Great food, decent atmosphere. Place is big too so usually don't have to wait too long for seating.

I have only attended two functions here in the last two years. The food is decent and the Waiting staff do a fairly good job: I can't remember any complaints about the waiters on the 2 days I attended here...Though, only apart from that one incident where someone had forgotten to put the entrance barrier up in order for the bride's family to park their cars near to the entrance, and, as a result we first had to park at the back of the Venue until they had put their barriers up. The current manager seems like a friendly and happy chappy. He ensured that (nearly) everything ran smoothly during our two Wedding events...The place is very clean and tidy.. Oh. And, the restaurant does have a good size prayer room - it's bigger than that of some of the other ''big'' Venues I have visited.

It’s 00.30 and you are still letting off fireworks. These people have no respect for the neighbourhood. This behaviour is so inappropriate and I don’t care if you have weddings, parties or whatever you people are celebrating, YOU MUST RESPECT NIGHT HOURS AND HONEST PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SLEEP BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY.

Attended a wedding and food was great apart from the entrance juices which were rather sour, watery and not flavourful in terms of their fruit taste but the service was certainly not the same. There's not enough staff and a very long wait whilst waiting for a refill of a certain food. To add a staff member spilled some liquid on my shirt whilst taking away dishes and left without an apology. Utterly ridiculous. Would have also gone on my trousers had I not been covering them with paper. Certain cutlery on my table was bent in shape. Better maintenance of the furniture should also been done as much lookef worn down without repairs. In summary the experience (service) needs to be improved.

What a horrid experience. Had a wedding do here and family members ended up in hospital. I guess seeing previous customers lip marks on the glasses should have rung bells but gave them a extra yard which was a mistake. Don’t waste ur time and money go elsewhere

Awful place. The plates has lipstick marks and they came in wet they was not cleaned properly. Also the chairs had makeup on it from a previous wedding. They didn’t even clean the place food on the floor left over from a previous wedding DISGUSTING PLACE. staff are awful and rude. Never again.

Attended for a wedding, lovely ceremony. However, the place is very disgusting and unhygienic. Glasses had lipstick stains over them and I noticed a lot of my family members complained of the same issue. Me, my sister and cousin found hair in our food. I will never return here, even if someone paid me a lot of money. Unacceptable.

Great place to host your events and ceremonies...I love the mirror-walls which gives the hall a more spacious look and the chandeliers.

Please!!!!!!! can there be atleast one venue that serves decent food. Why does the North not have a decent catering service for weddings? Other then that the venue was good the staff very helpful and friendly. Toilets dated but clean and table layout and decor comfortable and pleasent.

It's nice but surroundings are messy like need more cleaning not inside from sides because when you enter fist look last I think other wise it's good service

Had my daughters wedding her, the food was really nice and all the guests complimented the food a little spicy for kids. Mr Harron the manger and his staff gave 100% service.

Attended weddings twice in this hall. Well sized hall and food was nice. Car park is small on both occasions it was full so ended up parking on one of the side streets.

A fairly good buffet. There’s a good variety of food. However the lentils were off and sour. The restaurant was reasonably clean. The staff were inattentive - had to ask many times to get a drink. Probably will not return.

Allhamdullilah we held our first Muslim Marriage Event at Manzils. Very happy with the service that was provided. Inshallah next event will be held on Sunday 17th November 2019 at Manzil Banqueting Hall

Good place top food recommended

Hall is Ok, service was good, only negative is the parking at the back is cramped, the parking spaces are small so hard to get in and out if someone else parks next to you.

There was raw chicken on the buffet, when I tried to inform the staff of this they argued that the chicken was not raw when in fact all 8 members of our party refused to eat it and advised they remove it for people's safety the staff became very rude. I will not return and would not recommend.

Service was great food was delicious. The decor was basic and the hall was dark felt closterphobic bathrooms were not very clean,flushing or maintained there was no toilet paper either. With only a limited number of parking available.

Hello. We have been here for quite a few wedding here. The hall is big and the parking in the carpark is excellent. The street parking could be hard at busy time. The facility are good and the staff are helpful. The food has been excellent and had no problems. Hope this help.

I attended here with my family yesterday first impressions it looked nice until it come to eating the food was discusting one of the items I picked for starters was peri peri chicken it stunk reli bad the meat was off obviously, the kebabs tasted like they were well over dated the kheer looked like it was out of a tin the manager did not know what day it is even when booking give the price for two people not the full figure and when asked said work it out seems like a ex bully victim poor guy but to top it all off we ordered tea which was served in paper cups now that is not restaurant standards paper cups so the moral of the story is if u want a nice family meal and no food poisoning then manzil is not the place.

I am disappointed with Manzil, before their took my money their we're all sweet talkers as soon as their got my money their failed their promises their kept. The wedding was meant to start at 6.30pm but their we're still preparing the stage at at 6.30pm and cleaning despite promising me there will have the venue ready a day before. The chairs and carpets was dirty And smelly. The toilet was unhygienic with no toilet paper. The meat was full of bones and not cooked right. Poor table service and the desert was too watery. I am disappointed with all these poor services with poor management. Highly do not recommend Manzil for a happy occasion. They're ruined the happiest day of my life and just focused on getting my money and not caring about my special day.

Once you beat the third class wedding revellers insidiously blocking the front entrance and finally make it to the buffet area, heavenly delights await. Large and spacious with superior seating one weaves in and out of the large array of dishes present and the vibrant flavours of the food dance on your tastebuds like enchanted whirling dervishes. Regarding the waiters, in an era of uncertainty and immorality, these were men of honour who were pure and angelic in every sense and whose service had me feeling like an ottoman sultan.
