Delicious, perfectly cooked, North African food. The meat is perfectly cooked, tender and succulent. A £30 meal for two will fill you up and you leave the place happy. For me it's the best restaurant in the Borough

Family owned cosy Morrocan restaurant which serves delicious authentic dishes. This is a good place for value of money for food and drink. The Service was very warm and friendly.

Alcohol not served here, also not bring your own (which is fine, just good to know). Food was okay, fairly small portions, won't rush back. Slow to get served but nice staff. Good value.

Kind staff, very hospitable, lovely environment, used to go there often. But our usual order just got sooo much smaller for the same price. Sorry but I am not rushing to return again.

First time and won’t be coming back, food is so average and the burger was a joke, only ordered because of the picture and description in the menu. Also ordered chicken couscous, not awful but not good either. Overall disappointing we had high expectations from past reviews and pictures.

Portion sizes have shrunk. When I asked the waiter about it he mentioned something about prices. Didn’t really make sense. Not coming back again. Very disappointed.

Lovely little place in Leyton Stone. The food was good. As a moroccan, the couscous was steamed to perfection. The sauce needed a bit more seasoning. This might be my personal preference as i compare it to what i cook and used to , but the meat was cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were aldente just as i love it . The meze plater was great to start with. Overall, I had a lovely experience. I will be back for some moroccan tea and sweets 😋 . But if you are in the area, do try it out.

A great find! We were passing and decided to look in. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Great food and super value. We will definitely be going back.

This place is elegant with a great atmosphere. The service here is incredible and you can tell that customer satisfaction is their first priority. The food is exceptional, very tasty and nicely presented. Finally, their baklava is quite tasty, one of the best I tried.

Groupe de 10 personnes (6 adultes+4enfants), nous nous sommes vus refusé par 3fois d'être servi avec des excuses un peu farfelues...1ere tentative nous sommes arrivés 10min avant la fermeture donc nous avons été compréhensif, nous avons voulu retenter l'expérience le lendemain pour un breakfast...la veille la personne nous dit de venir vers 11h, ce que nous avons fait mais finalement il nous dit que le breakfast n'est pas possible avant 13h, nous sommes donc allés ailleurs... Puis vu que nous sommes téméraires et surtout des amoureux inconditionnels du Maroc, nous avons retenté ce soir à 21h30 mais ce n'était pas encore possible sauf à emporter... Donc nous avons préféré manger dans un restaurant qui avait envie de travailler! Grosse déception de notre séjour londonien.

One of the best resturants on Leytonstone High Road!!! Delicious food and great customer service. The staff always have a smile on their faces and the food is amazing! Everything that I have had there has been delicous (Burgers - chicken and beef, fruti -delemare pasta and sphagetti) When you walk in, you feel as though you have been trasnported into Morocco; there are traditional moroccan artworks and lanterns everywhere! Very welcoming!

Authentic Moroccan Halal food: I tried mix grill and mint tea. The lamb was tender, the chicken was juicy but the best item was Merguez, Moroccan spicy sausage. The place was decorated with Moroccan arts and a very nice place to take photos. The service was very quick.

Another big celebration I decide to invite my guests to this restaurant and I must say I think better could not be . Everyone was happy with food, impressed with decoration and most important recommendation . I have done another big celebration and all was prepared and ready . That wasn’t my last there for sure.

We were for the first time in this charming Moroccan restaurant. After entering, we were struck by the atmosphere. The ordered food was perfect. All with 6-whistle ratings service. My favorite restaurant for sure. 👌👌👌

The staff were really nice and caring. I ordered the lamb tagine and it was so tasty. As a diabetic I have a hard time eating most restaurant fooddue to sugar being added. This tagine was bursting with great flavor and no sugar added! Portions are very large. We ordered a spaghetti bolognese and Caesar Salad. Both were lovely too. Clean and nice little place. Would go there again!

Guys, this place ( in Leytonstone) is great for brunch ❣️You should all go !Staff are lovely too. If you’re N.African and missing “bled “ this is where you can come . The yoghurt, honey, olives , rghaif , msemen ,mergez - all authentic . And the Etay is 👌❤️as good as my Grandma’s, alhamdulillah! Best mint tea I’ve had in London outside my house.

The Mixed Grill Special is fantastic. The Moroccan mint tea is lovely. Nice to sit in the outside area on a summer's day. Very nice people. Delicious, healthy food. Wonderful.

Even if you just want a hot drink with a friend, go order the mint tea. Thank me later. It’s not just the tea bags, it’s the real herb and it’s so intense and flavourful, even my mother whom doesn’t like mint tea from tea bags like it. It feels this is what it’s meant to taste like. The food was delicious too, and it had a nice atmosphere. The signage and design outside made it look like one of those okaying takeaway places but it belied something so much better within. Deserts were all very nice and fairly priced. Returning again with my family

It is my favorite place to have some food out of my home. They have delicious foods and really recommend for everyone to taste Tunna/Chicken pizza and Tagines with rice.Two thumbs up.

Friendly, welcoming, tasty, good value!

Attractive place but the food was a disaster, nowhere near the Arabic/Moroccan taste. The lamb tagine was just some frozen mixture of vegetables with dry rice including green beans and broccoli, disgusting 🤢, the meat was 4 out of 10, the starter was ok, but everything eslse would be for people that never eat real and authentic Moroccan food, what a shame. Save your money cook at home and put some Arabic/Moroccan mix of herbs and it would be much better than this place. I would never go back there. The so famous Moroccan tea was bitter and tasteless as well. No alcohol license either. I usually take pictures but this made me feel so uncomfortable i couldn't be bothered i just wanted to go. If u want a better place to taste proper cooked food in this style go to Comptoir Libanais there is one in stratford shopping for example. I am happy to support small businesses, we even tipped 20, but this is not what is supposed to be.

Absolutely lovely place which has THE BEST mint tea I’ve ever had. Genuine article and I would return in the evenings for that alone if I lived closer. Food was gorgeous, chicken and lamb were so tender and some amazing cheesecake for £2.80 and it was much bigger than a lot of places. Definitely will return!

If I could give no stars I would. The guy left us hungry, didn’t care about us or our children. We did not feel welcome at all. We left the restaurant at iftar and he didn’t even offer us nothing to break fast with. Bad service I would never ever go back there again.

We came upon this restaurant by accident and really enjoyed our meal. The orange juice was fresh and absolutely delicious. We both had couscous and I thoroughly enjoyed mine. Would go again!

We always loved the atmosphere and the excellent traditional Marrakech food served here. We had two different tagine dishes with mint tea. My lamb tagine was excellent! At the end of the meal we were given on the house a "Recho Freta" to share. It's a deep fried desert made with milk. We loved it! It was very light! Beautiful traditional light fittings made with dried gaud are really pretty!

We went as a group booking of 10 people. We were all able to sit together at one table. The service was extremely prompt, the food was excellent & it was very affordable.

AMAZING service, staff are so friendly and the interior designs are so beautiful it's as if you've been transported to Marrakech!

Absolutely delicious food 😋 and Fantastic service from the staff. Went with my family news years eve , had a reservation just in case the tables were taken. I have been before so wanted to take the family as its right up our street the type of food we love to eat. It's beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. Enough space wasn't congested. Food was divine and highly recommended. We had the hot and cold mezze , family grill and kofta tagine. With Moroccan mint tea and complimentary dessert ( the name I don't remember) but it wasn't overly sweet and it complimented the all of the food great way to end the meal. Will visiting again with friends

I have to say this place was a lovely find in its location and its external surroundings belie the comfortable, warm and welcoming restaurant that awaits once you step inside. Decorated with culturally appropriate and inspired furnishings it was a pleasure to sit down and cosset yourself away from everything outside. The staff were polite and friendly and left us to enjoy the meal which, by the way, was excellent. Well prepared, flavoursome and served hot all for a fair price, If you're looking for an eatery to enjoy your time and your food then I'd recommend visiting this restaurant.

Nice food, but unfortunately not the traditional way. Chicken tajine comes with rice and flavours, in general, are just too much. No balance. Kind people and mediocre service. I liked the mixed grill, but £15 for it is too much.

Lazy staff who got order wrong and only put a place mat and cutlery at my partner's setting. Perhaps because he's a white man and me being a black woman obviously doesn't have to eat in a civilised manner. Used to be nice here.

We visited this restaurant and ordered a salmon burger meal which was awesome. The burger was freshly prepared however the other meal which was lamb (I don't remember lamb what) which was served with rice and vegetables was just horrible!!! It was clear that the meat was not prepared on the day nor the day before. I literally left the entire lamb meal there after testing it.

Since Marrakech added a glass inner wall to the restaurant it has really opened it up. The choice of food is good, and well priced. No alcohol though, which may put people off

OMG this restaurant is awesome, nice decor, ambiance. Been there now 2 times and words are too short to say how delicious the food is. Service is excellent. Food is excellent. Staffs are very polite, efficient and friendly. Prices are very realistic and very generous portions. Overall I highly highly highly recommend this restaurant.

I organised a ladies night at Marrakech in aid for a charity event. The food was amazing and the service was amazing despite being 27 ladies wanting to be served all at once. The staff was so amazing and quick!! Love the food love the service and love this place. Shaz

This is the best lamb or chicken tagine I have had outside of Morocco. I’ve been to Morocco six times, love tagine and this place really does prepare authentic food. It saddens me when, what are obviously , competitors besmirch the place because I have been here quite a few times now and have found the food to be reliably excellent. Less than £10 per head you can get a fabulous meal. There are also freshly squeezed squeezed juices and smoothies. Plus for those with a sweet tooth there are lots of home-made cakes and pastries. I will be back! And, as you see from my feedback I don’t do five stars very often!

Visited this place with a group of mates on a whim last night after just walking past it on the way to a gig. Instantly attracted by the layout and colourful decor and lighting...the waiter was really friendly and patient, very helpful with clarifying menu choices as well. Turn ordered the lamb tagine with rice. The food arrived very quickly in a lovely tagine pot and I have to say was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. The lamb was cooked to perfection, I've woken up today thinking about it it was that good! The accompanying vegetables were also very tasty and the portion sizes were spot on. All our food arrived quickly, no complaints at all - and the prices were incredible reasonable too! Upon speaking to the staff there it was clear they all took pride in their restaurant and just wanted to provide the best they could. Would definitely revisit and recommend to anyone. :)

This is a very pleasant, quiet, tastefully decorated café. The coffee is excellent ; so much better than the well-known chains, and considerably cheaper. I would go so far as to say that it is as good as anywhere in London. The cakes are also good. I cannot comment on the meals because I have not tried them yet, but I will certainly try in the future. The place is also very clean and the service is friendly. It would not be out of place in a ‘posher’ area of London.

The food was BLAND as hell! We ordered the harira soup -which was BLAND and not n8cw at all. My friend ordered penne pasta the mushrooms were the only edible th8ng on the plate. The sauce was oranggy and runny. There was parmesan added or even asked. We also ordered hoummous which was also bland and had no chilli or any taste actually. However the bread was nice to eat and also the cake which we had was a Victoria sponge. The waiter did say that these cakes were bought externally hence why it was tasty!!!. And to end of we thought we would just have tea as we did not eat much of the food we had order to EVEN THE TEA WAS whiteeee and sooooo milky. They gave the tea to us in a huge mug that was literally just white milk and had a tea bag floating in it. Couldn't believe didn't finish the food or even the TEA!!. prices r very good but then the food was rubbish. Guess you pay for what u get.

I got lunch at this 'cafe' and it was awful. the chicken was processed and watery. the salad was not fresh and tasted asif it had been laying around for days. Felt totally sick after my meal. The hallumi cheese tasted like chewing on rubber.

I am yet to have a meal I haven't enjoyed here! Staff are incredibly friendly, the food is excellent and it's all good value for money! Authentic, fresh and delicious! Can't recommend this place enough!

Morning coffee at Marrakesh Delight. Delicious carrot cake, latte and orange juice at this Moroccan coffee shop in Leytonstone. Great artwork, lamps and decoration. Will return as tempting authentic menu, looking forward to a chicken tagine.
