Food was rotten chips tasted funny the lasagna was freezing and the curry sauce was lice grease.

Had to phone and text the restaurant. No updates on the app. Offered a free bottle of coke but that’s no use when your food takes an hour and 30 minutes for delivery. Disappointing after years of being a loyal customer

A place that has a firm place in my heart. I grew up with Mario's. Things in life change, but Mario's hasn't. Staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. When life was tough or things weren't going right, Mario's always came through. But always ask for extra base sauce! That is the key to happiness!!

Just got my delivery , very good value for the deal, food arrived roasting hot, chips grand, onion rings lovely, garlic pizza bread, gorgeous. I ordered pizza, half ham and mushroom which was perfect, half ground beef, red and green peppers and jalapeños, I go ground beef, pepperoni which I hate and jalapeños, not a red or green pepper in sight, disgusted

my food did not arrive after waiting for 2 hours. not only that but somehow it was marked as delivered even tho I was given a code which I did not give to any delivery driver as I did not receive my food. So I am unaware how they were able to make my order as complete without my code.

Not all the order came so had to phone and they sent the rest out, was over 40mins to get it and it was cold. Didn't seem to care that the kids didn't get their pizza with the order. No apology or offered anything for the inconvenience.

Ready on time. It wasn’t the best but not the worst lasagna about… on par with a school dinner or hospital dinner (which I like, just wouldn’t pay extra for).

food is beautiful and the lasagna big enough to do 2 dinners. very yummy indeed.

I ordered the family meal which included chicken nuggetts. I really didnt expect only 2 chicken nuggetts no way they are for sharing

Kebab meat had mainly burnt pieces like eating cardboard. chips onion rings cold on arrival only thing that was edible was the small pieces of chicken and nann bread

The food here is so good it's ridiculous, If you haven't tried this place yet Mario's does not disappoint. Always warm. Always on time. Always 10/10. The only critique I would give is that the chilli sauce needs a bit more kick.

Definitely best pizzas around east Belfast. Always good portions and always very tasty we have tried others but Mario's is the best

if there was 6 stars I would give it , Firstly the food was unreal !! for a large order not one thing to complain about it was cooked to perfection and tasted as good as it looked! on top the the grest food was the customer service , the offer didn't populate for a free item I put this in my comments with the order but in a hope as most places ignore it , not Mario's not only did they give the kids two free drinks when they forgot the bottle of coke the driver went back for it. thank you Marios

I ordered with Mario’s because we usually find them reliable and I needed the order to be within the estimated one hour delivery time and they are only a 5 min drive from our house. So it looked safe but on this occasion we were pretty disappointed with the delay.
