Ordered to take out, Asked for no vinegar just salt they put vinegar they didn’t even replace the containers so they handed food that still have vinegar on it that is very poor service! I won’t be coming back here again!!

Had been a regular.. But wasn't happy with my last Cod & chips purchase (June 2023)..the cod portions consisted of 4-5 small pieces of cods...so not much meat and too much batter.. @£10/cod

One of the best fish and chips I had, fresh, flakey fish, lightly battered, the oil didn't smell rancid like other places.

Fish and chips were good but its too pricey - £10 just for the fish and £4 for chips. A meal for two from a chippy shouldnt cost just under 30 quid

Fries were dry and had no coloration from any frying. Place looks clean and inviting but the food was very poor.

Yummy food great service will return again..I was in Earlsfield for an appointment..and decided to visit this eatery as fancied fish and chips. Great food, hot, freshly cooked and great service. Also I had the lunch special which I added Mushy peas and a soft drink too. Great price (Im an NHS worker so on a budget) for great food. The server/chef was very pleasant. I live in Merton but will definitely visit again from time to time bcos of my experience today. Thank you .

Fish always cooked to order. Fish can also be cooked without batter. delicious. Family run - not a chain- place that carried on serving when possible throughout the pandemic. Friendly, great service

Freshly made to order, but a little pricey. Fish and chips were very good, scampi was not bad. Mushy peas were a bit cold, not great and also sauces served in sachets for eat in, that could have been bottles on the table. Otherwise very clean and a pleasant place to eat in.

Picked up 4 cod and chips today. Cooked to perfection while I waited and was still hot and the batter crispy when I got it home.

Decent fish bar, clean and friendly 😃! We had Diet Coke and Sprite and they gave us nice glasses to pour into. Tasty fish and chips, one of the fish portions was a bit dry, but overall it was nice! 🐟 The mushy peas were very ‘mushy’, 😂! Had a pickled egg 🥚, haha! Gherkin is bigger than I thought! 🥒 Overall 👍🏼

Excellent, the food was lovely one of the best fish shops around.

This is the second time I’ve ordered my Fish and chips from here and i am again really pleased. Not the closest to my home but when you find a good chippy you stick with them! The regular size chip portions are massive and the fish (Rock) is just perfect. I will be ordering here again, without a doubt.

Straight up a 5/5 review from me. For a seemingly innocuous takeway joint this was suprisingly excellent fish chips and in fact the best I've had in recent memory. We had a cod and a haddock both of which were exceptional. The batter was light and crispy allowing the succulent fish to be star of the show. The chips were similary excellent light crunch on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Portions are generous and price more than resonable. Can't vouch for the pies or other items on the menu but if you're coming here get the fish, you won't be disappointed. The only thing missing was a slice of lemon to squeeze one the fish if that's to your taste. I guess the fact there is a queue of people waiting outside tells you all you need to know. Will be back for sure.

Popped in with my parents, and we had a wonderful meal all freshly cooked with a superb salad, the staff are very friendly and the seating and tables are spotless, I can't wait to visit them again

Fantastic. Made to order, fresh, fish was not overdone, was still moist, chips were still hot. Tried Cod, Haddock and Scampi, all were top shelf.

Quality Fish cooked well, may cost a bit more, but definitely worth it.

Great fish and chips but giving 4 stars as the fish could be a bit bigger. Otherwise delicious, nice friendly staff. Also homemade tartauce sauce could be made in da house as well instead of plastic heinz sacks, just an idea. 🙂

Fantastic cooked to order Fish and Chips in tasty light batter and freshly cooked chips plus Chicken/ Pies/ Sausage... great tasty food. Extremely pleasant staff. Lovely tasty salad and very clean premises and prep area. Has to be the best F&C restaurant in SW London a must place to get your F&C fix from. Brilliant!!!

Really good staff and friendly but, the fish seems to be getting smaller and smaller and the prices have gone up considerable. Wish the portions were not getting smaller as the quality of fish is really good just wish we had better sizes.

The food is excellent and fresh. Have dined in many times however we typically do takeaway once a month from this excellent restaurant for the last 4 years. The staff are sincere, warm and welcoming. The food is wonderful - the fish is so fresh and tasty. The chips are amazing!

Amazing service and amazing food! They do a lunch deal of fish and chips for £6 which is just the right portion and amazing quality. Fish always tastes so good and chips are my favorite as they are a mix of normal and crispy which I love! The service is always so kind - I go here with work friends every friday for the lunch deal and say we are 'regulars'. The men always recognise us and say hello and give us a little pot of chips to customers whilst waiting which I feel is a little bit to make them different and made me write this review- so thank you :)

Best Fish&Chips in SW London give it a try if you are around - you'll even get some chips while you wait for your take-out. They serve pretty large portions, so sharing a large portion of chips can be easily shared. Theunch special just sets you back a fiver and is perfectly fine for lunch for one. However, the fish is just tastier when ordered in the regular size as it keeps more moisture.

We have been coming to this fish and chip shop at least once a month for several years. The quality of the food is excellent. Great service and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Came out of station, looked left. Crossed road to Pub, then crossed again and started walking leftwards. Saw this place with fish and chip prices clearly posted in window for takeaway (bench outside) and table service. Ordered a Rock Salmon and Chips. Perfect. Fresh fish with good flavour and texture cooked in about 7 minutes. I find the best fish and chippies cook fresh fish in about 7 minutes. If its taking ten or more its usually frozen or they forgot your order. The chips were good and one or two had some skin on (not frozen!). I was charged £9.70 as expected from the window sign and had a good lunch. Recommended. Seemed fairly quiet on a Weds lunchtime. Earlsfield is so close to Clapham Junction it would be easier to eat here than wander around CJ looking for somewhere decent to eat.
