my pizza was very cold, the kebabs were 4 bits of chicken on a pitta bearly any salad and sauces, very disappointed

delivery was late to the point i had to call the store and was asked to wait a bit longer food for cold when it arrived and the chip were burned and look as if they had been cooked in really old oil.

Order arrived early. Was well cooked, chips were 👌👌 best around!

I used to be a frequent and they used to be good but they recently are terrible. Order took 1hour and 45min and was cold. The chips were inedible and burger was edible but that’s the only descriptor. Can was dented. I only got a partial refund for the chips £2.49. Not even in cash but voucher. There lines are never answered so had to talk to a live chat by foodhub instead

Food was stone cold chips was more a medium not a large. Very unhappy with this order all the food was stone cold. What a waste of money.

AVOID at all costs!!!! Literally sent me a delivery of our food no sauce on anything no salad burger was black and the bun was even blacker !!! Wouldn’t answer the phone then and when my partner went to the shop because the whole £48.60 worth of food was in eatable they told him to leave a bad review they weren’t replacing the food !!! Shocking service and even worse food

drinks were not what was requested and kids done meat did not have any chips like it usually does.

I know this is part of Rebel 'Rito (Mexican Burritos) - New Road Skewen. We placed an order here delivery was over an hour. Half of our order was missing the food was cold. Went over there to complain and where the rest of the order was. Their response was they are not allowed to re cook the food even though it was freezing and took an hour to deliver bearing in mind we are less than 2 minutes away. They were not prepared to give us the rest of our missing order so we left the food there and had to get food from else where. Absolutely disgusting service from the owner and staff. Do not go here for your food if you value your money and want freezing cold food and missing orders!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Sent wrong pizza and wouldn’t answer the phone.

The food was showing delivered 15 minutes before arrival. All the food was cold and had no means to reheat due to kitchen being unaccessable due to currently renovating. Usually the food is lovely as we are regular customers and always enjoy, but today we were very disappointed and had to discard it all.

Ordered from here 2 weeks ago and flood was late and not the best I thought it was a one off but it was the same when I ordered tonight again cold burnt pizza late drivery I won’t be ordering from here again very disappointing

Said delivery would be 40 minutes to an hour when rang they said it be another half hour not the 1st time this as happened won't be ordering from here again

Food was late and cold when I rang to ask I had excuse about drivers and traffic I only live a mile away and know that there was no traffic then was told 5 mins that was more like 20 min

Truly my favourite local place for takeaway. Love it here

The chicken was not fresh, the pizzas were barely cooked with an extremely thick layer of cheese and minimal other toppings, chips were cold and stuck together and garlic bread was chewy! Wish I could give zero stars for quality

I ordered a large lamb and chicken shish which I share with my daughter, it definetly was not as we had only 5 pieces of meat each. Pitta bread was mini size. The children's meal was missing. I rang the restaurant with assurance that a replacement would be 30 mins. Nothing arrived. I rang and was told that basically, he had checked the camera and accused me of being a scammer. never again.

I asked for a half and half pizza as my Mrs has things on hers that I don’t like and vice versa and the toppings were all over the place on the pizza which was terrible to be fair not normally like that from here they are normally very very good but it put me off the pizza a bit

honestly food was hot and well worth the price wasn't the right amount of food at first but they went above and beyond to fix it and wouldn't change they takeaway for anywhere else well done lads

Ordered a kebab for delivery this evening. I get one maybe once a year and always get it from here.Mixed diner and chicken delivered hot, generous portion, fresh salad and that mint sauce is always a winner.

As a regular, unfortunately it really wasn’t great. Everything was pretty much cold and I only live 5-10 minutes down the road. Such a shame as usually it’s really good. Sorry!

This order was poor, unfortunately. Salad was added to food when it was not requested (burgers). They were well cooked, though. The fried chicken was inedible. Store bought and cheap, overcooked and sold at a premium. Very disappointed. I wouldn't order it again. The chicken nuggets and chips at least seem good. I've had previous good experiences with this place, but this was super sub standard.

Both kebab were lovely but portion sizes was not great . Large mixed Donner hardly any meat and not enough salad in lamb shish . But both tasted great

It took over an hour to arrive. When the driver gave it to me I could feel the food was freezing and said so. He said it had been sat on the side a long time so I should ring the restaurant. When I did they were quite rude and said to contact you for a refund.

Absolute joke, ordered from here numerous times with orders always above £50......no problems normally but ordered tonight which cost £43 got delivered the first time but forgot the drinks and 3 meals, we rung n told them so they came back with the stuff they forgot but again a meal was missing.....one of the pizzas was undercooked and soggy all underneath, burger buns to hard to even bite into and chips that were like rocks! 43 freaking pound.....we rung again to be told that they will make fresh and deliver but they want this lot back......surely they should of cooked it fresh the first time and if they delivered what we ordered to begin with then we wouldnt need to keep on ringing to complain with Absolute shocking responses from the workers....

Kebabs were good, but smaller than expected for the price. Chips - actually French fries - were also a small portion, especially for the price - comparable in size to a large fries from McDonald’s.

Not great pizza was dry and flavourless Disappointing

The kebab was outstanding as always but the pizza was really dry I requested bbq base but there didn't seem to be any bbq on the base I even pulled the toppings and cheese back and nothing as me and my partner could see, usually 10 out of 10 here tho for food and will come back as mistakes are easily made
