Terrific tasty food which arrived hot to eat

Wow, I was amazed that the attending staff allowed a delivery driver act so brazenly, were is health and safety regulations.

the chips on my omelette meal were hard and just look warm. the omelette was tasty but again only look warm. very disappointing.

Absolutely atrocious. Raised a complaint with just eat. Ordered a salt and pepper munchie box which should have a large portion of dinner meat with chicken wings, ribs and other stuff and basically got a full box of salt and pepper chips with no donner meat plus only 1 chicken wing and 2 ribs. Tried to call the restaurant but they would not answer.

Sweet and sour chicken was one of the best iv had, salt and pepper chicken fried rice was so lovely.. Chips were nice too.. Delivery driver was pleasant.. Thanks Marmaris👌🏻

really good as always, but really disappointed that the forgot the chips to go with my meal. I hope that is just a one off

Even though the food was just a bit late it didn't affect anything, the service was great and so is the food.

We had a text to say the food was on its way from probably a 5 minute drive from where we ordered it from and yet it took over 30 minutes to receive, so of course it was cold. A shame really because it was mostly tasty just luke warm at best. The chips were awful and there was hardly any pepperoni the the double pepperoni pizza. But the chow mein and crispy beef were really nice.

Always tasty melt in the mouth chicken meals including satay sticks, omelette and of course nugget for the kids

Just vile salt and pepper chicken was like 90% batter so it was rock solid the curry was like jelly and the salt and pepper shu mai was literally black and looked like a scab

Restaurant told us they we’re busier than normal so wouldn’t refund us. Unfortunately, delivery was really late and food was close to being cold. Not our usual experience, I will admit.

Salt and pepper chips so nice, donner kebab really nice but salt and pepper chicken was overcooked, could not eat the skin as too crispy and couldn't taste the salt and pepper on them.

Order was due at the latest 19:35. I called at 19:40 and they said it was on it's way. I waiting another 30 mins and called back the driver said he was 3 minutes away. 15 mins later it arrived. A very rude and aggressive delivery man said 'I've knocked about 20 times'... for somebody who is nearly an hour later than the advised delivery time. Did he expect us to sit by the door for 2 hours? Pizza was stuck to box and inedible although the lady at the takeaway offered to send a fresh one. Moral of the story ... order a bag of lem, it'll arrive in half the time and you won't be hungry anymore.

Honestly the best chicken kebab I’ve ever tasted. I won’t go anywhere else now. I order a large with salad and garlic sauce. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. I highly recommend

Horrible, rude individual on the phone coz I dared to complain. Told me that gravy always comes with fish and chips in every chippy in Liverpool. “I’m obviously not from Liverpool” I was told. Excuse me born and bred in Liverpool. She put the phone down on me. Never after 10 years will o order from there again

Ordered a soup which was hot and was what ordered but lacked flavour, salt and pepper calamari was luke warm and had a rubber texture. Fried rice and special oyster sauce was OK.

Just wasn’t happy with the food never usually have a issue. Got a refund on the pizza witch had a really strange taste and was undercooked. Staff where polite though.

Ordered the salt and pepper munch box and 2 soups. Best take out food we have had in a long time, so delicious and fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed it all will definitely order again. I’m not surprised it’s busy worth the wait !

Disgusting congealed lumps in oily sauce! Curry beef?? Cashew chicken??? The crispy wonton was far from crispy, greasy rubbery rubbish, I didn’t even give it to the dog. Absolute disgusting disappointment. I’ve ordered from here many times, never again, wasn’t cheap either. Would love a refund please Just Eat????

Food took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Phoned restaurant twice and given two different stories. Food was cold and a very small portion. I empathise that ordering on a Friday, restaurants tend to be busy but all in all I am very dissatisfied with the quality, small portionof Food, cold food and overall the time of delivery. Person on the phone was very apologetic but at the end of the day, you're paying for something they they arent delivering, business is business and if you can't keep up with demand then customers will go elsewhere. Would not use again. Very dissatisfied!

Meals were good ,chips were absolutely disgusting weren’t fresh must had been days old will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed

Would have preferred proper cod. Fish was a bit mushy, too much batter and overcooked. Would prefer a little more meat and char sui flavour on the rice too.

Sui mais wasn’t cooked properly and the chicken burger was really poor quality , the chips were freezing . Apart from that they were very understanding and gave full refund. I would properly order somethung else next time as it was first time ordering

Food arrived on time but didnt like some of the food. Mum really enjoyed the singapore vermicelli and my son enjoyed his kids meal. I ordered the beef Cantonese which ok as the beef was nice but the sauce was watery. Dad didnt enjoy his salt and pepper chicken it was hard and he was missing his chips with his meal which we paid for.
