Food was rubbish don’t ever order to that place they charge you like a fine dine all waste very bad experience

Had a delivery tonight 2hrs waited burgers ware burnt and don’t even get me started with the chips and pizza was ranks never again

Used to swear by this takeaway. Food always on point and tasteful! The naan breads are lovely! But I always end up with dodgy stomach the next morning and spend the next day on the bowl. Same thing happens to my family when they eat it. I'm a vegan so I only eat non meat and non dairy products, whilst my family eat the meat and milky sauces. I always put it down to us Scots not being too good with spices. However I tried another local place recently and I don't get the same issues with them despite ordering the exact same food?! Either way I'd still eat out of here, but it's made me raise my eyebrow...

The food is fantastic, I love the doner kebab, always fresh and plentiful. I highly recommend the Manzil, very generous portions ( doner wrap is unreal) prices are fantastic and the portions are abundant. If you live in EK give it a try.

Ordered 3x times this week (moving house so kitchen out of action) food amazing, portion size amazing, price amazing, delivery time and driver amazing, honestly gutted to be leaving EK after finding this wee gem 💎 😀

The food is good, though the portion sizes seem to be getting smaller

Got a kebab from here was freezing, donner meat was a funny colour threw the full thing in the bin that's it no more ordering from there , they are so bad at burning Burgers to please go somewhere else .

Absolute joke of a place. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Called to cancel twice and told it would not be long. Eventually turned up 2 and a half hours later and turned the delivery driver away with the order and told him I cancelled. Now the restaurant is refusing a refund via just eat. Hopefully just eat resolve this but I would say avoid at all costs. Never had such a bad experience.

Food is amazing. Large tika kebab is recommended and well tasty.

Just got delivery of tandoori chicken and shashlik kebabs. This is first time trying from here and they were absolutely amazing. Best we have had in a long time. Will definitely be using again.

Been here loads of times and the food has been very good un till now ... we bought two cheese pizza and they were absolutely disgusting dripping in grease and not cocked properly

Food swimming in grease so much the box was nearly falling apart , ordered the most expensive kebab on menu the Egyptian to be charged another 1.50 to change to a garlic naan from normal , absolute joke , food inedible and presentation disgusting, up your standards or lower your prices

Burnt food. They must have know it was obviously no good, but served it anyway. Won't go back with such low standards. Also re-heats chips 🤮

Very disappointed with manzil now. Ordered nachos paid for extra sauce and received no sauce at all. Contacted them they delivered 2 tubs of sauce 45 minutes later and tried to charge me again 👀 make it make sense ! Rest of the food was very dry and arrived cold.

Ordered home delivery last night, arrived within 30mins, food was warm and chicken tikka was great, i’ve never had a bad experience ordering from Manzil.

Tried Manzil for the first⁸ time on Friday after recommendations from a colleague. I can only assume I'm not well liked. Today is Monday and I'm still not confident enough to fart. Certainly given me an authentic experience of India. Worst 'Delhi Belly' I've ever had.

Would highly recommend the Manzil melt (garlic nann, chicken tikka masala, cheese) was absolutely amazing! The chicken was so soft! More than enough for 2 people which makes it cheaper.

Great food only problem recently is person answering phone couldn't understand what I was ordering

I ordered a large pakora and a Manzil special kebab, king size, was told delivery would take between 30-40 mins, it’s approximately about 5-7 mins drive to our house, food eventually arrived, 1hour and 15 mins later (quite cold) kebab meat from skewer I could have used to resole my old boots and perhaps the delivery driver cycled and that’s why he charged me £4 delivery charge!!! Was recommended this place but never again

Order a pizza to find a hole cut out of the pizza. Phoned to say what has happened to have a very rude man argue with me on the phone and hang up twice.

Absolutely brilliant service and food, not your usual over greasy take-away you get, from most take aways place's these days, staff are really nice and go above and beyond with their professional and kind attitude, would highly recommend. Thank you very much all, enjoyed from start to finish. Will definitely be back

The food is absolutely amazing. This takeaway is East Kilbrides hidden gem.

I don't even want to give this one star. We ordered a chicken bhuna and while eating it I found two hairs, also the chicken tasted off. I asked my daughter to taste it to make sure it wasn't just me and she was almost sick. I called the restaraunt to complain and felt I was being made out a liar by the female on the other end of the phone and the manager in the background stating the chicken there tasted fine and it was probably the corriander, a flavour that I love. I explained that it was not only me who said it tasted off. They eventually said to bring the dish back and I asked for someone to come pick it up as it wasn't our fault and we shouldn't have to go out our way to return it. They reluctantly agreed to send a driver out to pick up the dish but refused to refund the money until the dish was back at the restaraunt and they had tasted it. Regardless, they did not send anyone out to pick the dish up and my money was not refunded. Please be careful when ordering from here, due to both poor hygiene (hair in food) and poor customer care when reporting a complaint.

Phoned at 9.50 and I am still waiting at 10.30 if I hadn't paid by card I would have cancelled it. Said there had been an accident with the pakora sauce could we not have had our delivery and Brought the sauce later. Also advised they were making our order again. Eventually arrived it is not hot marginally warm. Most definitely not a fresh meal . I very much doubt I would order again.

Very good food 🍱 Hygiene and taste is at its peak. Must try.

Can't comment on all there food but the pizza is lovely and nearly £2 cheaper than others in East Kilbride ...

I've always had good food from here, but whilst today's delivery was tasty, it was lukewarm, onion rings were cold and sweaty...delivery was close to an hour.... HourMonday????) hopefully this was a once of... Oh

Was really tasty at start now losing some flavour. Been again tasted better but cold ,pitta bread warmer than the kebab meat I live round corner had to microwave it . Think 5 staff in not 1 wearing a mask .that's when I should have left .taken score to 1 now was actually better before reply .

Shocking experience food was cold and the cheeky girl that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful luckily I wasn’t face to face. The manager wasn’t any better. Reported to just eat don’t touch, funny how the customer services differs depending on establishments!

Constantly getting the order wrong and when you phone to let them know, they either say it is busy and that is why or hang the phone up. Silly wee lassies answering the phone who cannot understand a simple order. Aye we will send your sauces out to you when your food is freezing. Absolutely shocking that the manager hung the phone up. Never again.

Just ordered a 16" family munchie box and it was over an hour late and when it did come it was still frozen so phoned to complain to be greeted by an cheeky little girl that has no manners for her to say they would give me 5 pound of nexted time I ordered from them I said no sorry I am not feeding my kids frozen food so then she got really cheeky and said they will send another one out when they can and hung up the phone DISGUSTING customer service will not be ordering from them again
