Marks and Spencer in Perth & Kinross

Nice surprise on discovering they had changed their menu to having a greater choice, normally it would have been the bacon roll, this time had the cheese omelette roll which was good and the same price as the bacon roll. Was offered the limited edition of the new coffee, would prefer that they had the Brazilian, I’ll be staying with the house blend. Would even consider going in later to try the other options for lunch. As always staff polite and friendly with good knowledge of the products

Popped in foe a late brekkie early kunch. Unusually for the time the cafe was very quiet. Staff were a bit offhand at first but we ordered up and enjoyed the brekkie with the acacia honey latte. By the time we were finishing up the cafe was pretty busy. We liked the newish seats - made the place look brighter.

Surprised by the cleanliness of the shop floor compared to the one at the retail park. Staff seemed like they actually enjoyed their job too.

Muy bien ubicado, mucho estacionamiento. Si bien no es enorme, parece hacer frente a aquellos que desean disfrutar de bocadillos y bebidas bien producidos en un estándar de M&S que sabe que será bueno.

We dropped in here for coffee and ended up having lunch and cake The soups are a meal in themselves served with beautiful little rolls. We could not have the coffee without opting for a slice of the delicious coffee and walnut cake! Lovely little cafe with friendly and helpful staff.

Every time I go to the cafe, the service is incredibly slow. This review is no reflection on the cafe staff, but more the lack of staff. The management need to get more staff behind the counter to get the queue moving. The other day, I was 2nd in the queue and it took nearly 15 minutes to get served. It was disorganised chaos. The food is good, but beginning to wonder if it's worth the wait!!

I wish Marks and Spencer nothing but good. Nothing. I git my Christmas food shop today I did not have a pound coin why can their trolleys not be free to take like any other supermarket’s? Also, a friend’s husband passed away recently. The last time I saw them was in this store. We sat and talked for hours. A week later we were fined. For socialising. For buying coffee and cakes. And renewing an old acquaintance. Poor show

I stop here frequently, when either North or Southbound. Lovely staff. Good selection of foods. Short , limited selection of chilled sandwiches. Cafe shuts quite early ( 18:00 ?), so go along to C - - - a, for a takeaway.

Some of the managers from this shop are great for customer and for an employee. Unfortunately, General Manager is horrible with cooperation within the staff. She like hides in the corner and watch what staff are doing, how long they were in the toilets, how late they are back from break.

we shop regular here as it's very convenient just off the A9 but it can get very busy. as you would expect from Marks and spencer there is a varied selection including food to go

Perfect bacon roll and coffee, small selection of cakes and other sandwiches. Along with a selection of drinks, all which you can sit in or take away. Seasonal food and drinks with a few core items. Staff friendly, and helpful
