Mancini`s Street Food in North Lanarkshire

Owner has a disgusting attitude who is degrading and down right disrespectful to people who pay her wages, we have been loyal customers for years, but won't be any more. We normally order on just eat, but the last time we did we were advised to phone and make an order to save money because we were paying cash...now apparently you can't phone and make an order for collection, you have to just walk in and order the food, not ideal when you're dying to get home from work and don't want to stand and wait in the shop. Not convenient or friendly.

Absolutely livid! Loyal customer to this establishment but customer service of one certain individual (THE APPARENT OWNER) 3rd time now we have received poor customer service from here but every other member of staff is so wonderful! This time was apparently because someone in my area never accepted food, this was prior to her taking an address and simply took a postcode! Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and we will not be going back. Patronising someone and constantly saying (DEAR) does not make any situation better. I have also spent time looking at other reviews and it’s quiet apparent that plenty of people have commented on her attitude, if she is the owner then she’s driving people away if she’s not then she’s certainly ruining someone else’s business! Older women, dull tone and RUDE not hard to pick out!

Ordered food just before 6pm, was given delivery slot 6.45-7.05pm, called at 7.15pm & order wasn’t even on the kitchen to be prepared. Pathetic excuse of being busy, simply unacceptable & will not consider ordering again & be prepared for terrible service if you do order

We use this takeaway on a very regular basis due to the exceptional quality of the food. Our last delivery for a family gathering was over £70.00. However we will never use this place again. I called and asked if I could place an order to pick up and was told in quiet an abrupt manner ‘depends what you want’ - that was the first scratch the head moment. I started to tell him my order but he cut in, again abruptly and told me ‘ it will be 45 mins at least. I told him in that case I would need to call back (had to phone my wife to see if the waiting time was ok with her). He replied continuing in his abrupt manner ‘no want it then? . I had said nothing to indicate this.Angered by his lack of basic customer service and basic manners I said no in response. He then cut the call off without any goodbye. A very ignorant person indeed. Why does this place treat customers like this ? I have read other reviews about staff attitude to customers and poor customer service. They will never see another penny of cash from me or my considerably large family circle.

Food is amazing, pizzas are really the best i have every tried, always running competions to win pizzas really are great people

My favourite food here is a special fish supper, with a side of corn on the cob. Never fails, perfect every time

I order a delivery to received the wrong order, when I called back to explain I was met with a women who clearly doesn't have any customer service skills. Her attitude was appalling shouting and looking for an argument when all I wanted was my correct order. To be fair the food is good but the arrogant staff member tainted the taste. Shame to drop star review ratings through arrogance

I recently visited Mancini's Street food. The staff are friendly and their food is fresh to order. I ordered a pizza along with a Black pudding supper. The chips we fresh. Will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful shop with lovely staff, there’s food for every member of the family. My personal favourite is their chicken tikka it’s the best ever and SLIMMER FRIENDLY!! My children love their pasta and hubby loves their pizza. Prizes are more than affordable especially for a family of six.

I visit on a regular basis to get takeaway food for my son and I. The pasta dishes made in the open kitchen are top notch and really moreish. Our favourites are the Spaghetti Carbonara and Lasagna. Made with great quality meats and pasta they taste awesome. Hand made pizza is another favourite with a wide selection of toppings to choose from. And I must comment on the fried fish, special breaded or battered haddock that is moist and cooked to perfection every time. And Gino's chips are delicious, just right and unlike the usual greasy ones you get in other takeaways. A wide range of other fried foods and homemade freshly prepared dishes, Mancini's has something for everyone. I never go past this takeaway as I know that I am always sure to enjoy whatever food I buy.

this place is class. very tidy place, friendly staff, and the very best Special Fish you can buy. pasta meals are very good as well, in fact, everything on the menu is great food, at reasonable prices also the delivery service is fast, so food is always hot.

Staff in Mancinis are always friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is absolutely fantastic. Never greasy, always tasty and hot. When using delivery service we never seem to have to wait too long for our order. Most i've waited is 10 minutes.

If ordering a Chippy we always go for a Mancinis. The food is always tasty and fresh. We like the Pizzas and Chicken Pakora is the best around.
