i wanted an extra bread not on menu rang shop they said they would put an extra one in order did not happen menu rubbish waste of space i rated it terrable as i could not get exactly what i wanted how hard is it to put nan bread on the menu

We had fish and chips delivered by deliveroo. It arrive quite quickly and was still nice and hot the food was great. The fish was nice and freshly cooked and the chip was very nice and not greasy. Will definitely order from here again

I love the chips from here, proper chippy chips. Decent kebabs, nice and tasty meat, chilli sauce with a good kick although salad could be better. Generous portions and the lamb bites are the mutz.

Comida deliciosa pero muy mal servicio. Pedí 3 kebabs: 2 de cordero y 1 de pollo para alguien que no come cordero. En el recibo dice claramente pollo. Y está marcado cuando lo embolsaron.Cuando llamé a la tienda, no quería saber nada y me dijo que llamara a Ubereats. Los Ubereats se reencuentran para la única comida y no se preocupan por volver a enviar el plato correcto para alguien que no pudo disfrutar de la cena. Muy mal servicio desde un lado.

Me encanta esta tienda de chips y viajo más de una milla para llegar allí. Las patatas fritas están tan recién fritas con aceite limpio todas y cada una de las veces. He probado los kebabs doner un par de veces y me decepcionó en ambas ocasiones. La carne parece demasiado cocida al vapor por cortarla demasiado pronto sin una parrilla adecuada de la carne. Para mí, no es así como debería ser un kebab. Por lo tanto, optará por los artículos convencionales de la tienda de chips, pero se mantendrá alejado de los kebabs doner.

The portion size for large, was anything but. The fish (cod) was also skinny and long, not much there at all. The chips were like crisps, as I séemed to be given predominantly the ends of the potatoe.

You have to try this place. It is an institution and has the best take away fish and chips and kebabs. Great family run establishment and you will not be let down. Great customer service and you always get a smile and welcome greeting.

This is a great place to get your fish 'n chips and many other lovely foods. For a chip shop it is very well kept and clean. Staff are great as is the service and food. We will back very soon.

Ordené pescado y papas fritas de este restaurante a una conocida empresa de entrega (bueno, ¡es viernes después de todo!). Me tomó alrededor de 20 minutos para entregar como vivo en Fulham. Pedí Rock and Chips y Cod and Chips. A pesar de que tomó tanto tiempo para entregar toda la comida todavía estaba caliente y la masa todavía estaba crujiente y no estaba flácida. He amado el rock desde la infancia (ahora en mis 50) y me he sentido decepcionado al intentarlo en otros establecimientos. Este NO fue el caso de María. La comida era tan buena que evocaba recuerdos de la infancia que no había tenido en mucho tiempo. Definitivamente recomendaría este restaurante tradicional a cualquiera.

Llamado por como parecía bien poblado y varios scoote motos / ciclomotores fuera recoger pedidos de Deliveroo. Comedor interior muy limitado, solo 6 pequeñas mesas estrechas, pero los productos son buenos. Tenía un gran bacalao y patatas fritas, mi compañero tenía solla. La suya estaba recién hecha, como las patatas fritas, pero el bacalao grande era del armario caliente y quizás un poco suave en el exterior (el pescado en sí era encantador). Impecablemente limpio, servicio alegre, un poco de un oasis en un desierto local de establecimientos de comida rápida. No es caro, tampoco, bacalao y patatas fritas 5 libras 60. La corriente constante de lugareños nunca se detuvo, una buena señal. Sus kebabs también parecen populares.

Traditional fish and chip shop with kebabs as well. Freshly cooked, good portion size and very reasonable prices. A large cod and chips serves both my wife and I at just £6:90. Friendly efficient staff. Eat in or take away.

Bought some regular cod and chips, and a pitta with salad and falafel. Got as takeaway and sat in Battersea park. Very nice food indeed. Will be trying gym special next.

Visitaremos el pescado y maría kebab shop casi cada semana, ya que la comida es de primera clase. El pescado es siempre fresco y por el doble más de no sentarse en expositor de secado. El pescado es enorme y muy buena relación calidad-precio.Kebabs son excepcionales.El personal es muy amable y acogedor.

Best fish and chips ever, very unassuming premises but fresh food and generally good service. Fish always tastes fresh and portions are generous size. The only downside is that they dont do delivery :(

These guys are great .. they freshly cooked me three large cod which were delicious..fresh hot and crispy ,,, together with chips and fresh salad ... heaven

Excellent fish and chips at a great price but staff unfailingly rude and unfriendly which spoils the experience.

For a quick take away this place is great. I had a lovely cod and chips with curry sauce for just over £7. The fish was massive and really nice and the chips were proper chip shop chips.

Como uso familiar este pescado y tienda de kebab al menos una vez a la semana, el Kebabs son para morirse y el pescado es tan grande que tienen para doblar los extremos a enrollarlo. Nunca he tenido una mala comida de aquí en dos años. Un menú muy variado para satisfacer todos los gustos.

Estándar "fish and chips" que ha ampliado su menú. Kebabs, hamburguesas, pollo, tenemos todo. Principalmente un para llevar pero tienen 6 asientos si desea comer. Siempre recién cocinados a la orden, grandes porciones con un servicio amable. Escrupulosamente limpia y siempre abierto si necesitas un bocado rápido.

Fast friendly service, just really wish they did delivery. I only eat Rock Salmon, which is always cooked fresh to order, usually only 3-4 pieces of fish out, to keep it all fresh, but you don't mind waiting for fresh food. Nice selection of chicken...

We have been buying fish and chips, kebabs and burgers from here for years - never fail to please .. Just one 'criticism' .. They should really think about looking into delivery !!

recommended this eatery , cheap and cheerful, staff are good at times, its local but i would travel to buy from here as the food is great tasting.

Asalamu alakum This place is selling the best fish and chips in battersea. Established and timeless maria's continues to set the bar in the tastiest fish and chips in south London. Service can be a little slow at lunch time with all the customers ringing on for delivery orders but it's worth the wait. The staff are pretty friendly to. Products are fried in separate oils so no meat fats mixing with fish products

Local de comida para llevar, aunque hay dos mesas si vas muy desesperado. Para lo caro que es comer en Londres, para una calidad media; este local puede ser un oasis en el desierto para comer, fish and chips, kebab, frankfurt, hamburguesas, etc...; por el precio y la cantidad que te ponen. El personal es muy amable y te facilitan la compresión. Si no te quieres complicar en comer, es muy buena opción.

Went there to have some take away dinner and ended up going the following 2 days again! Not only can you find great fish & chips, but also many more dishes for a good price. The staff is so nice and kind, my dad only knows basic English and they helped him a lot. If you're un Batteries, go take a look! The place is so clean and you can ser several diplomas regarding that matter hanging on the wall :)

I have never been disappointed in the service, friendliness of staff, speed or taste at Maria's - and I go there...A lot! The chips are simply delicious- just the right amount of crunch and always full of flavor. The fish is savory, with a crisp batter and just perfectly flakey - but what always gets me is the lamb kebab! The meat is rich and scrumptious - most certainly my favorite on the menu. One word -awesomeThe food is great but what makes Maria's is the staff. They are amazing. Billy and his team will always greet you with a warm smile and always up for a quick chat! I can only highly recommend a visit. I assure you, you will not regret it.

Very friendly very clean and amazingly fresh had the chips and kebab burger £3.50 well worth it and not to expensive either

I eat chips about once a month and they have to be from a good potato, cooked in good oil, not greasy and taste really nice. Been in there twice now and the cips are superb. If you are in Battersea or Clapham, it is worthwhile walking 200 yards or so to this chippy as you will enjoy.
