not even kidding the oreo milk cake tastes like cardboard it’s terrible and it feels low quality do not get

It was our anniversary, so we had a meal and decided to have dessert when we got back, the waffle was still frozen, the pancakes cold, the custard was cold too, very disappointed, won’t be ordering from here again.

Always been a fan, we use this place regular but tonight’s order was absolutely shocking. The portion size of the waffle was tiny and my sundae was literally quarter full! Lost a customer here.

First time ordering from here and I must say the presentation the food is amazing will definitely be ordering in the future even down to the delivery man being very professional and polite can not fault anything

My order was never ordered. No communication from the restaurant, not picking up calls or answering automatic texts just eat sent out regarding order update. Checked online and said the shop is closed. Do not recommend.

I am not happy with my order. I ordered 4 milk cakes, which arrived with barely any milk in any of them. Unacceptable.

Hit or miss with this place. Sprinkle Cake is consistently good. Fudge cake can either be real dry or real good and moist. Food comes like and quick. Enjoyable.

The waffle arrived to me u cooked stone cold and mashed to piece I informed the restaurant of this all they did was make excuses and contradict them self the girl also said she didn’t want to be rude to me like who are you talking to then has the cheek to say next time you order they won’t be no next time avoid at all cost !!! Unless you want undercooked items of food poising

Ordered from here today and I had a sundea that looked half eaten, and the ice cream that was in the cup had melted.. rubbish , will not use again

Food was awful … waffle was stale & the cookie dough was burnt so all was uneatable won’t be ordering again.

Custard was stone cold - delivering took an hour from time ordering. Portion size on custard stingy and it was very watery and tasteless. Choc hedgehog nice

Everything I received was accurate! genuinely enjoyed and loved everything. The concrete was delicious, and I even received an extra with my order. Definitely will place another order; this is by far the best dessert shop I've ever encountered. Delivery driver was also very nice and handled my desserts gently whiles delivering⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered cookie dough, chocolate covered strawberries & two chocolate concretes. Cookie doughs arrived cold (luckily rectified popping them in the airfryer to warm) & strawberries were decent. Chocolate concretes was HORRIFIC. I don’t know who cooked them but their measurements are wrong, it was falling apart & tasted like pure butter (you couldn’t taste anything else) - had to spit it out. Normally don’t leave bad reviews but that’s £6 down the drain as we’ve had to throw them away. Previous

Don’t bother wasting your time ordering, the waffle was stone cold and the ice cream was like milk it was that melted called them up and didn’t want to help said may send out another order when the manager arrives. Didn’t want another order when waited long enough for this one to come like this. Absolute waste of money may aswell of put the money in the bin

Always order from Marlos, never had an issue, food always hot (apart from the ice cream)🙏. The donuts are amazing and the shakes are thicccc.

Waffle and milkshake were very nice although I would suggest not putting the food box on its side in a small bag as the sauce was all over the lid and some of the strawberry & sauce had fell through the holes in the box!!

I'm moved to Birmingham recently and I wouldn't choose a different dessert shop! The chocolate strawberries come in a huge cup and the mocktails are massive and not overly filled with ice! And the sticky toffee pudding is 10/10

Quality was poor, the sizes of the order was shocking small for everything I literally got a spoon of custard and half the amount of a normal portion. Wasn’t impressed for what I paid

Use to regularly order Sundae from this place. Now due to new ownership the products used seem to lack in quality. The brownie tasted disgusting, the ice cream tasted worse than the cheapest form of ice cream you can find. Total let down , my advice is use the products the previous owners used and none of this low quality cheap stuff. I much rather pay a little extra and have quality than pay and have something that taste horrible.

Regular customer of Marlos, absolutely love it every time and really recommend the cookie dough. However, ordered cheesecake for the first time last night and the portion was tiny for £4 so was really disappointed with that. Otherwise, normally it’s quick delivery, hot and tasty!

I placed an order to be delivered for 8 slices of red velvet cheesecake and carrot cake, I spoke with Zameer and Zara. They were both very polite, the desserts were amazing very moist. They also popped an extra dessert in as it was my dads birthday. Delivery was quick and easy thank you so much! Will definitely order again :)

The salsa had a overpowering garlic taste, spoilt the nachos.

Order placed on Ubereats, the order was taking really long, so I called the restaurant who said it’s out for delivery and I should just wait. 1hour went by still nothing so recalled the restaurant and was told they have no idea where my order was despite it was their own driver who was delivering the food…. Clueless restaurant

Ordered 4 brownie sundae, and none of them had any brownies in them. Just added chocolate pieces instead.
