This coffee shop has recently changed hands and is called Sarah’s Kitchen. Visited a few times recently and it’s a lovely friendly place serving great coffee and tasty homemade food. They offer milk alternatives which is great for anyone with milk intolerances. I can thoroughly recommend the homemade chips, panini’s and cakes. Fab coffee shop addition to Greenhill Village.

Martha's is more than a cafe. It is a community hub. The special place watches over so many regulars- and looks after them in a beautiful way. Homely food with the perfect environment. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Wonderful staff!!

I visit two or three times a week for a snack or coffee & cake. The staff are invariably friendly & welcoming & make an effort. The food is good value & decent helpings & I reckon the cakes are all baked by the staff. The cafe is dog (within reason) friendly & child friendly too, I've not had a take out sandwich but have seen regulars pop in & out for them so guess they'll be similar good value. I've never left feeling ripped off but frequently left feeling full!

Went to Martha's today for lunch, it was 2.05pm, the girl at the counter watched is sit down and look at the menu but waited till I went up to order to say the stop serving food at 2pm!! What point is a cafe that only serves food till 2pm on a Saturday? We have been before but we won't be going again

We recently visited and had a really nice Halloumi wrap and a coffee. It's nice home made food and very reasonable prices. The decor is a little dated but it's fine for a local cafe.

We tried Martha's for a change as we normally go across the road to Cello. The cafe was busy with older customers who appeared to be regulars coming in for a chat with the staff. I looked at a blackboard over the counter, with view to ordering a jacket potato but was told that they were only for takeaway customers! Surely they could have increased the price a little for sit in customers and not been so inflexible. This left us with a very limited, unimaginative list of snacks. Maybe I was unlucky with my choice but I ordered a prawn mayonnaise sandwich and didn't enjoy it at all. The prawns clearly hadn't been drained properly making the mayonnaise watery so it dripped out. There was no salad garnish or crisps to accompany it. In fairness to Martha's, the prices are lower than average and the cakes look good and homemade. In summary, this cafe is good if you just want plain, traditional cafe fare but 'foodies' might prefer to pay a premium and go elsewhere.

Fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere, fantastic staff, fantastic price. Went for coffee stayed for lunch, happy friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, and very reasonable price. If I lived in Uk I would become one of the regulars like a lot of the customers I spoke to

We went here about a month ago for lunch (this was lovely - lots of choice & very fresh) and vowed to return for breakfast Incredibly well priced - a great selection of homebaked cakes and preserves The all day brekkie was lovely - really good quality thick cut bacon & butchers sausage - and lovely thick bloomer toast The lady that runs this cafe is lovely too Great for sandwiches, wraps, jackets and light bites and a good selection of cakes We'll definitely be back

I have been a customer of Marthas for the past 2 1/2 years and tbh I have always had a good sandwhich. I usually opt for a customer BLC (Bacon, Lettuce & Cheese) with 2 hash browns and mayonnaise ocassaionaly a panini too. Now once i visted and was told there was no breadcakes so I had to have my sandwhich in a panini bread which cost me nearly £3 extra (not happy). I have introduced several people to this cafe who usually order the same sandwhich and have found that the price fluctuates depending on who we are served by. Sometimes the prices can vary from £3 to £3.40 and most recently £3.90 for the same sandwhich! The sanwhiches are nice (abit too much lettuce though) but can be very overpriced at times. Also requests such as well done bacon seem to be ignored, this has cause reluctancy in returning. The cooked breakfast is good and they do make a hot chocolate but I can only give the rating it is worth which is 3 stars.

My husband and I were in Greenhill at lunchtime so decided to try Martha's as we hadn't been there before. it was quite busy and most people were enjoying cooked meals which looked very good. We wanted something lighter, so I went for the sweet...

They love coffee, it's much more than a job it's their passion. If you want the best coffee go there.

Whilst the negative reviews about slow service and the really annoying serving window system in the rain and cold are all very true I have to say this place serves consistently the best breakfast sand

Amazing bubble tea. Had the mango with passion fruit boba and it was so tasty, £5 for a medium and not much more for a large. Also had snacks available, really quick service too and checked with all
