I visited with my Son today, we had the £8 lunch which was delicious and 2 for 1 cocktails, the prices were very reasonable and we were served by Honey who was very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about which particular cocktail to choose, I would definitely recommend, the food and service were top notch.

We visited for an evening bottomless party. Our host was Taylor and she was amazing, attentive all evening, friendly and we were never left waiting for a drink. Hands down the best bottomless in Sheffield, the drinks and food were top quality, and made even better by lovely staff. Highly recommend! Thanks Taylor x

Can't comment on food - didn't see a menu at 7:30pm, might be daytime only (we sat outside to take advantage of the Sun). Staff were lovely but VERY busy, took 10+ minutes to be served due to the crush at the bar. Saturday early evening though, so to be expected? Drink (Maple Old Fashioned) was absolutely stunning; if you like a sweet drink would definitely recommend. Drink menu tended towards the sweeter side so definitely for the sugar-fiend in your life! Accessible entry, and lower floor fullly accessible; loads of room to move around as long as people aren't in the way. Does get busy around the bar area and quite loud so might be a tad difficult to maneuvre if you have accessibility needs if it's busy and people are inconsiderate.

Amazing! Had exclusive use of upstairs. Food amazing staff extremely attentive. Can't fault it. Will be back.

We booked for a bottomless party. The vibes were great the place looked amazing, Staff were so lovely, the drinks were incredible but the food was terrible, there were 8 of us and not a single person enjoyed their meal unfortunately everything tasted like it was cooked and cooked again a few of us had chicken which was so incredibly chewy we barely touched it, others had steak again which came very fatty and very chewy. I would recommend the place for bottomless as I said the staff were lovely the drinks were amazing but I wouldn’t ever recommend the food.

Very attentive staff. We booked in for the bottomless brunch package. It’s a generous two hours opposed to most places which are only an hour and a half. At one point we ended up waiting a little while for a drink and when the waitress came round, she let us order two instead of one and added a little extra time onto the end for us. Very generous! You definitely get your moneys worth. Would absolutely recommend!

Manahatta was amazing went for bottomless brunch food and drinks were amazing the servers are all so lovely and helpful and the bonus of having cocktails plus unlimited Prosecco, Great atmosphere great vibes.

Great atmosphere, and service spot on always ready to give you your next drink! Foods good if you like everything - if there's something you don't like, double check with them if they know you don't want it, as a lot of our food came with stuff we asked to be removed. Overall a good night!

We visited here for a works leaving do. Paid for the bottomless brunch, the food was very nice. It was served very quickly. We weren't having to wait at all. Drinks were flowing, and the staff were great. Had no sooner finished a drink, there was another on its way. I only gave 4* purely because the cocktail choice for me wasn't the best, weren't normally ones I'd have, so I was limited to just the 1 I liked. The venue was great, too. It had a really good vibe and atmosphere.

Great place to have fun with your friends. The private rooms are great when you’re having a bottomless brunch. Food is not to standard. I ordered the American dog. Guess they thought if they covered it with sauce you’d miss how translucent, undercooked and pale the meat was. Wish I had returned my order. Unfortunately I paid the price for eating what I had ordered. Looking at the picture there is no wonder I was ill following this. And no it was food related as I only drank lager and I could not possibly drink £38 worth of lager in 2 hours. Very expensive for what I ate and drank in 2 hours. Do not mind paying when you can say you loved the food, drinks and atmosphere.

Lunch with friends, NY bagel with chicken x 2, crispy beef bowl x1, plenty of Manahatta spritz cocktails, great catch up.

Our waiter Piotr was extremely impressive, helpful and attentive. Very helpful with the dietary restrictions I have, we’re talking 4 allergies! Very positive attitude and very friendly. Helped navigate drinks and food and made sure we were all well looked after despite half no attending for bottomless brunch either. Music is good for every age group.

Visited here twice now for Bottomless Brunch, my most recent visit being last Sunday, both times have been really enjoyable. Piotr was our server this time and he was great. Took the time to explain the drinks to us and very attentive. The venue inside is so beautiful and just my taste. Food is excellent and I love the little firework in a glass and shot you get at the end of your booking. Would totally recommend.

Taylor was an absolutely incredible server! I never felt so welcomed into an establishment, she even let me get my cheesy toes out!! Wow! What a top sausage. The bottomless service was so fast, I never found the bottom!! Because it was very fast. Did I tell you it was fast??

came for a birthday meal today - took a friend younger than us but double checked under 18s were allowed in before a certain time so we chose the meal for 4pm so we’d be out before then. I understand laws but we were refused service (with ids) as the younger girl (who was ordering a coke) was present, this is the only restaurant we’ve experienced this in, and after ordering soft drinks, waited 20 MINUTES for them to arrive with every member of staff ignoring us to the point we were going to walk out. The service given was absolutely appalling and the food was average at most - seems this place is just for the aesthetic because I have never in my life had such awful service from a restaurant.

I ordered food immediately after my friend. Hers came out - I was still waiting 35 minutes for mine. When I reported this to the bar manager he was not helpful. He said he’d give me a refund but I’ve still been charged for food I did not receive. He didn’t check in the kitchen to see if my order had gone through. Very poor customer service. It was a bank holiday but the place wasn’t that busy so no excuse to be rude and not have food ready at the same time as my friends meal.

Came here for some coktails to start the night off and what can I say, staff don't know what they're doing, watched them make my cocktail (being a cocktail maker myself) completely wrong ingredients, I understand there are training members but this is by far no way to serve customers for two cocktails priced at almost £30, I hope you chnage the way you train your staff before letting them make your cocktails for people, dissappointed from this experience I hope management realises the issues and makes some changes.

Tables are reserved an hour before needed and you are asked to leave them. Not very hospitable, make you feel like you don’t belong

My friends arranged a hen do for me here and it was great. Myself and another friend arrived 45 minutes late due to getting stuck in traffic but the staff allowed us to add on the time which we were very grateful for. The service was really quick, we had plenty of drinks, cocktails aswell as bottles of prosecco. Food was lovely too. The venue itself is really nice and I will definitely be visiting again and recommending to others.

I believe me and my friend had ‘ego’ for a waitress for our bottomless brunch today. She was extremely nice and professional, kept checking up on us for drinks. Very good service AND many many gluten free option which was nice! Food great, drinks great, cannot complain! 10/10 would go again.

Went for a birthday brunch, the drinks were lovely and got given some shots at the end, the atmosphere was alright it was early in the day so it was quiet, had a chance to take pictures (although the Photo Booth wasn’t working) however we were surprised at one of the waitresses I believe her name was Beth, there were 7 of us and we all thought she was very rude and must have been in a bad mood, we didn’t tell a manager but as we also have experience working in retail/customer service we found it shocking, she was rushing a friend to order (we still had an hour left), was impatient, asked for sauce and she had a snarky response..bare in mind she only asked one person on the whole table if they wanted sauce(rest of us couldn’t hear from where she was standing anyway) and when we asked later on she was annoyed. The second waitress was amazing with us, and the rude one ended up being ok in the end, (she replaced my mates burnt halloumi burger later on) but not happy about the service it’s embarrassing especially when it’s your birthday and you invited your closest friends, we didn’t expect it.

I came here for a bottomless brunch for my hen party in February 2024- we all had a fantastic time and were so well looked after by the Manahatta staff throughout. Our Prosecco was constantly topped up and the team were very attentive at taking additional cocktail orders, including just before our timeslot was about to end. One of my friends was pregnant and the team kindly brought her a whole bottle of non-alcoholic Prosecco when she asked for a glass! Please thank Piotr and Nirmit for looking after us all so well, we really appreciated it and hope the Manahatta team can pass on our thanks.

Went on a works night out. If you're a poser and love paying £15 for a drink, this is your spot.

Booked and pre-ordered bottomless brunch a month in advance. On arrival we were shown to our table, and then left for a considerable amount of time before anybody came to attend to us. Our table was in a very busy bar area, the servers could not get around our table so people at the bottom end were not having their drinks orders taken (they were struggling to communicate with us due to the sheer volume of the music), and when drink/food did arrive we were having to distribute them ourselves from the head of the table. People were swamping our table meaning that as we were eating, people were bumping into us, with multiple people even using our table as a storage facility for their drinks/bags whilst they danced in very close proximity to us. The whole experience was very overwhelming and uncomfortable, meaning that we actually got the bill and left 30 minutes early. After paying in excess of £400, every single member of my party said they would NOT revisit manahatta. UPDATE - I have emailed manahatta Sheffield as instructed by the generic reply to this review, and not unlike some of my guests on the night, I have been ignored. This is yet another show of terrible customer service, either they have not opened their emails in two weeks, or they have chosen to ignore a very disappointed customer instead of possibly learning from my experience.

We were going here for their £7 lunch as advertised but its a Limited menu and with no photos of the vegan food anywhere which we thought was a bit odd so we messaged politely but no reply and ignoring customers isn’t really greqt customer service nevermind plenty more restaurants in Sheffield who do actually want to help customers and want them to come in to eat there 🙂

I had a great experience at Manahatta Sheffield for my 30th Birthday with my family. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the great music. I enjoyed the New York City themed decor, food and drink, I feel the prices are very affordable and there is a great vibe about the place.

The manager Lewi checked on my friend who was crying. What an exceptional bar manager he is, to check the welfare of people in the bar and to notice someone upset, and to check out that she is fine. Outstanding service and customer care. Thank you so much.

Booked for 8 ladies at Manahatta Sheffield to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was great . The food was really nice and the drinks were good value (grey goose !!!) I would like to say a special Thankyou to Felicia who looked after us throughout our visit . She was polite , friendly and punctual with our drinks . Thankyou Felicia 😊

We booked this venue for a celebration 8 guests Our table was ready at 430 for a 2 hour brunch after 10 mins we were still not offered a drink I asked the staff we then received a proscecco drink each We were not asked our choice of cocktail after 25 minutes I again asked staff we were then asked to choose a cocktail so 30 minutes in a 2 hour slot our drink orders were taken I complained to a man who said he was the manager I was then very rudely told he would not be extending our booking I had not asked for this I had simply asked for what we were paying for but his response was unprofessional and quite clearly he is not trained in customer service to a point of I did actually question as to whether he was in fact even a manager !! After the 2 nd complaint we then received multiple drinks !! An hour into the brunch we still had not received our food I kept asking when the food was coming and kept getting fobbed off telling me it would be soon We received our food 1 3/4 hours into our booking !! We were then asked to vacate the table when 2 of the party were still eating !! The service was terrible clearly a fully booked day with minimal staff !!! I would definitely not be able to recommend this place due to the above Which is a shame as the drinks and food were both good but did not expect this absolute chaos !!! The manager on duty clearly needs some training on customer service to alleviate his stress maybe a better staffed venue !!

We booked this venue for a bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. We paid the extra for the better menu & I cant rate this place more!! The staff were very welcoming friendly & gave lots of knowledge around the drinks and food that they serve. The food was lovely, I had a new York burger which was beaut, my other friend had a hot dog which was picture perfect! We was never sat waiting for drinks. They would notice when we was getting to the bottom to a drink and order more. Prosecco was always topped up and the atmosphere was a vibe! Would definitely be back. Thank you very much ^_^

i thought the days of asking customers to remove their cap had gone, i wear one because of a medical condition and felt extremely self conscious having to take it off OR wear it back to front . have the security staff got no genuine issues to deal with ? i could easily take my cap off for the camera, then put it back on again , anyway i refused to give them my custom and would not have gone in in the first place had i not been with a large group of people who did spend a fair bit. The fools .

Food was absolutely excellent. Service on the other hand.. terrible! We was sat at our table for 1.5 hours waiting to be served after our food and waiting for plates to be taken from our table.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the manager on duty on the 27th of Dec 23 we were a party of 5 who ordered separately 1 after the other at the same table 1 meal came out and our friend had to eat on her own while we waited for ours she also had to send hers back as was cold , my friend had finished her meal before the other 4 came out , we complained to the manager on duty who was extremely rude and offered no compensation for this other than blame her staff when I asked if possible we could have maybe a bottle of wine to compensate she said she wasn't allowed she became very argumentative and threw me out of the venue other people that were in the venue at the same time witnessed how we were treated I asked for her name was refused asked for who was above her and was also refused I have never been treated to badly

Came for a work Xmas party and it was amazing! Great buffet with lots of vegetarian and vegan options, a range of drinks included too, like cocktails, prosecco and beers.

Very spontaneous, called the restaurant and they got us trying in which we were relly grateful for. Everything was soooo good. Second time being served by Louie and it was great. Lovely food, drinks, atmosphere and great service. Will be coming back and hoping for him again :)

Came here for 1st time out with friends in Sheffield Saturday evening. Busy venue,looks great place to spend a night for food dancing etc. Would like venue to explain why a woman in her 50s was challenged on thr door...for carrying 2 bags of chocolates in her hand?I had just purchased in a local supermarket and had not had chance to put in my bag. My handbag nor my friends were not searched, we could have been smuggling drinks in,as we witnessed several other people doing this in gift bags etc. On asking door security there reasoning they said food is available to purchase inside.Really?? I had to leave my chocolates I had just bought outside on a table in rain.Ruined. Nice venue for the young and trendy personally cannot understand this crazy rule,I'm hardly high risk in this day and age I could be carrying much worse than chocolates. Would like venue to justify please .

Raw meat stale bread soggy fries The service was brilliant unfortunately the food was awful. After reading the other reviews on here maybe they were just having a bad night What I was served was horrendous, when the staff collected my plate untouched they didn't even ask why I hadn't eaten my meal. its seemed as if they were too embarrassed as they already aware of the slop been sent out if the kitchen

16 of us checked in for a 3 course Xmas feed. All up tasty food and all enjoyed l, no complaints. The venue is huge and very impressive. The staff very courteous and prompt. All up a really good few hours enjoyed by all.

We came for my friend’s birthday and the private area with large table is a nice touch for celebrating together! The team brought sparklers out with the Prosecco too, which made it special! The cocktails are lush.

Had a bottomless brunch here with friends and we had an amazing time. The food was lovely - none of this cheap stuff often served at these type of events. The cocktails were really good and a perfect range was available. Finally the service throughout was excellent - I can highly recommend Taylor who dealt with us with a smile on her face throughout. Had a brilliant afternoon and would definitely recommend it!

Possibly the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a few!. Usually the food is a little sparse on bottomless brunch but the choice and portion size was excellent! The staff were amazing! So attentive, you only had to take a few sips of your fizz and they were topping you up! Plus endless cocktails included to . Keep it up manhattan we will definitely be coming back!

Been here for drinks before, came to try food as i had a 2 for 1 voucher, food wasn't amazing but it was still nice, and not too expensive either, I had a New Yorker Burger & fries for £15.50, the cocktails were also 2 for 1 so had a few of those, service was very good, nice and polite staff.

Booked in for food. Left my wallet at work’t so didn’t have my ID. Told I’d only be allowed soft drinks even though I’m 27 and had 2 photos of my drivers license and passport and my partner is 27 too 😂 completely crazy I was looking forward to trying it but will definitely give it a miss! Now enjoying a meal and some drinks in pitcher and piano a lot more accommodating!

Avoid! The rudest door staff ever - we walked away as we were so appalled at the way we had been spoken to. Don't know who the door staff thing they are. RUDE

I used the ‘Meercat Meals’ offer (a QR code which is scanned) which made it BOGOF on starters mains and desserts. I left a message beforehand and staff were up to date with the messages and super nice. Told us exactly what was included as well as other drinks offers. I’ve been before and they’re a super nice team. Flawless! The environment in this place is perfect for: lunch, brunch, casual drinks in the day, fancy evening of drinks with cocktail dresses in the evening, dates etc- it’s an all rounder. Visit throughout the day so you’re able to have a chat with friends (people still dress fancy and it’s a smart/casual vibe) and in the evening the atmosphere turns more vibrant and they turn up the music- a true cocktail bar with cocktail dresses and fancy cocktail trees etc. cocktails… cocktails… cocktails (and BOGOF)
