Mango Tree in Southwark

Visited recently for a birthday meal. No booking made in advance. It was a sat night & we were asked to come back in 20mins. It was so worth the wait. Starter & mains & sides all got good size & tasted amazing! We visited from Ireland & best Indian we have had in a long long time. So glad we didn’t choose Italian we will return when in London again

We had a great lunch here from the lunch menu - very tasty food, great service and lovely environment. Good place to take a break from the crowds, much better food than you’ll get from the market!

I was in the area on business and visited to order a takeaway from here. I ordered the LALL MASS and YELLOW DAL TADKA with CHEESE NAN. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Food arrived fast, presented in a quality, attractive bag. The food was wonderful. Really enjoyed it. I wish I lived closer. Thank you.

My wife and I had dinner. We are art familiar with Indian food and this rated as top notch. Superb quality, good portions, excellent service and fair prices. We strongly recommend Mango India.

An absolutely delicious dish! The lamb shank dish is also quite good. After reading good reviews, we went without having a reservation and they found us a table. With an attentive and helpful staff, we had a wonderful dinner.

We were sightseeing in the area all day, and were tired and hungry. We found this lovely Indian restaurant. The proprietor was friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. We had Lamb Rogan Josh and a lovely prawn dish in coconut milk and spices with garlic naan. A lovely calm oasis close to the Borough Market.

We have eaten here before and it was good then but I had forgotten just how good it is. fortunately we had booked in advance for a sunday night as it was full. Great service, great menu, great Indian beers, and most of all GREAT SPICY FLAVOURS. Once again a brilliant experience all round.

Unbelievable food, best Indian I've had in a long time! Lasooni jhingai prawns were out of this world! Our waiter Ali was superb and made our experience even more worthwhile! Super attentive had a great laugh with him, would 100% recommend mango Indian! Will bot disappoint!!

I stayed close to Mango and was so impressed with the mixed grill I had it twice!! I have a lot of Indian’s but I genuinely haven’t had a better mixed grill than here. Very much recommended.

Visited Mango with my family and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Our server, Ali, made the evening memorable with his attentive and polite service. The Chicken Tikka was succulent and perfectly spiced, while the Butter Chicken melted in our mouths. The rice was fluffy and complemented the dishes well. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a wonderful dining experience. Hats off to the Mango team!
