas were. They offered to send me two replacement pizzas. I told them I did not want to eat their pizzas ever again and would expect a full refund, otherwise I would unfortunately have to leave them a poor review online. They said they cannot give me a refund and I should just go ahead and do that, hence why I am leaving this review. If you love pizza like I do and have eaten amazing pizzas in different parts of the world, do not buy pizzas from this place. I'm sure their kebabs are very good but it's a big no no for me regarding their pizza. I will not be spending anymore of my money here again.

I’ve always received excellent, tasty and hot pizza. This time it was a hour late, cold and the boy delivering was more concerned about what was on his phone and being polite. No apology so never again.

Absolute joke!!!!! Place an order 1h 55min ago! When phoning up I've been told food its on its way 30min later still nothing - shop is 20min walk away!!! Total joke!!!! Food came in luke warm as well - totally disappointed

As good as ever, I won't use any other kebab shop. The lamb shish is the best.
