Harvester - Llandarcy in Neath Port Talbot

Called in at 9pm punched drinks and ordered food, give us our salad bowl, went to fill up our bowls and every salad option was empty except cucumber, tomato and onions. When I asked if they were bringing any more out the waitresses said we are packing up for the night but you can eat what's still in the trays. Never again. Lesson learned.

Food was lovely and came out quickly. Katie was fantastic. Excellent service. Salad bar was fully stocked and food was a proper sized portion.

Llandarcy Harvester tonight the service was outstanding and the food was great too. Katie was our server tonight , greeted us with a smile and pleasantry’s. Katie explained everything to us about the menu and drinks. Asked if any of us had any allergies, dietary restrictions etc, very professional and polite with it. We ordered drinks while we checked the menu. Katie asked if we needed help with the menu. Katie checked on us throughout our meal and nothing was too much trouble for her. Katie was very professional, polite and caring. Katie would be an asset to any company in my humble opinion. Thank you for your help Katie.

Excellent food great value and brilliant service from Nicol. Best tasting ice cream ever wish they sold it by the tub full 😋

Paula was a great server, always had a smile on her face when helping us, she made sure we where happy with everything. She remembered us from our last visit which made our visit much more enjoyable.

We visited on thursday evening and our waitress Katie was fantastic taking special care over allergies as my daughter has a nut allergy. Helpful and friendly and really made us welcome. Will visit again

Normally brilliant but went today and it was not busy and still took us 1 and a half hours before we had our mains but the waitress was polite and friendly

Clean and tidy restaurant , bar staff friendly enough , waitress ok , marked down to 3 star due to having to wait 30 minutes for my food after eating my salad ?? which is ok and not a problem , but when food came , it looked great , but when I tucked in , it was all fairly luke warm at best ?? I complained , and they took the whole meal away , and replaced it with a fresh and piping hot meal , which looked as good and tasted amazing 🤩 All in all pretty decent , I love the harvester , and it won’t stop me from going back again 👍

Went on Wednesday didn't book but we could eat in bar area which I was fine with , ordered drinks and food at bar, went to the salad bar and wow , absolutely nothing there only scraps of everything, their was a few people complaining in front of us, and Fairplay the chef came out to try and sort it out ,but it's not his job with the amount of staff they had on this should be checked on a. Regular basis ,will not be returning had to wait a while for it all to be filled up , staff are not checking the salad bar at all really disappointed especially when staff are having a full blown conversation with each other behind bar 😡 sort it out !!

Our server Katie was amazing tonight. Kept checking in on us but not pushing at all. Very patient when we were ordering and made sure our food arrived at the same time.

Not very good. The place needs a make over. Salad bar was very empty. No plates for rolls no butter. Started was good main meal was cold . Onion rings was hard as rock. Service was bad. Delivered main meal but didn't take Starter plates away 😢

Great service, great food, reasonably priced. Most of all I have coeliac's so I dont often eat out however Paula our server went above and beyond checked all ingredients and made me feel confident in her knowledge of allergens. I'm glad to say I have had no problems at all since eating there. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Paula

A Lady called sam g was ever so so helpful. I got anxiety and she helped me to order our food and help me aswell to use the app on my phone I'm not good with the Internet, it scars me .I'm so grateful to her. She helped me a couple of times. I want to thank her so much .we enjoined our meals they were fabulous thanks harvester so much for lovely staff 10 out of 10

From a quick call to book a table to paying the bill, everything was very fluent. Charlie,who was our waitress was very obliging, helped my friend with the menu as she is gluten intolerant and even gave sound advice regarding apps that are available. Charlie was a pleasant and outstanding staff member who goes above and beyond. The food was delicious, would recommend in a heartbeat.

This place Cancelled orders upon arrival soon they will lose customers it's going down hill really needs to sort it self out before it's get even worse... Think about, 🤔🧐

Excellent food and staff. Visited on 3 consecutive nights with my work colleagues but unfortunately omitted to register my car for free parking and incurred a £60.00 fine. Parking eye were unrelenting even when I produced my receipts each in excess of £150.00. Beware folks...

Whist the food was ok the service from Vikki was excellent.

Service was fab.. Waitress was shantell who was amazing... Food was very nice. Went on a Thursday evening and had 50% off main meals which was a bonus. Definitely value for money. Easy and plenty of parking. All in all a fab time.

We had a really lovely brunette server. Very helpful. Told me about the half price on main meals and she went out of her way to help me with it. We saved a lot of money. My daughters were fussy wanted their burgers certain ways, me and my husband had steaks and they were cooked perfectly👌…..and all the staff were so happy and helpful…..that’s why we always keep coming back…..thank you guys for squeezing us in last min with no booking! I would highly recommend😉

I always love a trip to Llandarcy Harvester, the food (and breakfasts) are lovely. Today we had the lovely Liv serving us, what a lovely young lady, nothing was too much trouble.

One thing about the harvester is the staff and food are lovely Lowri was so helpful always smiling and very quick with our food Defoe be back

The food was good and our waitress was fantastic. The salad bar needed to be replenished and didn't have all the causes or plates for the rolls. It was a bit messy as well. We bought bottled drinks which were enough to have with our meals.

Had a meal there tonight, waited 15 minutes to be seated , dry chicken with some powder sprinkled on it , ordered a very overdone gammon, cold chips , egg , if you can call it that and £5 for" garlic bread" which was solid , see photos ! Won't ever try this place again! The only thing that was good was Charlie serving us , lovely girl .

I brought my 5 year old to Llandarcy Harvester to finish off a girly day of shopping and we had a lovely meal and overall experience. Paula our server was fantastic with my daughter and extremely helpful.

Very limited menu, which was disappointing, as we had rebooked from a Harvester with similar issues, but that had notified us. Food was good and the service was excellent!

Visited with my nearly 11 month old after visiting Luminate in Margam and the lady who served us (Katie P) was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, interacted with my son and gave us tips on other places to take him around Christmas time when he’s a bit older. My son love people watching and babbling to people and every time she came by she saw this and smiled and interacted with him which was lovely. She really made it an absolutely lovely experience to end a great family day out. Thank you Katie P!

Food was great and the whole experience was made perfect by Katie P who was very attentive.

Christmas dinner was shocking burnt and no cranberry sauce or gravy. I asked for a few more roasted potatoes and was refused and waiter just walked away. My vegetables were freezing cold and ended up hardly eating anything. Please avoid Christmas dinner at harvester and don’t not waste your hard earned money.

Our server, Katie. P, did an amazing job making sure we got our food and was ready to help if any problems we might’ve had. The food was great. Our group left feeling full and satisfied with our time!
