Mammas Pizza in Croydon

Pizza was ruined all the topping was gathered at the bottom. I want my money back. Had to go straight in the bin.

This restaurant in working people don't know how to talk with customer. Rubbish customer service. Talk rudely. Misbehave. It’s better don't go there.

I will never ever order in this restaurant food. I order Two 16" pizaa. I'm long waiting there. Than after i tell to manager for waiting related. He say if you don't waiting so you can go and cancel your order. Staff and manager talk rudely with me. 👎

I order 4 pizza and collect. So after 30 minutes i go there for collection. That time he say Wait another 20 minutes that time i say I'm already come here after 30 minutes. That guy's say if don't wait so you can go and cancel order. It's very bad behavior

Sometimes Nice sometimes a little dry, but on average they are ok. Quick delivery and open late so worth a try.. service is generally ok. My feedback is personally I'd prefer a little more taste. the jalapeños didn't really have a zing for some reason. But that's just me.

Driver was rude kept on banging on the door whilst told him to wait so I can give him his cash as soon as I came out he refused to let me see the food The demanded for the money. would not recommend

The pizza was cooked so perfectly, the base had the perfect amount of sauce and cheese and was cooked perfect the crust was crispy and the dough was 10/10.

It was one of the worst customer service, we have received. I went there with my friend to buy pizza. receptionist was busy talking over his phone. we waited for him to take our order. we asked some questions about pizza or if there's any deals. He got angry and said if u are not ready let me know, when u r and start going away from the counter. we asked r u busy. He replied "none of ur business " in a rude way. You shouldn't give someone job at customer service who doesn't know how to serve a customer.

Can I just say the pizza I order from this place taste amazing , every time I order it’s been 10/10

The pizza looks like it was put in the box as if it were for pigs to eat, it's all destroyed, I've ordered many times but I've never received anything like this pizza, it looks like it went through a war to get here

Ordered from Uber eats my order was extremely cold and when I called the store, they locked me off.

I will never order Pizza from here. Horrible service and the manager is a lier. The Pizza I ordered delivered cold and when I questioned him he refused refund or change the order. I had tummy bug after eating it. Every low hygiene. I have raised complaint with the council.

one of the worst places to eat pizza, I don’t know if it’s just here in Norbury, but the pizza is really bad, it doesn’t taste good, the ingredients don’t feel fresh at all, and if you order the Garlic and herbs sauce, you will even enjoy the pizza less because when you put it on you will realize that it seems like a sauce that was out of the fridge for many days. They should do something because despite being fast food they should at least cover a minimum of quality and flavor, on the same street less than 5 minutes walking you can find other establishments that sell decent pizzas with good flavor, with at least fresh garlic sauces, I won’t name the places that are better than this one so as not to divert attention but I have lived here for about 8 years and since they remodeled the mamas pizza establishment, (which looks much better now… yes). but they lowered the quality to worrying levels, I definitely will not spend my money here again.

The real mamas pizza Honestly speaking it is the worse pizza I’ve had. They gave me a whole Large 16 inch pizza full of cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella and refuse to give me a refund. They even insulted me saying that I’m asking for a refund because I don’t have money. Also when I was asking what cheese they used after tasting it, the worker was being very hesitant and defensive, trying to hide the fact that it is cheddar

Normally the food here it's alright but today u could actually taste an old dough for the pizza; not sure if it was safe to eat, the onion rings were fine

The pizza was absolutely ENORMOUS!!!! When the delivery rider opened the bag, I took the boxes out and they were so hot, I had to run inside! The food was absolutely delicious. The pizza was so big, it'll keep me going for about four days! Thanks so much for such great food and service.

Extremely poor customer service. Do NOT order from here. The manager was extremely rude and degrading us, when we asked to speak to someone higher he said “Well he’s not going to be Rishi Sunak” Unsure of why he mentioned him. This whole thing was because he gave us the WRONG order and wouldn’t let us change it because the kids had started eating before we realised it was the wrong pizza. We even called another mamas pizza to complain and they told us they were separate now due to the norbury location NOT following rules. Very poor from them.

Staff on the counter is uneducated and racist behaviour toward customers . Simply ask about crust in reply they laugh and said you paki I know what you like it’s totally racist way of talk .I feel ashamed to buy pizza from that shop that’s my last visit .I ll never go again I this shop .very bad experience .

Made an order via their app (lucking I chose pay at door) said it would arrive within 30 mins. I then received a notification saying it’s been delivered which it hadn’t. I then proceeded to call the restaurant multiple times and they ignored my calls. I would please advise staying far from this place. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

Phone order, prompt delivery. Garlic mushrooms were awful but Mamma's special pizza was lovely. All toppings as described and nice and hot.

First time ordering. Website said 45 minutes. After ordering immediately I've received notification it would be 10 minutes late. Eventually after 3 phone calls it arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Luke warm.... Would not recommend.

Was Delivered FROZEN Doughnut. Frost Cover Over Them. Called restaurant to ask why they gave me Doughnuts that are frozen, they were very dismissive said to "wait for one minute for it to Defrost and eat it" not very good advice for a food establishment to suggest considering eating frozen food that meant to be warmed/cooked to eat.

The quality of the Pizza was extremely poor, there is no way on earth it was freshly baked.

Do not order from this place!! I ordered a small pizza meal and 8 wings and I waited one hour and a half for that and when the driver arrived he said that he forgot the drink. They gave me 5 wings instead of 8 and some chips that were hard as a rock🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

Last week I bought a pizza for me and my family, from this new chain after the new management took over, and it was not only, not what I ordered, but it was half baked When I called back, to complain the man was not only rude but sounded aggressive and agitated I couldn't understand what he was saying to me, i would never recommend this bad service, product or bad attitude to any customer. The old management was a billion times better.

I would kindly suggest people to avoid this place. I useto enjoy going here 4 - 5 Years ago. When Pizzas were actually meant to be Pizzas. Prices were decent. Great ownership but now under new management its a waste of money. You can tell the owner is just looking at profit and quality is not there. What can I say there isn't much to say. The pizza was really dry(even though asked for extra sauce), cheese overcooked and the crust looks like its trying to invade the pizza.Check the pics, they don't lie! Really disappointed and wish it was like the golden days from previous owner 5 years ago. Or better yet hit London Pizza or Pizza Village in Wandsworth. Really worth the quality!

EDITED REVIEW Under new management as of July 2022. Wish they did HMC meat so we could order meat on these... As it is, we're having to make do with tuna. Still very tasty, the thin crust pizzas. 👍 Nicely renovated, nice staff/owner. Very tasty. Would like to give 5 stars... The meat not being HMC is the only reason. :[

Delicious pizza and garlic sauce is tasty

Pizza base very hard, and dough didn’t seem fresh which made the whole pizza experience unpleasant. Needs significant improvement, though Curley fries were very good.

Food was really tasty, hot on arrival, everything we ordered was there and the delivery was on time! Can’t fault it 😊

This was the fastest, most efficient and friendly service of NEW MANAGEMENT . I have ever received from any pizza outlet. This is now my favorite pizza place of all time. The deals are great and it is such good quality. I love it and would recommend this to anyone who is having a large gathering of people. Such good value for money!
