We use Manha always for Indian takeaway. The food is top notch, absolutely lovely , generous portions and piping hot. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Really delicious!

All I can say is, wow Driver moris is a lovely rude individual with no respect for private property. Moris thought it was ok to cut across my front garden using his car . No people skills didn't have any at all. Complain to takeaway to begin with manager very acomdating full of apologies then went on to say my food was cold then all changed wasn't interested in sending hot food Well, we won't be using these again, and with reading other reviews, cold food and rudeness appear to be a pattern absolute shame as upto now have always been really good Think more training is needed across the board and now lost a good customer

A couple of years ago I had a bad experience with a mix up on a delivery - I have to say they have been outstanding ever since. The food is excellent - the wait can be a long time for delivery because they are so busy so I usually collect and the food is always ready when they say it will be. Would highly recommend.

Anyone planning a meal Sept2024 they are charging 4.50 for rice and halved the amount. Few bits of meat and delivery £22.50 ABSOLUTE RIP OFF and Vindaloo wasn't HOT either.

Our go to for take away Indian, the food as always was gorgeous, good size portions and cooked to perfection. Service is fast and efficient, ready for collection on the time stated. Can't fault this place.

Ordered two vegetarian curries, had chicken delivered. Phoned up and told them, they asked me to drive the chicken back to them! Eventually delivered a replacement, to be swapped for their chicken (what do they do with it once returned?). Tried new curry only to find lamb on the bone in there! Avoid avoid avoid!

Had an excellent Naga lamb tonight. Full of flavour and a thick sauce which was excellent. Service was very friendly and fast. Would recommend.

Not great. Ordered a fish curry and because they ran out of fish, decided to put chicken in it instead. Not great for someone who can’t eat chicken. Rang the store and no attempt to replace the dish. Will go elsewhere next time

Dry and tastless and cold food Manager is rude likes to shout down the phone don't like to hear any complaints about his food don't want to sort anything out so he hangs up Would avoid

The best Bangladeshi and Indian takeaway by far! Ordered online, ready for collection when stated. Incredible food - flavoursome, spicy, great menu choice especially if you want to go off track from the norm. Would highly recommend and will return again and again. 6 stars if I could give that!

OMG water required asap. Ordered rogan josh, medium heat however this was so hot ( vindaloo if not more) it was really not nice and for us inedible. Sad to say as we normally can’t speak more highly. Hope this is does not become the nor:.

We ordered a balti, that was most definitely NOT a balti 😅 and my son ordered a wrap and chips that looked like it had been in an accident and the chips were cold, rubbery stuck together with a small amount of cheese. First and last time will give them s huge swerve in the future. Delivery chap was pleasant however.

We've been ordering from these guys as a more than occasional treat just because the food is so amazing. Tonight the chicken tikka masala was wonderfully sweet and not too spicy, and the chicken literally melted in your mouth. The delivery driver is always a pleasure, if he's not on time he's early! Food is always to us hot and fresh, and he's a lovely bloke in general. We're not going anywhere else so long as these guys keep doing what they're doing!

Lamb Byriani…. Absolutely stunning. Had this for years now and they have always cooked a piping hot, tasty and filling meal. 10/10

Really disappointed. Have used them a couple of times but this experience was just ridiculous. Ordered 5 curry's with rice. Turned up 2 hours later. Rice cold, naans cold. Chicken curry had no sauce as seemed to have spilled everywhere. Poppadoms where smashed to pieces.

First time of trying this take out/delivery based resteraunt and was very happy as the food was so good and nice freindly guy serving you. I will definitely get a monthly treat from Manha's from now on and look forward to trying out more of its menu. I do recommend you try this traditional southern Indian food.

Unfortunately, missed items again, this is the third time we have had missing food from our take away order although this time they did ring but it meant another trip to pick up. Definitely not as good quality as when first opened, very peppery mint dip. We will give it a miss from now on.

Lovely chicken tikka masala. Always make sure to grab one when we're down in Cornwall! Ordered online and collection is always great and on time. Would recommend this to all.

We have been going to this takeaway for years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately we got a family take away Saturday 7th May and my Lamb Sagg was only half filled, and there was hardly any keema in the Keema rice. My brothers chicken curry was mainly sauce with little chicken. This was always a treat for us, but I can't justify getting a takeaway from them again when we only got half of a meal.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. We had ordered food last night and to our surprise 2 main plain rice were missing. The food was left in the counter before we could collect it. We tried to call the take away on there land line number and none picked it up. Absoultely disappointed with the service, and kids were disheartened. Apart from this rest of the food was tasty.. And no complaints about the quality of the food.

Food was incredible for takeaway. Delivered nice and quick and hot. Unusual to see a Phall on the menu, so went for that. It did not disappoint. Pure fire!

Sadly once again lovely food let down by terrible customer service. Three hours after ordering food still not arrived, refused to answer the phone and then left it off the hook after ringing 97 times!!!! I ended up driving to the premises to complain. The chap on the desk(Harry) was extremely apologetic but the person in charge left him to take the flack. To add to it when I got home just after the food was delivered there was an item missing. Lovely food but collect it yourself!!!!

The food from this takeaway is consistently amazing. Price is justified for the food quality you get. We have had alot of different Indian takeaways from the local area but we always go back to Manha. Do yourself a favour and visit this takeaway.

Food is not spicy at all. If you are indian or used to hot curries this is not the place to go. It is watered down for local population

Having moved from St Ives, after 36 years, we looked for an Indian takeaway near to our new home, close to St Day. So far we have had a takeaway from Manha Spice House every Friday for the last month. The food has been consistently very good indeed. 5 people ordering different dishes, tasty, fresh & good value. Can’t fault it. Keep it up & we’ll keep coming back. Proper.

Paid for food, hasn’t arrived after two hours and they are not picking up their phone to explain, will never use this curry house again poor service, do not use online service, can’t be bothered to let you know that they are running late

Not 1 star.... -5 stars.......ordered food within half of hour of opening... 2 1/2 hours later and still NO food... NEVER AGAIN... 3 hours later food arrives cold and they missed a complete meal...1 of 4 ...unbelievable ..

What an absolute joke their timing is. Ordered £60 worth of food at 6.15pm, and was given a delivery time of 90 minutes. Bit too long really, but after a six hour journey, very tired, and very hungry decided the wait was better than cooking for ourselves. After 2 and 3/4 hours and three phone calls, our food finally arrived. When I asked the driver was time he left with our food, and not knowing how long we'd waited, he said five minutes ago. Actually probably a little less than that.. so it wasn't out with the driver an hour before he arrived, like we were told. And, as further affirmation, our food was piping hot, as it would be having just left the Indian round the corner. The food was quite tasty, but I hardly ate any of it, as I was way too tired by 9pm. If you're going to collect your food go ahead, but unless you are prepared to wait for hour upon hour, don't waste your time (and patience).

I have visited many times and have mixed reviews. Different weeks/nights will give you completely different meals. Generally good to very good but waiting time will be longer than planned/quoted.

Just had my tea delivered ,brilliant food ,the bajhis !!!! Delicious 😋.Fresh naan breads !! My tikka masala was gorgeous ,and the fried rice !!!! Best ever . Tried sagaloo . Wonderful .!! All delivered by a lovely delivery guy ,and earlier than the time on phone .Really hot too ,had hot plates waiting ..Thankyou .

Waited over 2.5 hours for food delivery. Ordered and paid for king prawn curry that cost 11pounds and got shrimp curry which cost around 8 pounds. Food was average. We used to always order from Manha Spice and never had any issues till recently. Wont be going back.

Nearly 3hrs wait time for delivery, rang numerous times no answer so drove to their building where they were advised they were deliberately not answering the phone as it was busy. Food was average, portions were small, 'King' prawns were tiny. Shame, as it used to be good. Won't be going back.

Really tasty. This is the best takeaway indian food in the local area. If you like your curry hot I'd say they aren't as hot as your average curry in cities like Manchester, but they are much more tasty than others local curry stops in my opinion. Service is great and I'd recommend arranging collection time early on busy nights. I'm a repeat customer so it must be good.

First time for us here... delicious food, only live up the road so will definitely order again.

Not a bad curry cooked how I like it with no gee after I asked. Said medium/hot I asked for more hot it was as hot as a waight watchers corma for reference

Our order was late, but it was worth the wait! Piping hot food, I had a 'fairly spicy' dish, and it was actually spicy! I don't have many takeaways, but this one will be a firm favourite and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you Manha Spice, for a lovely Friday night dinner ☺️

I've had several curries from Manha now, every single one has been absolutely fantastic. The Kathmandu in truro was previously our go to but Manha curries are just amazing. I've tried many and have spent ages researching how to make "takeaway" style curries but i can't even get close to these. Would highly recommend the Naga chicken and the Mari Hinchi Bhuna Gosht (probs spelt wrong). Best curry house in cornwall!

Well I'm not a curry fan but out of all the indian restaurants/takeaways I've had that was bar far the worst I've ever had. I had the manha speciality which had chicken, lamb, meatball and king prawn in it but the king prawn still had the shell and tail still on it which was very unpleasant to bite on, girlfriend had a chicken pathia which tasted very bland and the nann breads was hard and tasteless.

2 hours + wait for delivery. Rang them and asked where it was, they said 20 minutes. 35 minutes later still not here. Never turned up so I had to have a refund. Absolutely shocking delivery service! Will not be ordering from them again. They could of definitely warned us that it would take that long.

Waited almost 3 hours for delivery and when actually received it was cold.

20/9/19 I got this from just eat app it's was a very filling dinner and a 45min waiting time but it was hot and fresh tasting I had a king prawn tandoori with peppers and spices and had chicken and chips but I think they got it wrong but it wasn't spicy it was fried chicken pieces with red onion very nice yeah so I think I will buy from the manha again.

Best curry house this side of Tonbridge ( Kalizera - RIP) exceeds our expectations, lamb is always mutton, as it should be, fresh flavours, never disappoints, we always order take away for delivery, best curry, if you could do us a chicken bemisal, it would be mucy appreciated 🤣 going through the menu one dish at a time and we're always satisfied, never rude, just busy, as it should be 100/10 !!!

I thought I would give manha spice House ago, as reviews seemed OK. I personally will never have food from here again. The lamb jeera was ment to be a speciality and was OK apart from the nasty mutton used in place of tender lamb. The garlic naan was under cooked, the onion bhaji's were under cooked not reheated to a descent temperature. The girl at the counter totalled up my order and came to a figure which was £7:50 over what I needed to pay. Thankfully I easily noticed and had it totalled again. I also found the front of house staff very rude and unfriendly when dealing with walk in customers and on the phone taking orders. Not what you want of a weekend when spending hard earn cash from the working week. 2/10 in my book.

It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. When I called to see what was going on they didn't seem to know either! Make sure you collect.

Worst Indian we have ever had, Took 2 hours to arrive, it’s was watery, flavor less the popadoms were stale would never order again Which is a shame as was recommended by a few people our first experience was a total disappointment

Great food, we always order from this Indian restaurant dispite it not being the closest.

Never had a problem with this place before until tonight which will stop me ever ordering from them again. Waited an hour and a half for a 45 minute estimate delivery. Ordered 2 portions of plain rice with me and my partners korma and tikka. Arrived was mushroom rice. We phoned manha up to advise them order was Wrong and my partner is allergic to mushrooms. The female staff member apologised and tried to explain to the manager. He took over the phone call and told my partner that he would not be replacing the rice or giving me a refund as mushroom rice is fine. After trying to stay calm but arguing with this rude man he finally agreed to replace it and then hung up!!!! Such a shame as i really enjoyed this indian but this has put me off for life now. What a horrible place and rude manager if you cant even accept you got an order wrong or accept that order has allergens and CANT be eaten!!!

I have never been spoke to in such a rude manner as I was tonight by the boss ! Not only was the food a hour and a half when they stated 45 mins.... then I got the wrong rice... ok to some people it isn't a big deal but it is to me as I have a chronic illness I can't eat mushroom. Called up to complain. The girl who answered was lovely but the boss.... what on earth is his problem. No apology. Got told to just have the rice I got given. I got told I won't have a refund and I won't have my rice replaced. After a argument he finally agreed to replace the rice but it won't be straight away. I will have to wait half an hour.... in that time my curry will be freezing ! Then in anger he put the phone down on me. It's a shame because it's one of our fav meals. But with a service like that I won't be going back. Not even a sorry. Just a rude pathetic man. Why own a business if you can't do customer care. So thumbs up to a vile cold curry. So annoyed.... And the fact I paid good money. Beyond rude.

We live in Illogan and won't go anywhere else....food is gorgeous, even laughs,jokes and banter with the staff.....Top class cuisine.

Best curry ever, you can tell they're passionate about cooking it shows in the food. Tasty, moreish, delicious. Two weekends running it was that good....great service....the best!
