Fabulous meal and cracking staff, made to feel very welcome and the food was stunning. Very relaxed, one of my best evenings out of the year

The food was delicious and the waitress (Dotty) was so lovely, efficient and friendly! We visited on a quiet, wet Thursday evening, would like to visit when it is busier and when we can sit outside!

Our fabulous waitress Dorothy helped us park our bikes safely, choose amazing authentic oven fired pizzas and great wine - had a brilliant night - highly recommend this to anyone in the bournemouth poole area - seek this place out asap!

My end of the day pick up in a beautiful location at Compton Acres. Amazing high-quality Italian food, my energy is restored. I had calamari that was fresh and delicious as well as tasty bruschetta. After my meal i went to the Italian shop next door where i found authentic products definitely worth a look. Excellent service in the restaurant, I will return soon, 100% reccommend.

We've been planning on going here for ages and finally got around to visiting The wood fired pizzas are delicious, I had the napoletana pizza They even had a nutella pizza which was excellent. Staff are excellent served by Gennaro and Luca,big thank you go to Emanuele the pizza Chef (pizzaiolo).I tried many pizza but yours is definitely The best.Geazie mille for the italian atmosphere 🥰

We've been planning on going here for ages and finally got around to visiting It was certainly worth the wait! The wood fired pizzas are delicious, I had the ortolana with vegan cheese and the children had tomato spaghetti with garlic bread. They even had a vegan chocolate pudding which was excellent and came with a mini shovel to eat it with!

At 3.30 we indulged in coffee & Dorset apple cake, Heidi was amazing, helpful, relaxed & friendly, before we knew it we were sipping wine & eating an amazing pizza soaking up the atmosphere. If you want great food with great ambience you have got to come here. Fantastic

We have enjoyed many meals at Mare Luna and can honestly say that the current combination of menu selection, chef, and service is the best yet! Nothing is too much trouble, with special requests accommodated with pleasure. We were fortunate to experience the special spaghetti vongole (clams) which was perfect in every way - an abundance of sweet juicy Poole Bay clams fresh that day, with spaghetti, fresh herbs, a delicious broth and a touch of chilli. Another of our party had the meatballs in a rich tomato sauce with spaghetti, which they raved about. We were spoilt for choice with the excellent wines available - all very good! We didn't have much room left for dessert but we had the Tiramisu on a previous visit and would definitely recommend it. Having read some of the earlier reviews commenting on the atmosphere inside Mare Luna, it's clear that the team have taken this feedback on board and the addition of tablecloths, softer lighting, and other small touches is a great improvement.

After hearing about this place from some friends we decided to do our weekly catch up here. We are so glad we did!! From the amazing customer service to the amazing food, we couldn’t fault it! The staff where on point and no request was to much! And the pizza was delicious We are already planning our next visit!
