Came late and there was items missing from the order when I tried to get hold of the restaurant no one would answer the phone so I rang the delivery guy who was very rude and put the phone down on me I personally think just eat should remove this restaurant from there list as this is no the first time I have had problems with my order from here if I could have given a ni star rating I would but I would prefer to give them a minus figure

Don’t waste your money. The kebab tasted awful and was rubbery. The garlic bread was burnt. After waiting an hour for food I honestly thought the quality would be better than this. Never again!

Had kebab meat and chips £3.50 lunchtime special and it was horrible. Kebab meat was dry and tasteless and the chips tasted like they’d been cooked in dirty oil. Had about 3 mouthful’s and chucked it in the bin. It was disgusting, avoid.

Was late on arrival. Not particularly warm. And I asked for garlic mayo and had mint yoghurt all over my food. By this point I was hungry so attempted to eat but sadly didn't enjoy it all.

Beeston Break is one of the best takeaways in Beeston. Excellent food cooked to order. Wonderful staff. Deffo recommend

Order delivery time was pushed back and delivered later than that food wasn't great they forgot peas a can of coke and salad and the chicken wrap was awful £4.50 for a meager amount of dry chicken in a dry wrap with no salad or sauce a real rip off on ringing restaurant they said they busy doing there best and would deliver a can of coke the following night which was appalling enough but they never even delivered it avoid is my recommendation I will not be use these again

Food order turned up over an hour later than expected, despite calling them twice and being told it was 10 minutes away, then 2 minutes away (ended up being another 40 minutes after that.) Food was lukewarm, didn't taste very good either. First time ordering from these, will be the last sadly.

Placed the order an hour in advance only for it to come an hour late. When I called the restaurant they did not seem to have a clue as to what was going on and where it was. Will never order from here again.

The food was over cooked, ordered a chicken burger but got chicken nuggets in a bun which was like cardboard I've never had a meal like it and definitely wont be going there again, disgusting.

Not one to leave reviews but to be honest I'm quite disappointed. First time ordering from here and don't think I will again. I ordered a large mixed kebab and chips with salad and garlic mayo. I requested in the notes to have mild chilli sauce, which they did do so I was happy. However, there was no salad, which spoilt it really! The chicken was very hard to chew and in the end I just gave up. The Donner meat was sliced way too thick which again got left to the side. Chips were alright. My partner had a large fish, chips gravy and ordered a coca cola out of the three choices he was given. The delivery driver turned up with a Pepsi and said is that alright?! Although we didnt really have a choice as he didnt have an alternative on him so pointless asking really! My partner couldn't eat the batter on the fish as it was too hard. To be honest we feel like we was just given the scraps. Very disappointing for our first time.

not very appetizing at all.. the,fish was overcooked.the chips looked dar not happy at all, also soggy thats if you could call them chips, sliced slimy. i for one will not be ordering no food from this place again. this dose reflect quite badly on just eat, it was like a pile of slop.....

Food is good, as always... Wish they wouldn't advertise Coca Cola, twice now they have sent me Pepsi, I don't like it, hence why I chose Coke..

IT'S CHEAP BUT IT SUCKS They've got me the wrong topping on pizza, they've added me pineapple lol. Pizza is tasteless, and dry. I've ordered pizza and burgers from these guys a couple of times and it's always the same lame tasteless, dry pizza.

10 inch pizza was ordered and we got a small pizza. Will not be going back.

Ordered from this restaurant after a long day at work... being a vegetarian I ordered cheese n onion pie meal... what I got was mince beef pie... when ringing the restaurant I was told “sorry no cheese pie so sent beef instead” without even calling to confirm this.. when asking for a replacement or money back I was told they couldn’t bring as restaurant is closing even tho they had an hour till close... Then he hung up and blocked my number.. very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

Received basic lamb donor kebab without salad when I’d ordered, and paid for, the more expensive special lamb shish kebab with salad. No contact to advise my order was unavailable and no refund of difference in cost. . Very disappointed.

Really fancied some chips and tried this place when walking past. I wish I had trusted my instincts at the emptyness, as a sign to keep walking. Staff member serving me had a real hostile attitude when I dared to check the price against menu. Kept my money and left. Never experienced customer service like that anywhere before. Avoid.

Chips were ok, the fish was not great, which for the price your paying for fish these days!!

Both times we orders from here the food was late. We had to ring 30 mins after to be told it had already left, we live 5 minutes away and then it shows up 15 minutes later. When the food was here it wasn’t that great, it was stodgy and really wet like it had condensation from being sat in the box too long.

I tried to call the restaurant to see where my order was and they didn't answer the phone. My children were extra late for bedtime as they were waiting for their dinner. Poor service today

Fish had obviously been cooked a long time it was so rubbery and the batter was soft and chewy. We had food from there a few months ago but this was inedible. The chips were ok along with the peas however I had asked for these to be separate! My partners pizza was actually nice. But when one of you cannot eat their food it spoils the entire takeaway I have previously complained about the odd bad takeaway but through my experience nothing is ever done. Hence why I didn’t bother calling the shop as probably most don’t

Most food was poor quality. Order was 20-30 minutes late, and we didn't get all the items we'd paid for. Unlikely to go back.

Unfortunately I ordered a pizza which I assumed was vegetarian, but in fact had ham in it. I tried to call the restaurant to see if they could replace the pizza, however, I tried multiple times to call the published number over 45 mins and had no luck at all. I have raised the issue with Just Eat customer service

Half an hour late. Got a message saying our food was on its way but didn't arrive till 40 minutes later. It takes 5-7 minutes max in the car and that would be only if it was rush hour. Cold, soggy chips and battered sausage, warm soggy salad and soggy naan on kebab. Basically it was all ruined from sweating in the paper for nearly an hour and was completely inedible. Driver didn't apologise, the person I spoke to when querying the wait never called me back to update me or apologise, food was awful. We've been regular and happy customers for a long time now but unfortunately we now won't be ordering again.

1st class customer service! I received a very apologetic call from a lovely man to advise that part of the order was unavailable. We agreed on a replacement option and it arrived quickly and with a refund of the difference. The food itself was great and we will definitely be ordering from here again.
