Highfield Road Marvin's is the last pace you want to go the bar stuff are totally untrained and short measure you with drinks when approached and mentioned about their short measures I was told to go elsewhere if I don't like it there is a lovely pub just at the road called Winston's and the Highfield down the road avoid this place like the plague you get ripped off first-hand and the bar staff are so rude they are barely out of school

Have enjoyed the Highfield Rd Marvin's for a while - great music, drinks and good atmosphere. Shame it's been closed. So we paid a visit to the Clifton St Marvin's. The music was already loud before we even got to the door, but inside... Deafening. Had to shout at the bar staff to order drinks, shout at each other to try to hold a conversation. It felt like there were speakers under the seats as they were shaking under us. And the music? Where was the Soul? 80s cheese-pop... We left after the first quick drink to save our ears. We'll go elsewhere in future.

I have visited Marvin's in South Shore Blackpool previously. Nipped in to have a look. It was quiet. 5.30 pm. Price of larger £3.50 not bad for Blackpool. However, really nice bar, lovely lady serving and nice atmosphere and layout. I am a wheelchair user, easy access and disabled loo spotless and clutter free. Will definitely be revisiting with friends.

Ham and cheese toastie. I think my photo says it all. Absolutely diabolical. I have had many a toasted sandwich in my time but never ever as bad as this. Not even toasted and virtually no filling. Tiniest amount of ham and no idea where the cheese was. Will not be eating here again

We placed an order for delivery online and it didn’t arrive on time despite the app telling us it had already arrived? so another 10 minutes go by and my husband calls them for an update and all we got was an insincere apology and that “it should be on its way” after he told them that this is not okay. Our food arrived nearly 45 minutes late and the driver didn’t even apologise and to make things worse, the cake and hot custard was completely cold with a skin on it! And the “banoffee” crepe was made with chocolate sauce and flake for some reason when banoffee is short for Banana-Toffee and we were not informed of any changes. To add to the disappointment, I put in a request for a partial refund as we were not satisfied in the slightest and I had hoped that they could at least show us some decent customer service and empathise that this was completely their fault but alas, they denied our request and justified their service by saying that they were busy?! It was a weekday so I’d hate to see the quality of service on a Saturday night! Being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service. Such a shame because we love supporting local businesses and leaving positive reviews, but in this case the wait was not worth it, the apologies were not heart felt, and the order itself was not worth the money.

Being generous with the 1⭐️ but can't give it a 0. AVOID like the plague £2.50 for a Luke warm half mug of coffee. Hubby's breakfast bap was stale and the bacon looked like it has been dried out before cooked. Nephew in laws bacon & egg bap had mould on it and I don't even want to go there with mine and my nieces. Seriously needs closing down health hazard.

To be fair it was during Storm Darragh so a little lateness to be expected
