Food was excellent and service was good Iqbal was very helpful.

Very nice place and the food is actually really tasty and Unique. I ordered the full English breakfast with the spicy beans and my mate ordered the spinach Shakshouka... highly recommended. I didn't give full.marks for service as we felt that we was being rushed... we are slow eaters and having conversations during our meal... but on the 3rd time, we just gave in and they took our food away Based on the Decor and taste I will definitely recommend and will try again.

I went with my friends this morning as I promised the brother (owner) I will visit his cafe the day he was buying paratahs from Tesco. He checked out on my till n thats how i got to know about ines.We absolutely loved everything about Ines. Parking was smooth. The lady welcomed us in n she looked after us very well. The cafe was busy but we had the attention of the staff when we needed. Food was brilliant. Atmosphere very good. We didn't wanted to come our as we got soo comfortable there. Definitely going bk to support my bengali brothers business 💯

taken my money twice!! they charged my amex and said it didn’t go through when it clearly did and made me pay using my debit, the staff are inexperienced and kept going back and forth with the manager and even the manager wasn’t helpful, won’t even pick up the phone so i can get my refund so having to open a dispute the staff were very passive and rushing us as well as not friendly which is sad we came far to come here

Such an amazing brunch I and would 100% get the inés breakfast and the potatoes were the highlight. So filling and delicious. 100% would recommend!

Te aconsejaría llamar antes de visitarnos y comprobar si están ocupados o no, y si dicen que están ocupados preguntar cuánto tiempo de espera es. He estado allí un par de veces y puedo decir que el ambiente aún no ha decepcionado; y el personal siempre está trabajando duro tratando de acomodar a todos, ya que siempre ha estado ocupado cuando visité. Prueba todo en el menú. Evite sentarse cerca de los inodoros, aunque siempre están limpios.

Laurie is a credit to the company, lovely smile and knows how to accommodate the expectations of the customer’s experience it was our first time, wonderful experience and the amount of customers seated such a popular place to be would need to wait for seats to become available it was worth the wait.

Absolutely disgusting found bugs in our pancakes so they took the food away and replaced it with dry French toast ..not going here again and the channa were burnt joke place.

Located on Moseley road in what used to be a pub. Building looks massive from outside but the inside is surprisingly small. However it’s very bright and fresh looking. Only breakfast and brunch is served. Ordered house omelette with a tropical mocktail. Food is way overpriced. Staff have poor body language. This place is very popular and busy but I just can’t see what the hype is all about. For me it’s a case of once and done.

Just celebrated my eldest daughters birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. The manager, Lorie, was wonderful and the service was faultless. Think I may have found a new fave place. The food was delicious and prices were very reasonable. Only complaint I have is I'd no room left for a bounty milkshake lol. Thank you so much for helping to make my daughters day special 😊💯

Food was soo good, the garlic bread was like a doughnut in the best possible way 🤤 the cocktails were all amazing! Dominic was our waiter and he brought the whole night together, looked after us really well and was great craic! Will definitely come back! You should open for dinner also 🙏

Had a wonderful brunch with my daughters. We ordered the Desi and Ines breakfast and we didn't regret it. The Desi and Ines breakfast at the restaurant was absolutely delightful. The service was also 10/10, with attentive and friendly staff who ensured our meal went smoothly. They don’t know what an açai is. Ordered an açai bowl on Uber eats that was inedible yet still charged. Açai is supposed to be frozen blended fruit without dairy. They sent me warm plain yogurt mixed with fruit which I hate. There is no yogurt in an açai base. Disgusting.

Best brunch place in Birmingham! Great fusion menu with English and Asian options. Not just a hype place with one or two good items and the rest is just standard. Everything we ordered was made fresh and was delicious! The decor/atmosphere/service was all amazing! I would highly recommend to all! Parking at rear of restuarant but plenty of overlow on the road as well. A must place to go!

Brunch was delicious and good atmosphere. I got the full English breakfast and it was lovely. Very busy in there we had to wait 30 minutes on a Sunday morning. Only negative is the iced coffee I ordered was tiny, they should give out bigger cups.

Had a wonderful brunch here, I was not expecting too much as I'm not the biggest on breakfast, but honestly, it was probably the best I have had. I ordered the sandwich too, and I was extremely surprised at how delicious this was, too. Also, the presentation was 👌🏽 I would definitely recommend it. Staff were also very friendly. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, REVOLTING, why did I waste my time in here and my money. Very bad service, been running to the loo all day since I have lunch in ines. God knows what was in the food but it was revolting. I only had 2 bites and the smell didn't seem right I complained and I got a rude response back. Should have dealt with the complaint better but the manager/owner wasn't bothered he just seemed like a fat, big headed, egoist that. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE AVOID . 1 WAS THE LOWEST MARK THERE. INES does not even deserve 1.

Came across this cute café on TikTok. When arriving we were acknowledged straight away and were seated within 5 minutes. Cute little spot for a late breakfast, the food did take a while to come out but honestly it was worth the wait. We ordered the full breakfast, salmon and avo bagel and french toast to share. The staff were really nice and still found time to check in on us even though we could clearly see they were stressed and under pressure as there was only two of them working the floor. However, one of the best breakfast that we have had in Birmingham by far and super affordable. I would recommend going earlier to avoid the busyness and noise. Sure to be coming back here and definitely will be recommending to friends and family. (Also there is parking on site, which I wish I knew about as we had to park 5-10mins away due to busy roads surrounding)

Bit of a queue to get in and wait for a table. Packed on a Sunday afternoon. Once in, order was taken promptly. Even though the place was busy, didn't have to wait for drinks and food. Staff were attentive and Friendly. The shachshuker was really nice, highlyrecommend it, desi tea very good. The breakfast good and filling (but nothing special). Prices in comparison to other eateries are on a par. Worth the wait, enjoyed the food, and the service was good by attentive staff. Would go again.

Nestled away in Balsall Heath under the facade of an old public house, you wouldn’t think there is an actual hidden gem within. Thoroughly refurbished inside, there is no trace that this was an old pub, apart from the bar which is now used to serve halal drinks. It is decorated neatly with floral decorations (before they became widespread) and a clean interior. The menu offers a range of options from an English breakfast (Ines special) to a desi breakfast as well as for the Arab contingents, Shakshuka. I opted for the Ines special along with a glass of French orange juice, it would be cardinal not to get a drink! The breakfast came quite quickly so you could be mistaken to think it wasn’t fresh. However when I tuck into it, everything from the toast, sausages, potatoes, tasted fresh. The sausages were really flavoursome along with the potatoes. Overall I really do like this place and prefer it over the many others in Birmingham so if I was to choose a spot for brunch, Ines would be it. Don’t forget they do have their own car park at the back otherwise parking can be a bit of a nightmare around there.

Wow, I had brunch at Ines and it was an absolute delight! The corn fritter dish was a standout with its unique textures and superb flavors. I highly recommend adding a sausage for a satisfying meat fix. The pancakes were unbelievably fluffy, possibly Japanese-inspired. Meeting one of the co-owners was cool, adding a personal touch to the experience. Can't wait to return and try more items from their promising menu!

Lovely place in terms of the layout. It's a great stop for instagram photos! I came for the food which was good but not the best. The menu also seems quite limited to be fair and their opening times are very ad-hoc. Sometimes they are open for breakfast, other times they are not? Please note - the entrace can be quite confusing. It is the door on the corner of the building!

Have been here a few times, as an out of towner this definitely lives up to all the brunch places I've eaten at across different cities. Food is always great, decor great, presentation great, staff are attentive and very efficient. They are always so busy but waiting time is around 20 minutes because staff handle customer numbers so well, they clean up tables very quickly.

It was my second time coming here and I absolutely loved it yet again! I was served by the pretty bar girl with the bun who came out to take our order as the place got really busy. She was so helpful with suggestions and recommendations it’s a shame we didn’t catch her name. Drinks were nice and refreshing I had the fresh orange Juice and my sisters ordered iced lattes. I had the shakshuka as recommended by the waitress and fell in love with it will definitely be returning for that shakshuka! All in all a great place to visit!

Visited Ines on a few occasions and truly have to say the food is amazing, worth the price, staff are lovely and has to be my favourite brunch place in Birmingham with value for money.

My friend’s and I aim to meet up at least once a week for a coffee, catch up and get away from the day to day stuff! Ines is our go to spot for sure. From the menu to the service, the aesthetics and ambience we love everything about Ines. The staff are ALL wonderful, in particular Lori and Iqbal. They never fail to put a smile on our face. Bad customer service My 3 children came from breakfast yesterday and when they were halfway through eating one of the male waiters came and grabbed the plates off them and asked them when there were leaving. They all paid £12 per person and they did not get to finish their food. It's so disrespectful for the waiters to behave like this to paying customers Please in the future treat everyone with respect regardless of their age, gender or race.

Way too expensive for what it is. One of the staff could not be bothered to serve us, and it felt like he did not want to work.

We had a brunch there We were pleasantly surprised to see that there were French songs, and we understood directly that the restaurant belonged in French. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu, there were some really good options except the vegetarian brunch, the sausages were not good. But otherwise, the rest of the desserts, drinks and dishes nothing to say, you can eat savory or sweet at any time

Ordered 2 cappuccino which came out cold. Ordered the French toast which was so dry that you couldn't even cut through it with a knife. If you think just cutting a piece of brioche loaf is French toast you need some culinary education. The ice cream served with the French toast was of a very low quality. All in all very expensive for what they offer and 0 quality.

I had a club sandwich which was ok. Good portion and looks amazing just wasn't as nice as I was expecting. To drink I had a tropical cooler which was one of the best drinks I've tasted and the service was brilliant. Would go again and try something else next time 😊

Lovely food and service overall enjoyed it . The aesthetics were beautiful in there. However the only thing I have to say is that they should consider to have an alternative to using Nutella on some of the dishes as my friend was allergic to nuts and wanted to share a dish of mine luckily I questioned what chocolate spread was used and thankfully they told me Nutella before it was too late .
