Appalling food quality although the steak was cooked precisely. It had little flavour as did the rest of the mixed grill. The service was good. The food for 10 people arriving at the same time. The price was above average for the quality.

Our waitress was Charlie she was efficient and very kind.

Arrived about 1115am very quiet. Both iced coffees bland and watery and liquid had separated. We ordered eggs benedict and standard breakfast. Although good quality ingredients both meals were cool and both servings of poached eggs were overcooked and solid. We were only offered the breakfast menu while another family who arrived at 1130am were offered and ordered from the normal menu. Very disappoi

Visited on a Sunday for some food and our server Abbi was amazing She sat us and room our drinks straight away then gave us some time to choose our meals before coming back and taking our order. Nothing was to much hassle even for her and she checked in on us to make sure our meals were okay, very professional and friendly

Really enjoyable meal. Katie, our server was lovely and really helpful. Food was excellent and plenty of it. The salad bar is a big favourite with us.

Young lady called Lowri served us and I must say she was superb. Nothing was too much bother, she was extremely professional and helpful. She is a credit to the team and you’re very lucky to have her.

On arrival 1.30 hadn’t booked a table offered table bar area no problem quiet, empty sat and ordered started eating a couple with dog arrived sat close by dog on seat paws on table, Moved seats. 2mins later another couple with dog. Omg then came another couple with dog, I’m surrounded not comfortable eating with dogs staff stroking dogs then into the kitchen. With no health considerations for other customers. We all pay the same price.

A lovely experience today, relaxed as it wasn't too busy, we know it can get a bit hectic at times. Food lovely, lovely table service from Lowri.

Food way too expensive for the quality

Very crowded and noisy as everyone seated in the same area despite the restaurant not being that busy. Had to request waitress to take our drinks /food order. Mushy peas instead of garden peas on fish/chips. Not pleasant and very oily with lots of grease on plate and fish making it soggy. Could not eat it; manager did offer replacement or alternative but it had made me feel ill. No extra mushrooms despite the waitress making note if request which highlighted the chef not reading the orders properly. Staff lovely but quality of meal was not up to standard and couldn’t recommend it again. We would not return. No discount was offered off the bill.

Haven't been to Harvester Llandarcy for some time. What a lovely experience. Our waitress Katie was outstanding. So helpful what a lovely lady a real credit to Harvester. We will definitely return. Food and salad bar good. Hopefully Katie will be there when we next go.

Really disappointed. Waited for minutes before being told to sit where I want. Wasn't advised that ordering had to take place through a QR code after releasing no one was coming to serve me. Salad bar was bare, several options missing. My side dishes were served without napkins or cutlery. I had to ask for my salad bowl and glass. Ribs were cold. Service was poor. There was next to zero awareness and attentiveness from staff. I felt like Iwas more of an inconvenience than a customer. I usually really look forward to eating at a Harvester but this was a really disappointing experience.

Working near Swansea, overnight stay at the Holiday Inn, the Harvester was next door. It was clean and tidy, the staff were prompt with seating me. Abi was my server, she was friendly, polite, and professional. My food came out quickly and Abi was very attentive. Thanks for a pleasurable visit!

Nicol is a credit to your branch! Food was fast, hot & well portioned. An easy eat, when you’ve worked all day and don’t want to cook which is affordable.

Went there on Wed this week ended up having to clear own table even after asking also had to wipe down table after asking member of staff if they could . No chicken skewers available said they had no chicken even though my wife had the hickey and rice . Very disappointed with the service shall not call at this harvester again

The rice was hard and poor service from the waitess. We try to get the bill, but she walks other way by purpose. Way waiting for food too long and she didn't ask how was the food before I leave the table.

Great service, easy to get to and a great menu

Great experience going for a meal out with family/friends - ideal location just off the M4 as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially our server Katie, and there was a really broad menu to choose from, suiting all dietary requirements. Just a note for any EV drivers using the charging station outside - note that there is a maximum stay of 90 mins for the 'fast' and 'rapid' plugs (including the 24kw), but this is outside of the restaurant's control and operated by BP Pulse. Also be sure to register your vehicle registration on the tablet in the Harvester fairly quickly on arrival to avoid a fine! Thanks for a good experience at the restaurant. Hope to visit again in the future.

Visited here this evening and the service was outstanding, Samantha served us and she was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! My little girl is so shy but she made such an effort with her and was asking her about the Teddy she had etc. I could hear her with other customers too and she was so pleasant! She is the definition of service with a smile! She’s a credit to the restaurant! The food was absolutely beautiful too, the restaurant was so clean and up to such a high standard! Will definitely be visiting again ☺️

A very poor experience. Each member of our party was unable to order at least one item from the menu. No Haddock. No Baked Potatoes, No peppers …too many to remember When asked if the non existent baked potatoes could be replaced with sweet potatoes fries the answer was only if they are paid the extra for despite there being no baked potatoes the manager would only offer mashed potatoes or oven fries! As a vegetarian the choice was very limited with far too many fried items and if you don’t like chips…. Very poor customer service for a discount if the cost of sweet potatoes fries this place will not see me again.

We have been a few times for breakfast and we have been made to feel very welcome and with my husbands egg allergy very well informed and made to feel like we go more regular than we do as some of the staff recognise us Weve also taken our very picky eating some and been advised the best way to order Thank you Paula for your brilliant service

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. With free parking and a spacious dining area, it was an easy and enjoyable visit. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Harvester Llandarcy is a great choice for a delicious meal.

Wonderful dining experience. Went this evening as a family of 5 (4 adults, 1 child) and as well as the food being perfectly cooked, we received exceptional service. Darcy in particular is a credit to Harvester, Llandarcy. Incredibly friendly, personable and polite. Will happily return again in the future.

Excellent service as always. 10 out of 10 for Nicol, she's always amazing and even remembers our drinks order. Always makes a huge fuss of my 86 year old Dad who has dementia which makes his day.

The food here was really stunning. I went for the mixed grill and I think it's probably one of the best I've had. Steak was done to perfection. There was a lovely atmosphere there, the staff, and the manager in particular, were fantastic. Great place. Highly recommended.

The chicken was fantastic, and our server Darcy was very nice and took time to show us where to get discounts on the app.

Tad expensive but the quality of food is very good and the atmosphere and buzz in the restaurant is very pleasant.

Called in at 9pm punched drinks and ordered food, give us our salad bowl, went to fill up our bowls and every salad option was empty except cucumber, tomato and onions. When I asked if they were bringing any more out the waitresses said we are packing up for the night but you can eat what's still in the trays. Never again. Lesson learned.

Food was lovely and came out quickly. Katie was fantastic. Excellent service. Salad bar was fully stocked and food was a proper sized portion.
