Everybody is entitled to there opinion, we have to be responsible when writing a review. This is somebodies business. I've eaten here since 2016 or 17, I can't remember, personally I've never had a bad kebab, service is good, place is clean, it's not domino's. Will continue to use. I drive from ilkeston each time.

The staff clearly Lack the intelligence to do such a simple task such as put a pizza in a box with out mashing the sides of the lid into the pizza to the point the cardboard has actually stuck to every slice of the pizza. Absolute waste of money, may as well of gone outside and burned my money.

Had a mixed kebab and the chicken was so rubbery I couldn't eat it, tasted frozen chicken with more taste so wouldn't recommend

My family were on a short camping trip and we wanted some hot ( but auick) food. We found Mario's takeaway. We had Burgers that were so full of flavour and huge! My son had a Pizza, which he said was the best he'd ever had!! Brilliant food and good value for money.

Tried to order a pizza and kebab. The guy on the food was really rude and asked me if I was finished or I needed to change my mind again… the way he spoke to me the customer was bang out of order. Cancelled my order and will go elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting customer service !!! Never order from these . Order food never arrived and when called the next day after trying several times the night before and waiting for 2 hours for food they said there a problem with system and refund going through after 8 days and still no refund I called to explain this and the man on the phone was rude so rude mocking the way I spoke and mugged off that the refund will arrive in a couple of days. Should not be operating a business.

The management are running this place into the ground, used to be lovely food, freindly staff but not any more. Waited over 2 hours for food to be told that it still wasn't ready so we cancelled, refused to refund me.

Ordered with a wait tine of 1hour 20 mins online. I called after 1hr 30 minsand they told me had just leftshop. 20 mibs later i called again only to be told it hadn't left yet. When i asked why they lied before i wad accused of lying myselg saying they never saus that. Awful customer service

This order was put in and given a 2 hour waiting time. When contacted to ask if they had started cooking it yet, the guy on the call got really rude asking why swearing. When asked what he means we want to know if had started cooking yet, he got even ruder asking why have to keep saying "f**king" while talking to him. If can't understand the call, don't answer, if want to get confrontational get facts right. 2 hrs wait for a burger is bad enough, abuse when trying to confirm if was being sorted, not good

So here we go....... Waited over 2hours for our telephone order. Only to be wrong and the Manager arguing with us when we call to say they missed out 1 part of out order!!!!! Terrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone unless you want an unfilled order!!! Stay away!!!

The pizza was okay, however we ordered nachos and they arrived with no salsa so were very dry and not worth eating same with the terrible chips

Told on phone meal was £26 but charged £36. They refused to refund £10. They said they charge extra £4 per kebab to put lettuce and tomato separate! So a kebab is £9. Unbelievable! Pizza burnt as well. See picture below! Gave them chance to sort but they didn't bother. Definitely won't use again.

Marios is a great place the people are really friendly and I have eaten hear many a time and can say the pizza is spot on and the kebabs are great and salad was fresh also the chips are bang on

Rubbish Again! No sauces on a cold kebab again Pizza cold I put it down to being cold as the delivery driver was smoking fags across the road (don't get chips as there always soggy or dripping in fat) This place used to be very good but over the last 6 months it's crap I wouldn't recommend

I asked for my order to be delivered at 19:45 as I wanted to put my daughter to bed first, unfortunately they decided to deliver at 18:50 instead? One hour early. Sometimes this is great but when I asked for a specific time not really. Regards food quality my donnor meat was cold and fries were barely warm.

My favourite takeaway, food always arrives hot and fresh. Really tasty food, never had a problem with it. However, the delivery from this place is always bad. They did improve a few months ago getting my order out earlier than said a few times but it seems like it has slipped again. 1 hr and 30 mins I waited last night.. by the time I got my food I was ready for bed. Food is always great though so order well in advance!!

Options for delivery time were over an hour away. Selected one for hour and 15 mins but it still got moved to over hour and a half by restaurant after order placed. So annoying!

An hour and half late...cold...greasy, first time it's happened. Didn't help that app said it was delivered at 20.20 but it hadn't! Near on 10pm.

Superb pizzas! First time we'd ordered. Lovely light dough. One of the pizzas was ordered as a thin and crispy , but appeared to be deep pan though.

Order from here quite often as its local. Ordered food at 5pm and it was meant to arrive at 17:55 the food didn't turn up till 630 also rang up twice asking how long it was going to be. Driver hadn't even left when our order was meant to be already delivered. Not impressed today but normally love ordering from here!

Took 1 hour 15 mins to deliver. Chips not cooked, coleslaw all cabbage and pizza very dry and bland - won't use again.

Bloody love this place! Can't get enough of the garlic butter cheese stuffed crust! Great offers on the menu for everything you need and the prices are very reasonable!

Went here to order kebabs ,I paid for them and told them what time I would come back and collect them,went back at given time no kebabs ready so had to wait while they were doing other orders and my taxi waiting . Got home kebab was awful, some of meat didn't look cooked properly,so full of grease all the naan was inedible so threw it in the bin .Do not go here it is abysmal

Order came wrong clocked straight away which the driver who just shunned us off and no it right we showed him what we ordered on screen again just shunned. We was hungry so decided not to bother and just eat what they sent and it was all burnt and ended up wasting most of it and ended up ordering from some where else didn't bother complaining as the way the driver was we'd probley get the same from store.

Great food, great deals! We had the 3 10'' pizzas for £12 and they were good quality. This is my go-to pizza place, and the prices are great! The only down side would be that the expected delivery time is long, however the actual delivery is quick. I assume this is to ensure they are covered just in case they are running late, better to be reviewed as quick delivery than late!
