Best and most consistent service and the food is always very good... Would definitely recommend them if you want a good indian meal.

Always order from here! Very tasty madras, pilau rice, chicken tikka, naan and samosas!

Very disappointed with the food this time, motor paneer was like soup, extremely runny a handful of peas and the rest runny yellow liquid, onion bhaja only had two in the packet not three like advertised, lemon rice?? Didn't taste like lemon and Bombay potatoe has shrink to a very small potion now.

Order was all wrong and had to be delivered twice.

Food was hot but had very strong Narga chilli flavours which were over powering and we are not keen on . The niramish was mainly cabbage and lacked flavour .

Food was extremely bad arrived cold and it spilled everywhere and ruined all the food

I would not order from them as they are not able to prioritise their orders. Called 3 times and told the order is being delivered. On the third ocassion he informed us that it was efficient to send out multiple orders. They should not use deliveroo for the orders and not use their delivery service, when they don't have enough drivers and too tight to pay Deliveroo for delivering...AVOID THEM!!!

No more trips back to Upton Park for a decent curry, masalas are fantastic, took me a while to find a decent curry since moving here sixteen years ago, I have been to everyone in the area and Masala are number one, Handi chicken, (madras hot) chilli rice, chana masala, number one super splish splash rocket ship to the moon Edit: new name, same chefs, still the best I know, I'm moving to a cottage in Cambridgeshire and I wish I could take them with me

Absolutely atrocious service. If you want your food delivered incredibly late, and to have rude staff talking over you and not giving you the information you need, this is the place for you. Apparently, you will also need to chase them insistently for delivery, as otherwise "you should have called us earlier" to get an update and find out they haven't even started preparing the food. Strange, as usually when I order food for delivery I just presume it will turn up at some stage. When trying to cancel the order (bearing in mind this is 1hr 40mins after the order and they haven't even started cooking it), they reveal they can't cancel it "their side" and will not give any instructions on how to cancel it otherwise. Clearly dismissive about us as customers, quite happy to lose our custom, and beyond all, incredibly rude in dealing with simple enquiries. Unhelpful and purposefully obtuse. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they're out of business soon if they continue to let their staff conduct themselves as the "gentleman" on the phone did this evening. Appalling.

Really tastey, best indian takeaway in a long time. Quick delivery, said an hour and was delivered in 50mins. Would order from them again 👍

The first time we ordered the food was delicious and on point! The 2nd time we ordered, all 3 dishes we ordered were extremely oily!!! Even with the lids closed it was soaked in oil! We were really disappointed with it. The food was really tasty but the fact that the amount of oil it was in it made it almost horrible to continue eating it. Imagine being able to scoop up oil with your spoon from your dish... Ugh....

Started ordering about 4 months ago. We were blown away how amazing and flavoursome the food was. So happy as all the other Indian takeaways local have gone from bad to worst. We continued a regular once a week take away. Couldn't fault it recommend to all our friends. Then last week our meal came it was awful the meat was tough and tasted wrong. I phoned to ask if they had another chef they said no but will give free next time the parts of the meal that we didn't like. Had that meal tonight BAD!! Chicken tough again. But was slightly better. Won't be ordering again. What a shame.

Masala Indian Takeaway has been a takeaway i would visit once in a blue moon, but with the new management i am extremely happy that they have changed things around !! The staff are so kind and the dishes ( I would recommend the Chicken Tikka Chatt Masala) never fail to disappoint. Keep up the good work guys !!!!

The food is consistently very good, with decent portions. Price is pretty much the same as any other take away in the area so can't complain. Staff are very courteous and polite (they always open the door for you when you leave which is a nice touch!). Happy to recommend Masala.
