Mi lugar favorito para tomar un café mientras nos reunimos con los clientes. El personal es fantástico y la oferta es la selección italiana más lujosa que se puede conseguir en una cafetería en Londres

Siempre pedí pasteles de cumpleaños para mi familia. La pastelería más fresca y deliciosa que he tenido - para nosotros se ha convertido en una tradición tener nuestro pastel de Marchesi. El personal es siempre muy servicial con cualquier recomendación sobre el tamaño de la tarta y la mejor opción para la ocasión.

¿Por dónde empieza uno. Una recepción fría bienvenida, casi fuera de lugar. Una vez sentados pedimos unos pasteles de aspecto precioso de la pantalla y el té. Té de malvavisco, mi amiga nunca había probado la malva y pidió una taza vacía para tratar de ver si debía pedir una ella misma. El hombre (gerente) se apresuró a decirnos que una taza vacía no estaba permitido y rápidamente se fue. Al principio pensamos que estaba bromeando y volvería con una taza. Pasaron unos minutos y le pedimos a la camarera una taza vacía pensando que el gerente seguramente se había olvidado. Por desgracia, ella también respondió que no se permitían tazas vacías. ¿Dónde en Londres un establecimiento en Mayfair no proporciona una taza vacía? Aunque el pastel estaba delicioso y muy bien presentado, terminamos compartiendo una taza de té, lo que para Mount Street es inaceptable. Servicio infeliz, cliente desconcertado y ambiente pretencioso y escenificado.

Forget about the bad reviews. Come prepared to enjoy the ambience and the surroundings, after all this is a historic Cafe and owned by luxury brand Prada. It's not cheap, but if you want cheap- go to Gregg's. I loved the Aurora cake, the capuccino was perfect and service was lovely - Carlo - who I believe was the Maitre D' was very friendly.

Found this spot after a cafe very close to this place had a line out the door. Probably a reason this cafe did not have a line. The cashier lady was extremely rude asking for our order and the man making the coffees, even worse. Asked him nicely if we could sit at a table, thinking it may be open seating, however he continued to yell that he didn’t know and to ask someone else. Avoid this overpriced coffee/food and terrible service.

Possibly one of the most expensive coffees in London at £7.50! Very average and rather indifferent rude service, even to the point of throwing down the bill on the table, catering for the wealthy middle eastern ladies more than anyone else. Beautiful shop, cakes and confetti though, although probably trading on its Milanese reputation.

Cute little spot on Mount Street. Great service. A lovely spot to catch your breath while shopping. Loved the mini desserts. Smooth coffee.

Perfect Italian Patisserie with excellent coffee and sweet specialties and cakes. The staff is absolutely polite and professional. Better stay at the bar or order for take away since if you sit at a table the service is too expensive.
