Went for lunch with my husband and daughter From the moment we walked in we were well looked after with nothing being too much trouble for the staff who were particularly helpful to my husband who's in a wheelchair We very soon had drinks in front of us and a little time to decide what we wanted to eat When the food arrived it looked, smelt and tasted delicious Our waitress was Cat who was really friendly, thoughtful and efficient Highly recommend the Manor House at Whittington They also had a delightful garden, but sadly it wasn't garden weather

Great experience at the Manor House, team were fantastic. Food and atmosphere was top class and easy car parking with electric chargers.

Our waitress Laura was very attentive and helpful. She also had a great sense of humour. Food was very good and arrived as described. We always enjoy eating here. Thanks for a nice visit.

5 off us went around tea time ,staff very friendly ,place very clean. However my friend and I had the famous pie .Honest opinion most disapointed Crust hard as nails ,inside it was black and hard to find any meat and the only good thing about it was the sauce. Against a Puka pie none brainer. Also my wife had a steak, served Luke warm. They was doing a 30 persent offer but still works out expensive.

We took some friends from USA for dinner primarily because it is an old historic building. Bit of a mistake. Food was not the best and if we had been alone I would have sent the ribeye steak back....tough as old boots change supplier asap !

Very long wait on food, unacceptable for a Sunday evening. Waitress 10/10 very polite and welcoming, unfortunately felt that being taken for a ride with the cost of a glass of Chardonnay at £14.50 Left a sour taste in the mouth. Unfortunately wont be returning...I expect those kind of prices for a glass of wine in the swanky side of London not Kinver! I think the manager needs to reassess the drink costs and quick.

Arrived at 9pm waited to be seated no one was around. Some of our friends on another table suggested we find a table and sit down. So we did, waitress came over at 9:20 to take our order for both food and drinks. 10 monitors later the manager tells us the kitchen is closed. Just an apology! Very disappointing

Terrible customer service! Popped in for a Sunday roast as a family, the young guy at the reception was rude, the table was filthy, and considering there was about 5 members of stuff chatting around I had to walk to the bar after some time ask for it to be cleaned and ask for the menu. Considering it’s advertised as a table service when dining inside, I had to walk back to the bar to make the order and carry my own drinks. When leaving I had to walk up to the bar (yet again!) to ask for the bill at which point the guy just gave me the card machine without showing me the actual bill. Needless to say the receipt wasn’t even offered. Such a shame as the food was lovely, but given such poor customer service experience we won’t be coming back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this pub.

Saturday 8th July. Had planned a trip especially from north wales. Always been on my bucket list. Checked website and Facebook page. Sorry to hear about the break in. Information stated should be open again 6th or 7th July. Tried to phone before visit to check if open. No answer. Should've been open 8th but no updates or information. Arrived at 12:15. Five cars parked by locked gate. Nobody knew What was happening. Walked down the lane. Fantastic house. Unfortunatly we had a wasted trip. Blackboard outside 'closed until further notice' people arriving after us who we informed they were closed. Had we known we wouldn't have wasted a journey.

From going in to leaving, the whole experience was brilliant. Great service, tempting menu and not too expensive, a real delight, will definitely be calling in again
