Mario's Pizzeria in Wirral

Ordered and money taken by PayPal. Order not confirmed by website so tried to call. Number not in use. Great service in the past.

Ordered twice on Uber eats, both times the order was cancelled and I was still charged. Don’t go here.

Ordered online. Money was taken out of our account but the food was never delivered. Contact telephone number doesn’t even ring. Ordered from there a while ago & the same thing happened but on that occasion we were able to speak to someone. They were quite rude but convinced us that we selected to pick up & despite us being certain we hadn’t, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. This good faith was obviously misplaced.

Took the money, did not deliver the food. Called them repeatedly and they never answered the call. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered food ... never arrived . Still took out £25 !!! No one answered the phone on the Sat or 3 days later . Absolutely disgusting .

Absolutely awful service- ordered food nearly 2 hours ago, no updates, tried to call multiple times and the service we received was disgusting! So rude!! Do not order if you actually want your food on time with decent customer service.

The kids are out for tea. So we gave Mario's a try for our tea. My wife had a cheese burger, I had 12" American hot pizza. Fantastic food and speedy pleasant service. Thank you.

Says it delivers but then doesn't when you try and check out... Remove it from delivery if this is the case

I dont know about the fake 5 star reviews on here. But as you can see by the rest it's a horrendous mistake. Yyyyyyep - you guessed it, 3 hour wait. Food was like cold casting resin that looked better in the bin. Wasn't surprised at all to find the other reviews. Multiple people phoned to enquire and were given multiple different excuses including that a driver had been in a car accident. -_- I reckon I've got more chance of pulling my mixed chicken out my backend than I've got of a refund tbh... The local brothels will be seeing an awful lot more dodgey kebabs than usual. I'd give you the whole "never again" barks but I hate thievery more than anything in the world so I'll just leave it at - Fuk off.

Been ill all morning, what a shower of DROSS. Never go back how can you not cook hash browns. Tossers.

Ordered it and 20 minutes later it was here. Chicken was hard and horrible, looked like it was warmed up from last week and so did the chips, pizza not cooked properly and overall the food was caked in grease and mainly uncooked. Even the delivery person said "sometimes it's nice" so they know most of the time it's horrible. Ew.

I've got to say Mario's is the best when it comes to pizza and kebab on the staff are an absolute delight especially Barry, he's always looked after me when I come in. Not been in for a while because money is tight and today he greeted me with a warm welcome and a massive smile, even after 2 years of not being able to come he still remembers my name. Im glad the Mario's team is part of the village and know they will certainly be around for years to come. Love you guys, thanks for looking after me and Chloe over the years

Food come and it was for some reason spicy when it shouldn’t be! They didn’t give us the free garlic bread or drink when we ordered over a certain amount.Most importantly when I was eating my cheesy chips there where 2 hairs in the cheesy and chips!! Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic!! Me and my boyfriend are currently in bed with server stomach pains and feeling sick.will definitely not be ordering from here again and I suggest you don’t too!

Ordered 2 (2!!!) Pizzas for delivery, at 6pm on a Sunday night. Delivery was advised to be 50 mins. After 1 hour I was told it was going to be another 30 mins, at 7.30pm,I was told it was next out, at 8pm I was told it had just left the restaurant, and at 9.05pm as my delivery updated to say it has been delivered I called the restaurant again, who informed me it was on the way. I cancelled and was told my refund would be 2 days. It's been 10 days and no sign of the money. Today I chased the refund and suffered 5 mins of shouting abuse. AVOID!

We ordered a takeaway it took over 3 hours to get our order. The girl on the phone had to apologise loads times she was helpful. The order was wrong. Put the girl got a replacement sent out. Put the meat feast pizza was not nice it had hot dogs on. And for £10 FOR 10'' NOT WORTH IT. I WILL NOT BE HAVING A TAKEAWAY AGAIN. BECAUSE OVER 3 HOURS IT'S NOT WORTH IT

Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes after being told it would only take about an hour when food arrived it was cold and tasteless won’t be back

Order at 10 to 6, 3 hours later still no food, the place has been on a call for the last 2 and a half hours so we can't call them about it. Absolutely shocking wait.

Absolutely disgusting customer service skills, food was ordered at 7pm on Friday night was meant to arrive at 8, rang them they told me it was running late, it was done through just eat and when food is running late with other restaurants they send a message to let you know, Mario’s Do not do that, by 8.30 still no food and they were saying before 9 and blamed Valentine’s Day and being busy, I complained and they just shouted at me so I hung up and they cancelled my food, would never order food there again

Great chicken kebabs and friendly staff

Love Marios! Mostly get the special mixed kebab from them and looks expensive but well worth it. Salad is separate, 2 naans and lots of meat. Never can finish in one go - goes in the fridge for the next day to recover from that morning after the Friday feeling!

Great place for delivery or to eat in after a few in the local pubs. Very clean in side. Food excellent and very good customer service. Ordered by phone and food came in 30 minutes. Quick, hot and tasted amazing!

I remembering eating lunch here many times a few years back when I was in sixth form. The chips were great.

The food from here is outstanding. My go to place. They don't scrimp on portion sizes like other restaurants do. Fantastic, can't recommend them enough.
