Masala Indian Takeaway in North Hertfordshire

Once again Masala have knocked it out of the park!! Great food and service! Delivered well within the time specified! I cannot fault them! Never had a bad meal! Delicious!!😋😋😋👍

We got a home delivery and got a set meal for two which they were easy to accommodate changes giving clear prices changes when need and they arrived in prompt timing adviced on the phone and was friendly 😀 x I advice highly xx

We ordered from Masala for the first time tonight, my only note is that the chicken vindaloo was actually pretty tame if you're looking for heat. However all the food was still very delicious, will be ordering again.

We are regular customers, been getting our Indian takeaway from here for years. Each and every time the quality and standard of the food is amazing. We always get plenty of Popadoms, mint sauce and salad with our meals which can be a point of contention with other takeaways. Great food and great value for money and wouldn’t go elsewhere!

Not a bad curry I'm a curry lover who's parents are from kashmir so my mum can cook so to say this must be a massive thing the place does serve some good curry's staff are friendly and helpful advice on which dish to choose was given and not at all expensive

Didn’t receive my full order when I tried to contact nobody answered calls I won’t be ordering with them as they don’t know what customer service is.

Usually my GO TO Indian but when I called this evening I got terrible service, the man on the other end of the phone was really rude and unhelpful. Telling me things I always order weren’t even on the menu! Hmm...Ended up not even ordering from here and ordering from another Indian! Customer service is a big thing! You’ve lost my custom. Ciao for now xo

Useless! Placed order at 7:13pm our order was expected to arrive at 7:58pm we called at half past 8 to be told that the driver had been calling our mobile to gain access to building. He hadn’t as we had no missed calls on our mobile. The gentleman on the phone said they would redeliver in 15minutes. 25 minutes after this, we call again to be told that the driver was still incapable of calling the correct mobile number and they’re not going to deliver to us any more. We order from this takeaway at least once a fortnight however I will find somewhere else in the future. We used to order through the “just eat” app but thought we would start ordering directly through their own app so that more of the money goes to them from our order! I wish we hadn’t bothered now! I have never been so angry with a takeaway.

Ordered the meal for two deal to be delivered. Delivery arrived within time and the driver was extremely friendly. Food was the best Indian I have tasted in a long time. Tandoori chicken spiced and cooked to perfection and the madras sauce was as authentic as I have eaten in the UK. Excellent.

The price quoted in the up-to-date menu is not the price quoted when they deliver to you. Had to query it and suddenly they realised they asked for too much. Would not use again.
