Food Hot and plenty of it. The large portions of chips are Massive. Share one between two or even three. 😀 Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Order wrapped and packed well. Would order again. ✔️

fish was rock solid absolutely disgusting, could not even cut it ,batter was hard as rock and very little fish.

fantastic food, even the chips!! forgot the gravy but I can let that slide for the quality. delivery guy was really polite and cheerful as well

Spot on. Best salt and pepper box I've ever had. I won't be able to enjoy any salt and pepper dishes from any other takeaways ever again after this one. Will be back again (and again, and again...)

My delivery order can 10 mins after ordering the donnor meat was swimming in greese no salad came with it and a tiny drop of mayo the chips were brown and sloppy cha main was tastless whole order was horrible never going here again

food came after the latest time suggested. Chip's were lovely but the sweet noodle box didn't taste like it had the right sauce on it.

Been coming here for many many years and i have enjoyed the food but lately i got fish and chips and fancied a chop suey roll. The chop suey rolls was awful slight vinegary taste it tasted off so spat it out and went in the bin. Chips looked like warm ups and fish was greasy. Iam so disappointed what's going on. Now i need to find another chippy. Them chop suey rolls i paid for can not be forgiven just awful. Given 4 star's for the food from the past.

Fantastic food. We got a selection of Chinese meals, as well as chicken nuggets and chips for the kids. It was all demolished. It's making me hungry thinking about it again!!

When ordering says 35min delivery. Once confirmed it’s actually 70min delivery. Items missing

Probably the worst chippy I’ve had. Asked for a fish supper and it was drenched in oil. As for the spam fritter I asked for that was shocking. Chips were soggy also. How anyone can rate this place is beyond me. Shocking place would avoid like the plague

I've been going here for years. It was my fiancée Leanne Bradley who told me of this place. We always get the best quality food from this chippy. It's never failed yet. And very good value for money. I got there special chicken fried rice with pawn crackers. Best chippy in Prescot by far. And the family that own it are well managed and always friendly.

Food is outstanding and the people who own it and also who work there r always very very friendly x

food was cold,fish had a smell and was not cooked

Just got 2 pie dinners, the pies were rewarmed in the back of the shop, the chips were brought from the back of the shop presumably pre cooked. No more from there.

Food bad there was stock all over the shop area behind the counter won't be going back

I love this place. It's one of the nicest Chippys around. The portion sizes are MASSIVE, the owners are dead funny and really nice people but more importantly the food is excellent. They have a huge menu and everything we've ordered has been fantastic. Definately recommended

Honestly you can't go wrong with this place.

Visited just after lunch on a Friday. All the chips were freshly made, not just Thursday night warm ups. Good value and friendly staff.

Two things, first review as a walk in or phone order great love the food second review don't ever use just eat to get meals from them if you order a meal like chicken curry it comes with boiled rice or chips in the shop or phone order on just eat it's only the chicken curry nothing else and you pay the same price so you have to pay extra for rice or chips. Plus £3.50 for delivery shocking

Reasonable amount of retailers perhaps needs a few eating places to attract more custom.

As usual always good food at the right price and always very pleasant.

Don't waste your money. Chips swimming in grease No rice with beef mushroom. Luke warm salt and pepper chicken. To add insult to injury after charging £3.50 for delivery they also added a 50p service charge! Never again!

Given the closure of my favourite chippy a few days ago, I rediscovered Manchester Road chippy, and it was a relief to find the food to be very good (sweet and sour chicken and chips, portion of scallops, and prawn crackers)

First time iv ordered from here food was lovely definitely will order again

Lovely chippy huge portions of chips, reasonable price, staff are always busy, it's very popular battered burgers are lovely these are the first ones I've had what didn't have any visible grease other are normally dripping of! They also deliver.
