Fresh and very tasty kebab in our village location. The only thing I can fault is not enough garlic sauce! We’ve had several now and always Delicious

Possibly the worst kebab experiences I’ve had. Do not recommend!! Rude staff, over priced & terrible portion sizes. A large kebab isn’t even enough for a child…

I love to eat here, the food is always tip top and the c.s is great.. Doner wrap is the best in town 100% and the amazing pizza with fresh chopped garlic and never too heavy on the stomach, Bravo !! Thanks guys

Having not eaten all day I was really hungry and for the first time in many years fancied a Doner Kebab from here rather than re-heating a casserole that I made last week because the Kebab would have been more substantial. I arrived at 9.45pm to find the place deserted of staff, yet some sport was blaring on a TV at the back of the shop. After waiting for 5 minutes, finally someone half appeared; he saw me but went back out the back again to re-appear a minute or so later. This time I said 'Hello' and he nodded but still he faffed around half out the back and still totally ignored the fact that I was there. After two minutes I left. According to Trip Adviser they are still open now for another 15 minutes until 10.30pm. Totally and utterly ignored. This was the first time in about 5 years that I have been there but I shan't bother going back again.

After giving these guys a second chance I have had a couple of nice kebabs until yesterday! Iv never known anywhere to be so hit and miss! First off when u order u get shouted at by a very rude women who has garlic sauce round her mouth eating as she is serving! The meat looks like it has been in a time machine and cooked by a peasant! Absolutely hideous all round! Don’t risk it, go somewhere that actually appreciates your custom and the staff don’t think there billionaires that live ina caravan.

Food was absolutely disgusting! The meat was tasteless And the attitude of the staff is abismal! Would never ever eat here again! Such a shame as I like to support local businesses but this one needs closing down!

The place has been going down hill for a while now but enough was enough tonight. Food was warmed up and only luke warm at that and they suddenly decided to charge me an extra £2 on top. This was apparently for a delivery charge of £1.50 which wasn't there last week and 50p for payment by debit card which I'm sure they're not allowed to do. I'm sure trading standards will be happy to hear of this Monday. Won't be using them again.

Please don't waste your money going here the foods absolutely disgusting as a terrible aftertaste and has made me feel quite sick I love a kebab but would never have one from here again I seriously didn't even give it to my dogs

Their food is amazingly fresh. We ordered the chicken shish Laban and it was absolutely delicious! Would recommend.

Wrong food order came, when we called back to explain fhey had brought the wrong order. They believed we were lying and had ordered what they had brought us, which was not the case as we were given Lamb Shish which none of us eat. Upon looking at the Lamb shish the colour and smell was not right. Not long before this place shuts down and new one re-opens.

I am not happy with the service I have just received, I got shouted at by a member of the team that delivered my items today. I am heavily pregnant and he twice got the wrong flat and then once I said to him is that order for me he started shouting telling me why I did not stop him to tell him it was mine. How was I supposed to know, many others live in our flat who could have ordered. It clearly stated our flat number on the receipt, people need to learn how to do their jobs correctly! He also expected me to walk down a large flight of stairs to get my food because he ‘left it there and I should have told him that he went the wrong way’

I’m really sad to say that it’s gone downhill. It must be new owners I’m guessing. Its a real shame as it used to be amazing.

Portion size of kebab so small had to cook pizza when got home, very rude asked for sauce to be in pot instead of on kebab and tried charging me extra £1 for sauce and when i said no thats ok dont worry just said that same price everywhere!! Dont think so lol, left bits of chicken on floor where there cooking just paper towel covering them look like been there for a week, salad looked rotten and smelt rotten, old owner was very nice and took pride in food these new manager dont give toss, never going back. Please avoid so dont get food poison

Most recent reviewers have missed the incredible new trick the new owners of this magic place have devised. In the 2-3 hours that it takes to get a delivery the taste of the food has soaked into the magic like polystyrene boxes and so you numpties the secret of magnificent mangal & meze taste is to chuck the grub away and suck on the box only. Wise up readers, wise up to their newfound skills!

We often order here and the food is usually awesome but today my order was all wrong, the chicken shish was replaced with a lamb donner, there was no salt and vinegar on the chips despite a specific request, there was no garlic sauce as requested, the pitta was cold and brittle and the chips were cold. As stated previously this is unusual for the restaurant and usually delivery times are exceptional but was disappointing as we were really looking forward to this meal.

Absolutely Sc um bags, rude, unhelpful, over 2 hours late, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE, they also did something dodgy to the food. Beware

Worst service ever. When questioned why our food wasn’t here after 2 hours of waiting they hung up and refused to be of any help. Absolutely disgusted. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

After ordering 1 pizza and chips at 7pm 3 calls to the takeaway later and the food arrived nearly 3 hours later. No joke! The food was stone cold. The chips stale, the pizza stale. My drinks a no show. I called to find out what on earth has happened and all I received was a lot of abuse and excuses. 1 hour later I’m still trying to get a refund. I then had enough of the bad customer service so drove the food back to them and demanded a refunded. One of the workers then proceeded to accuse me of swearing at him. Silly man. As I said I’m happy to wait a while for the food if you’re busy but to wait for 3 hours and then it turning up inedible. Ridiculous. I don’t think I need to say that I will not be ordering from here. Ever. Awful. Just awful.

The food had taken 2.5 hours to get here and when it did arrive it was half missing and the food was stone cold, soggy and inedible.

Rang twice to ask how long it would be and was told “ it will be there in a minute.” The fact that the restaurant is 15mins away from me and it turned up an hour late, after the delivery time had already been pushed back by 10 minutes. Then the delivery man turned up, and was quite rude. So overall not good.

They forgot my chips but got them too me within 5 minutes of me calling up.

My partner and I can only order from here when we come to the hospital, but any chance I get I HAVE to! the food is cooked perfectly and always arrives that little bit early, which is great for the ASAP option!

I order from here nearly every week and this week the food was absolutely disgusting, my dad had a mixed kebab and the chicken didn’t even look like chicken as was so fatty, I had a salad in pitta and a sausage the salad tasted old and Slightly bitter, the sausage was very plastic, the food is normally really nice so definitely won’t be ordering from here again

pre ordered my food to arrive at 10:30 so me and my partner would be home from work but instead it got delivered 3 hours early and ruined the meal as it was cold and had to be re heated

I’ve ordered from here so many times normally every week, and never really had a bad experience. But this evening when our dinner arrived it was utter disappointment, my dad had mixed donor first it was missing it’s pitta, the salad tastes old and almost like something was off, and his chicken well it didn’t even look like chicken and was mainly just bits of fat, I had a salad pita and a sausage, the salad was obviously a disaster, and the sausage was just like plastic. Safe to say definitely won’t be ordering again which is a shame because it always used to be lovely.

Missing pitas and kebab contacted the restaurant three times still don't know if the food is on the way everything now cold will not use again. Gone really down hill, shame because the food is good! Service awful, don't waste your money.

told them by app in the comments to restaurant no onion in one of the kebab as my other half is allergic to them but both turned up with onion so now 2 hours later still waiting for kebab with no onion

really disappointed as we use this restaurant quite a lot. the food today was 20 mins late, it was cold and the drinks we ordered were missing. phoned the restaurant to say they were missing and they said they wouldn’t be able to get to us for 30 mins. when they did turn up they were wrong. probably the delivery drivers fault but we be using a different kebab shop from now on.

very poor in general we ordered food and 2 bottles of drink and we only received the drinks the company said they will deliver the drinks in 15 minutes over 1hr later we still haven’t received the drinks the food was poor as it was dripping in fat 😡😡 we are normally regulars of the company however we will never be ordering from them again

The food was ok. They offer the standard kebab shop fayre with pizza. The downside is it took over an hour and a half to be delivered. If they cant deliver promptly they shouldn’t take the order.

The garlic bread didn't have any cheese on like i ordered, and it was a bit burnt. The rest of the food was as good as it usually is.

this was the first time me and my partner ordered from here and the food was so good, best burger we have ever had and we choose this place over others now 😊

Items poorly packaged, liquid products and sauces leaked throughout bag and onto other items plus carpet at delivery location. very poor service, food quality was also poor and would advise against using them based on both our experience.

The reason I have a kebab without the salad is to keep the meat hotter for longer yet the doner kebab turned up only luke warm

Ordered our food to be delivered to the local Hospice and wow were we in for a treat. Prompt delivery and friendly delivery guy!

Falafel wrap was awesome, delivered quicker than they said. Can't fault it

i wish i could give more stars , the lamb was nice and so was the Halloumi but the salad in both was so watery it was all sat in a puddle and that ruined it for me , the pita breads were stone cold n not crisp either , i'm sure these guys were just rushed tonight or something , this was my first and sadly probably the last time i will buy from here , Its shame

I have a long term relationship with this guy so I lifeless bad to comment but he forgot about the order so took close to 2 hours before delivery food was cold,soggy and chicken burnt 30 quid a lot to spend on a very poor kebab

The food was cooked well, but the wings and chips were a little warm due to the kebabs not being made at the same time. I arrived at the order time and cooking had just started, so I had to wait 15 minutes before receiving it. A nice meal but sharper service would be ideal for collection orders please. Appreciate how busy it all is though, thanks :)

I've recently moved to Tunebridge Wells and was checking out all takeaway joints in the area. Usually looking for some Family Meal Deal I've finally ended up ordering from Mangal & Meze (Family Bargain was my pick). Delivery was right on time, food was still hot when it arrived but most importantly it was so good that I actually decided to write this review. I know I'll be coming back and will try something else with my next order. If only instead of a bloke there was a girl delivering my food I would be in heven but you can't have everything.

Delivery time was long but it was a Saturday night order great food would order from them again.

Really disappointed today. The salad was less than a child's portion and really basic. Additional notes weren't read which meant some stuff was missing like sauce and cabbage. Not the usual standard we expect or have received in the past.

This is a stunning kebab house, everything is fresh and tasty m, just make sure you have everything before you leave as on a few occasions I've got home and items have been forgotten!
