Excellent service from start to finish when all the family went for a new years day get together, Cerys was very attentive and helpful Will definitely visit again

Had a lovely meal at the harvester llansamlet. The staff were very friendly and in particular Lowri was very attentive and polite.

Visited with my nearly 11 month old after visiting Luminate in Margam and the lady who served us (Katie P) was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, interacted with my son and gave us tips on other places to take him around Christmas time when he’s a bit older. My son love people watching and babbling to people and every time she came by she saw this and smiled and interacted with him which was lovely. She really made it an absolutely lovely experience to end a great family day out. Thank you Katie P!

Shauntelle was our waitress for today and she went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Prompt service but above all Shauntelle was really polite and friendly and great with my two children. A credit to harvester.

Food was great and the whole experience was made perfect by Katie P who was very attentive.

Christmas dinner was shocking burnt and no cranberry sauce or gravy. I asked for a few more roasted potatoes and was refused and waiter just walked away. My vegetables were freezing cold and ended up hardly eating anything. Please avoid Christmas dinner at harvester and don’t not waste your hard earned money.

Food took way too long, despite not being particularly busy, so we had to cancel mains. Liv was amazing and handled it all well, after a lovely welcome from her.

Food was ok, Pepsi although pressed the cherry flavour didn't seem to have cherry flavour, same with Vanilla.

Good food but had to wait a long time for service. Online banking was not working so was lucky i took my bank card. Make sure you type in your car reg as soon as you go in, or youl get a parking fine. No one tells you this.

First off, so much was unavailable leaving the menu seriously limited: beef, plain chicken breast, tacos, skewers, haddock, and salmon. I ordered and paid for our food at the bar, and the food turned up in six minutes according to my card transaction notification. I asked the waitress how it was so quick and to check if it had just been sat at the pass following a cancellation or something, but the waitress never returned. Chips certainly weren't fresh, as they were grey and soggy, but I tried one and they tasted okay, so I just ate them. My chicken burger was very dry, but again, it tasted fine so I ate it anyway. My partner had the same issue, but with scampi and chips, they didn't look fresh but they tasted fine, so she ate them too. Come this morning, and she seems to have food poisoning. Couldn't sleep through the night; sweats, vomiting and diarrhoea, etc. Not the first bad experience here, but it will be the last as I definitely won't be returning again. The place is plastered in material advertising a new menu but they can't get the basics right and really ought to be inspected for food and hygiene standards. I'm certain the only reason it is still open is due to it sharing a car-park with a motorway exit hotel.

We had a lovely meal at lunch time today. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious. Our server Cerys was really lovely and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return.

A very busy place with a good vibe. I ate at about 7pm so the salad bar could’ve done with refilling, and also the Lurpak butter pate had all gone. Tinned (?) peas with the scampi and chips but it was all hot, nicely presented and tasty. Sam G who was serving my table was friendly and efficient and she looked after me well.

Liv was a brilliant waitress, very polite and friendly and went the extra mile boxing up our desserts for us. Also food was awesome as always

You know what to expect when visiting a Harvester - the difference between them is the care and attention shown in preparing the meal and the delivery. Katie P made our lunch experience a perfect experience - it was a business lunch - she respected our need for privacy but was always at hand to serve our dining and social needs - a real gem

Just had a really good meal here the lady who served me (paula ) so lovely and welcoming made sure everything was OK and had a nice personal way with each customer which is so nice to see .

The Turkey was watery. Roast hard and not through. My wife Chicken was pink inside. Not good at all. The worst Sunday lunch we have attempted to eat. We left 80% of it. Our sons chicken frys & chips was OK. But won't be eating there ever again 0 out of 10. No chef would serve that muck. We notice another 3 women complaining and not eating their food at all. They were given a refund except for the salad bar they ate. Terrible way to treat people.

3 family members went for an early Christmas lunch. Excellent! Our server was Liv who, although very busy, was very friendly, efficient and attentive. Had 3 courses. Food was great and we didn't have to wait long between courses. Very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Outstanding food and the service by Katie P was so friendly and helpful. We loved the festive vibes with the lovely decorations and the team also got involved. Fantastic service from being welcomed on arrival plus a farewell when leaving.

We are regular visitors to harvester. Especially the Llandarcy branch. The food and service is always excellent. We often get served by Katie P. She is incredibly friendly and provides great customer service. Hope management give her the praise she deserves.

We go our for food weekly and keep coming back to the Harvester in Llandarcy as its never disappointing. The staff are excellent, especially Paula and Nichol. Harvester should be proud of them both.

Excellent service from Katie P today. Helpful and friendly from start to finish, helped us work out which code would give us the best saving and was great with our son. My daughter knocked her drink at the start of our visit and it smashed all over the floor. We immediately called the manager over. 5 minutes later there was still smashed glass all over the floor and the manager did everything possible to avoid eye contact with us to the point where mybhusband started picking the glass up himself. Katie was passing so we grabbed her and she immediately came back with a sweeping brush and got everything cleared up and got my daughter a new glass. It's her service I've scored on and hers alone. If I'd scored on the manager it would have been zero

Darcy was an excellent waitress, nothing was too much trouble. Disappointed that the menu has been altered for instance, salmon has been removed from menu so little choice of a fish dish. Also, steak sandwich is now strips of steak on flatbread which not everyone can muster.

Lovely atmosphere, a fantastic menu to choose from and a free car park. Ticks all the boxes.
