WOWSERS! Our wedding at this most stunning Manor House 18.04.25. Starting with Jaine who contacted me from my initial enquiry, my previous wedding venue went into administration and on my enquiry I informed the Manor House of this and guess what I didn't receive a generic automatic thank you for your enquiry email Jaine actually picked up the phone to call me and was so empathetic and genuinely wanted to help me she rest assured me that she could help and this instantly put me at ease and I started to gain my confidence back knowing that we will have our dream wedding. On the 4th January 2025 we drove from Birmingham to view the venue and we instantly fell in love as soon as we stepped in the door. I am the most particular person I think you would meet and I'm very hard to please sometimes HA but Jaine answered every question I had and I was just blown away, what a true asset you are. We booked our wedding instantly and with 3 months to go we were introduced to Gemma our wedding coordinator we had a video call to start discussing our needs and requirements and boy was that an easy phone call Gemma just got it I honestly had not one bit on concern or doubt I was so relieved I thought with me being me this is going to take a lot of effort and time but no the joy I felt to not have to worry about a single thing was just mind blowing for me. Gemma kept in contact with me all the way whenever I had a question or needed to add anything she was there but this didn't need to happen a lot because from first call it was sorted I know all brides would appreciate having this feeling so if your looking to have a stress free wedding gets to booking NOW believe me. From the morning Gemma, Jaine and team were on hand meeting me on arrival checking in on me the morning if our wedding everything it was just wonderful you really do get to feel like a true bride. Manuel our operations manager for our day what a guy so organised and on hand from lighting, to playlists the running of the bar and order of the day everything ran to a T the whole thing was just FABULOUS so from the bottom of our hearts thank you so, so much the Manor House staff and all the team are the absolute best just pure quality and all our guests could not stop commenting on the food and the service. Everyone kept saying to us why Huddersfield and left our wedding saying now we know WHY! We will be forever grateful to you all and we can not wait to come back to celebrate one of our anniversaries. We got married here in 2024, and have had drinks and afternoon teas in the bar, and food in the restaurant and bistro. The service is always impeccable and the food is excellent. We LOVE Manor House and cannot say enough good things about it!

What an amazing experience for our intimate wedding.we cannot thank the professionalism of the staff enough.the obsessive attention to detail was exceptional.a beautiful venue, out of this world food & accommodation, with staff second to none. I walked all around the venue in bare feet after our wedding for 6hrs, & my feet were still clean! Lovely place to go to. Nice for brunch

In my opinion this hotel is dangerous - I am surprised they have a health & safety certificate. There are lots of steep staircases which are lethal when wet. There are lots of trip hazards. My wife fell during our stay & badly bruised her knee. We reported this to the management staff immediately who were not interested. We followed up after our stay with photos sent to the general manager - again - not interested. AVOID

Once again I was lucky enough to photograph a wedding in August 2024 at this beautiful location. It really is an amazing venue, beautifully decorated with a small but well kept garden which offers great backdrops for some lovely wedding photography. The staff were, as always, fantastic especially Gemma (wedding coordinator) who is friendly and very helpful. The food again was simply delicious (Thanks for feeding me guys!). Getting married in West Yorkshire ? Don't hesitate to check out this stunning wedding venue!

Refined, luxurious, outstanding attentive, not pushy, service. The perfect spot for a leisurely lunch, sunshine was just a cherry on top! Had a fabulous lunch with a friend on a Friday here at Manor House. It won't be the last time either. Fabulous service, so friendly but super professional at the same time. The Kitchen, where they serve food all day, is a little hidden away, but all the better for that. We took a table in the delightful courtyard area, and it couldn't have been lovelier. Food was outstanding, warm peach and serrano ham salad - highly recommended!! Quiet, relaxed, dignified, elegant. Just perfect.

Attended the wedding fayre here last month, from the moment we stepped in we were made so welcome, staff we're amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The whole building is just stunning, the decor is beautiful. Bedrooms are gorgeous, bar in the coach house is amazing. As you can tell we fell in love with the place, so much so we have booked our wedding here. The wedding coordinators are amazing

Absolutely a great place to visit. Prices are great, grounds and property excellent. Staff are fantastic, even when confronted by an ignorant middle aged man who I saw being really rude to a female member of staff at the bar over a bottle of wine! She dealt with him in such a calm manner, even though she was really busy with other customers. I even approached her after the confrontation and said she handled it brilliantly. Will always go there when I visit family.

At the Manor House Lindley, the big thing, is that it is all about the small things - details are paramount. The Owner takes them seriously, it is personal - is going beyond commercial in terms of decor, ambiance, aesthetic and client experience. Wherever you turn, however closely you look, all is to the Owner’s personal standard of excellent. It is fun to be there, to be part of it. Don’t take my word for it, ask the regulars who frequent it as if their Club. Likewise, ask the staff who are having fun performing on their stage, in that theatre. We enjoyed playing our part, as delighted guests, in this pleasantly surreal boutique hotel rich in personality.

Went here for a wedding. Great room and perfect for a night wedding.

Amazing place, super comfy beds and a lovely deep bath to relax.. beautiful scenery…Staff are second to none, Lucy was so polite and chatty, I unfortunately didn’t get any more names! But I would definitely come back, the food is just wow! Thank you for being so accommodating!
