The waffle was insane it was so fluffy, we ate outside in the garden which was lovely. The vibes were great and we even got free food!!

Nice desserts with friendly attentive staff the best thing about this place is the spacious if somewhat secret garden out the back would be great for summer BBQs It’s dog friendly too and they sell doggy ice cream! Def worth a visit to one of Weybridges hidden gems!

Nice desserts, really friendly staff. Nice seated garden area, would be lovely to hang there in the summer months, chill have a cocktail and a dessert. They do some hot food too. Nice location amongst a useful high street. 👍

Great stop off if you have a sweet tooth. I got the Biscoff waffle and it’s sooo good! They also have a really cool Secret garden for drinks and food

I liked the look of this lounge online, however I can't decide what was the worst aspect of eating here. Either the poor service, substandard appearance, or delay in waiting for the dreadful quality food and drink we received. Safe to say, I wouldn't recommend. Usually the 1 star reviews are unreliable, however in this case they are true.

Went for shisha and dessert. The waffle was really nice but after 5 minutes the shisha tasted burnt out and we ended up leaving after 10 minutes. The garden was nice even though it was empty but no music was being played in the garden which ruined the whole experience.

Been to a few dessert places like this never had to pay 2.95 to sit in the eat in. Poor quality ingredients wrong sundae when questioned I was met with “the boss said we don’t do them ingredients anymore” ?. However they still advertise and charge you for it. Don’t bother with this place looks pretty but no substance.

Waited 2hrs for order very cold when it arrived, chicken burger was 2 chicken nuggets in a bun, crepes solid and couldn't cut ice cream completely melted with some of this order missing

Nice ice cream but the place inside is quite grubby. We got 4 ice cream sundaes, which eating in was over £40!! The staff sit on their phones and aren’t particularly focussed on service. Shame as a lot of potential but needs an interior update and focus on customer service for the money.

Hi I just wanted to drop you a message to say thank you for being so kind to my older children when they come in. They are 13 and 15 and often come by with their friends and they always say how nice the staff are and how if they are in their school uniform they get student discount. Unfortunately some places can be very anti the kids coming in and do not treat them with kindness even though they behave well and are kind and polite paying customers. It is very encouraging to hear what they say about your staff and by treating them with respect and kindness you are teaching them to treat others the same. Thank you .

I would like to express my indignation, this milkshake is very bad, it has no taste at all, it is very bad and expensive, I do not recommend it to anyone

Was really disappointed with my overall experience at Marble Lounge. The service was not great at all, on top of spending money I had to also pay for Eating in the restaurant too which is the first time iver experienced that too. I’m also very very disappointed with the HYGIENE, the staff had not washed their Hands before making our deserts. No gloves were being worn when making our desserts, no hair nets were being worn either. The staff members had cleaned the tables and then made our deserts with there dirty hands. Hygiene was a 0/10 for me, I will not be coming back here anytime soon. This is my first time coming to the restaurant, I have ordered multiple times on Uber eats which I regret. I will not be recommending this place at all.

I can see in these reviews how this dessert place claims ‘hygiene is very important’ however there were no gloves worn or hair nets. I’m disgusted at the fact that tables were being cleaned and bits of food were being picked up from the floor and then without washing their hands they made my waffle, without gloves!! Cutting bananas and strawberries and picking up the waffle. I’m appalled and will never be coming back. When I asked one of the staff members why he wasn’t wearing gloves or hair net, his reply was ‘we never have, none of the staff wear gloves or hair nets’ I can not believe this. First dessert parlour in my life where no gloves or hair net was worn!

The salted caramel cheesecake was the best I’ve ever tasted. Crispy Chicken Burger was excellent (with a few fries). Coffee was hot, steam coffee-machine variety. It would be good to visit the high street store because they are clearly baking up impressive cakes.

Lovely atmosphere. Nice colourful decoration. The coffee was perfect, we tried biscouti cheesecake and salted caramel cheesecake . Comfortable place with friendly staff.

Mmm… I really can’t believe the very generous reviews. During our visit today, it was rather grubby with sticky menus that were falling apart. It was also freezing cold and the lights were turned off. The huge bears were also grubby. The milkshake tasted like it was made using skimmed UHT milk and the cheapest ice cream possible. On the whole I’m sorry to say it was an unwelcoming and miserable experience.

Wow Great for kids and adults alike. Outdoor space just magical. Not sure about milkshakes though - it was just milk blended with oreo!

Restaurant cancelled our order after 1 hour of waiting and never got an explanation nor an apology. What a let down.

Genuinely such a lovely place. From the front it may not look like much but the inside the garden and the atmosphere is amazing! The staff are lovely, and it was a great experience! The food was absolutely great, not too sweet which is usually my problem with desert places. And they really do cater to whatever you may want in your food. We all had custom orders and they were all made to perfection! Just such a pleasant experience when we went on my birthday!!

Don't make the mistake of assuming this diner sized desert boutique is small. Head out to the back garden. Go on.

I visited marble lounge this week. There must be a new manager.I was greeted by friendly welcoming staff and the whole place was lovely and clean. great value for money, the waffles are huge and the crepe’s delicious i’d highly recommend visiting here

Very rude staff. They gave me three creaps full of black flakes coming from the creap machine. They don't want to composite for that. They also said that its dodgy what I am talking about!!

Waffles and icecream look nothing like photos. The store is run by young inexperienced teenagers. They are also very rude. We ate Outside in the garden area and smelt a disgusting smell. We noticed behind the bushes that someone must have been sick. We told one of the girls who just laughed it off I thought it was funny. She said she could not smell anything and left.

Asked to eat in at 22:10 and was told they are closing then two young female staff members started laughing at us? Shame the place looked quite nice but the staff need manners (and to learn how to tell them time)

Sold me a £5 milkshake, took me 30 seconds to drink it, turns out it was half the size they're supposed to be. Did send in an email with feedback and a chance to rectify but it was ignored.

Great concept of a store with superb outdoor space but where I thought it really let itself down was the overall cleanliness. If sanitation and hygiene isn't much of a consideration for others when visiting a restaurant then I would give this place 4 stars.

The food is nice, if you get what you've asked for! Sadly, I've ordered delivery a number of times and there is almost always at least one item missing - and it takes an age to arrive. If there's ice cream meant to be included with a waffle, it's never in the bag. It's such a shame because it would be great, if it was reliable

A fun spot to stop in for a tasty dessert. Friendly staff, a quirky interior and music going make for a good time. We had a full waffle with ice cream which is HUGE! We had enough to take a bit away. We had the Biscoff and it was loaded and super tasty - they're not shy with the toppings which is great to see and feels like good value for money. It would be 5* but unfortunately the interior is desperately in need of refreshing, it's literally falling apart!

Visited Marble Lounge after lunch on 13th April for dessert. I'd only heard good things online and my family had a positive experience from a previous visit so was excited to go with them. The good - all the food and drink we had, waffles and sundaes, was tasty and well presented. Not cheap for what it is, but happy to pay this level for a premium experience. The bad - this wasn't a premium experience. They had literally one staff member working during our entire visit - we we there around two hours. The poor girl was single handedly responsible for handling delivery drivers, taking orders in the cafe, pouring all the drinks and making all the food. She was apologising to every customer for the wait but remained pleasant at all times. How was she allowed to man a kitchen and restaurant single handedly? The ugly - there is only so much one person can do and, with back to back orders, she clearly had no time at all to clean up. Dirty dishes sat all over the tables and we didn't see any cleaned outside all the time we were there. Our table was clear but dirty when we arrived. Not at all hygienic. This isn't the fault of the poor girl working, she never stopped, but how the owners could leave her alone is beyond me and not what you'd expect for a premium price. I've seen more staff on an ice cream van. My wife noted that the place did seem somewhat tired compared to her previous visit, particularly the "shabby" toilet area. 2 stars because at least the food was good when it arrived.

popular desserts lounge, comes with cute bears and flamingo for the selfie crowd. they have a bar and offer shisha too. i like that this place has an outdoor garden / terrace space as well

The service is disorganised and really slow, we waited for quite sometime until eventually we had to prompt and then when our ice creams came they were the wrong ones, we just took what we could as didn't want the fuss or to wait that long again! Workers looked exhausted and not happy so generally not the best experience

The waffles are great but it's so disgustingly dirty inside. The chairs are stained and the floor was filthy. The staff were on their phones and chatting in a group when they should have been making orders. Garden was closed when we went unfortunately, which is a shame as the garden is much nicer than the inside.

Good food when ordered online, however on only my second visit to marble lounge I waited 45 minutes after ordering for my food when we asked the staff how much longer it would take they appeared to have forgotten our order entirely. I'm quite surprised as it wasn't that busy at the time. Disappointed to feel the staff could forget about their customers, however after an hour when our food finally arrived it was wonderful, but great quality food does not excuse an hour wait for pancakes and waffles.

Visited here for the first time with my partner and 2 children as a half-term treat, I work locally and had been wanting to try for a while. I must say that I was very disappointed with the whole experience, the staff were disinterested and verging on rude towards us, not friendly or welcoming at all! The service was not great either as I had to remind about my cup of tea long after the rest of the order had been brought over, also had to ask for a spoon for my daughter to be able to eat her icecream as not given and I was subjected to a sigh and eyeroll and handed a handful of teaspoons when only needed one. Presentation of son's waffle not amazing either and missing the branded wafer that seems to be included usually. Maybe it was our appearance and the way we were dressed and deemed to not "fit in" but was not a pleasant or comfortable experience at all and would not recommend
