My and my wife had a dinner there and we are amazed! Since the very beginning when we arrived we had a fantastic costume service by Kornelija. She nailed everything.About the food, the starters were perfect. Prawns with tomatoes and burrata also with tomatoes and pesto sauce.The main course was gorgeous. Roasted salmon with potatoes, salad and holandaise sauce just made our night. I strongly recommend this restaurant. Service, food and prices. Congratulations to the chef Saymon and to the chef Darren.

Stayed the night at the hotel and had a three course meal at Chez Mal on the night of our stay. Amazing service from Cornelia who was the sweetest waitress ever. Very accommodating and friendly throughout the meal. Really enjoyed the food and the cocktails were great too. Thanks again to Cornelia for the great service

We had stayed there at the end of May and had issues with the stay. There were a few dishes unavailable, including the out of date Seabass, and the bar was badly stocked. We emailed Malmaison and they have ignored us, which shows how little they care about customer satisfaction. Not recommended, go with Premier Inn or The Flint instead.

The food was fantastic, the cocktails were amazing and the service was outstanding! Carlos looked after us all night and kept the cocktails coming. The manager Eamonn could not have done enough for us and even organised a table for us in the bar after dinner. It was a lovely experience for our first night out after lockdown. We’ll be back!

We went here for a celebration with friends, the bar itself is chic and the front was open to allow the natural light and air in. The bar staff and GM were exceptional in both service and making sure everyone had a good night. A great bar for cocktails and a must go anytime you the hit city centre. 10 out of 10

As one of the few places in Belfast offering bookings during the restrictions on hospitality, and having been before, I opted for a table at Malmasion for a date night. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted and seated at our table with no issues. My date and I had heard about the cocktails recently and they certainly didn't disappoint! The cocktails were definitely some of the best I've ever had in Belfast and Malmasion offers a good variety to choose from! Our server for the night was Carlos who was exceptional all round. We never had to wait to be served and our drinks arrived extremely quickly, even during the busiest point of the night. Carlos provided us with fantastic service, as well as some banter, making making the over all experience enjoyable and giving the sense we were being well looked after as customers. Based on this service alone I'd be more than happy to return!From start to finish it was a great experience especially during the given times/situation. One thing to note was the lack of umbrellas over the tables as it did rain at one point, during the evening (not sure if this was due to current guidelines). However, the service provided more than made up for this.

Cené el sábado por la noche con mi pareja.¡Mi comida (que pedimos a través de la aplicación sin contacto) estaba deliciosa y nuestro camarero Carlos fue fantástico!Mi socio pensó que su bistec estaba exagerado, pero como no dijo nada, no podemos comentar sobre el servicio o el proceso de quejas cuando no les dio la oportunidad de rectificar esto.Para el postre elegí pudín de caramelo pegajoso con crema I y era ENORME, podría haberlo compartido fácilmente entre dos. . . . (pero no lo hice)Los cócteles eran preciosos. . Tomé un martini de estrella porno y él tomó un mojito. También había abundante agua fresca y fría.El ambiente era fantástico para una cena romántica. Algunas reseñas han indicado que está demasiado oscuro, pero creo que se llama iluminación ambiental. :)En general, una hermosa noche.

Comimos en el restaurante el viernes por la noche. Traté de pedir un poco de vodka pero me dijeron que tenían que tirar la mayor parte del alcohol debido al COVID. Solicité una Zabrawka pero no sabía bien y luego me dijeron que me habían dado una doble en lugar de una simple. Pedimos entrantes y un plato principal (¡todavía estamos esperando que nos ofrezcan postre!) Los entrantes eran, lo que yo llamaría, Mal Standard. Mi esposa tenía una hamburguesa con patatas fritas y yo tenía los goujons de pescado con patatas fritas. Las patatas fritas estaban anémicas, no me gustan las patatas fritas con piel, pero no obstante, las acepto ya que eso era todo. Dije que la hamburguesa estaba bien, las patatas fritas eran basura y el vino se sirve caliente.

Tuvimos una estadía encantadora en Mal Masion Belfast el viernes por la noche para el cumpleaños de mi esposo, nuestra habitación era excelente y nuestra comida fue fantástica Carlos, nuestro camarero fue un placer, todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. ! gracias Mal Masion nos lo pasamos genial recomendaría definitivamente?

Tenía ganas de venir aquí para pasar las edades para el almuerzo del domingo. ¡Obtienes tantas visitas en la mesa de inicio que puedes manejar, todo lo cual era bueno, sabroso y abundante! El salmón ahumado era un montón de chorizo y salami, sopa de chirivía y descanso. Ensalada César y de papa, cuscús y cualquier otra cosa que puedas hacer en tu plato. Me hubiera encantado unas gambas allí, pero realmente estoy siendo codicioso, ¡ya que con platos ilimitados puedes comer casi todo el día!La cena asada de panceta de cerdo fue muy buena con salsa encantadora y un enorme y crujiente pudín de Yorkshire. Aunque mi compañero era un poco quisquilloso que quería papas asadas más crujientes, pero era una pequeña queja.Siendo un demonio absoluto para la salsa, pedí algunos y nuestra muy amable camarera Sarah estaba feliz de complacernos. También eso es una salsa preciosa guau! También optamos por el prosecco sin fondo a 15 por cabeza y terminamos cómodamente 2 botellas que siempre se rellenaban asiduamente cuando era necesario.Era mi cumpleaños y Sarah nos trajo un postre gratis y estaba feliz de escucharme hablar tonterías por un momento, de hecho, todo el personal era genuinamente de primera clase, amable, atento y amable.Es una pena que no supiera que había un bono social vivo para esto, ¡aunque ahora estaré atento en todo momento en el futuro! Realmente vale la pena el dinero que pagamos, incluso a precio completo, ¡gracias a todos por tan buen tiempo!

Comida encantadora en la brasserie Chez Mal. Holly el gerente del restaurante nos sirvió. Ella fue excelente. Amable y eficiente. Holly conocía el menú y pudo aconsejarnos sobre los requisitos dietéticos. La comida estaba bien presentada y excelente calidad. Comí gambas fritas y patatas fritas. Mi esposa tenía un plato de salmón y comida principal de pollo. Definitivamente regresaremos.

Food is amazing and as a Coeliac I was accommodated by the chef who made all gluten free items so I felt I wasn't missing out on any food items.

Booked on the premise that the seafood offered was amazing. Arrived to be told there was no seafood whatsoever on the menu. All on offer was meat and veggie and 1 fish dish, seabaas. Also, fillet of steak was sold out at 8 pm. Ordered steak frites. Waiter then had to come back once again to the table to tell me those had also been sold out. The only reason I didn't leave is we had been out the last two nights previously and knew that it would be next to impossible to get a table somewhere else at this late stage. I understand that suppliers can fall through, but a courtesy email stating this when we had booked online could have helped the entire situation, or maybe to be told before we sat down. I feel bad for the waiting staff who had to re-lay this info to paying customers as they did their job with the best they could given the situation.

Fuimos a tomar el té festivo de la tarde. Manchas notadas en sus tazas. Cuando se sirvió el té de la tarde, necesitamos decirle al personal cosas que faltaban, como platos laterales, leche y azúcar, que son muy básicos y que deben servirse a los clientes. Nadie se molestó en preguntar cómo estamos durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí.Los baños estaban sucios. . Literalmente abrí todos los inodoros y elegí el que no estaba tan sucio, pero cuando lo tiré, el agua casi llegó a la parte superior de la taza del baño y mi amigo también se quejó de lo mismo. Notamos que solo 1 personal servía y 1 en el bar. Tal vez eran escasos de personal. Pero no es una excusa ya que reservamos nuestro té de la tarde con 2 a 3 semanas de anticipación y alguien incluso nos llamó el día anterior para confirmar nuestras reservas para que la mesa esté lista y preparada.Es triste como la última impresión, pero probablemente no sea un buen día para el personal de servicio. Tal vez están teniendo un mal día y eso afecta su servicio. Lo siento chicos, pero necesito decirlo para mejorar su servicio.La hamburguesa y las opciones de dulces en el té de la tarde eran encantadores por cierto.

Habíamos escuchado tan buenas críticas que decidimos reservar una comida familiar juntos antes de Navidad. Había muy poco personal para atender las mesas. Después de dos horas y media tuvimos un curso y una ronda de bebidas. Parecía haber solo 3 empleados tomando pedidos y sirviendo las mesas. Hicimos una queja y el gerente descontó la factura pero la experiencia nos quitó lo que debería haber sido una velada encantadora. Nadie quiere tener que quejarse en una salida nocturna.

Using an online deal for brunch I was told the only availability was at 12:30. I was therefore surprised that we were the only customers in the brasserie for the entire duration of our stay. We were served by pleasant staff and had the soup followed by a selection from the chef’s board where there was a decent range of salads and charcuterie. The main course was tasty ballottine of turkey however this was served with the most mean portion of vegetables I have ever witnessed. One piece of carrot, parsnip and roast potato. We left an empty brasserie, perhaps others had also experienced the mean portions?

The service was very very slow waited well over an hour on food, the place wasn't busy so I wouldn't like to see it when it is busy. They ran out of a few dishes even though it was early evening. The waiter was doing his best though, was very friendly. Food was ok, desserts weren't the best. Wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry. The bar service wasn't much better either

Nice place , funky interior. Good sized rooms , and really central location. Staff really friendly also.

Service was desperately slow, had to wait 20 minutes for drinks and much longer than that for dessert. From the seven dishes we had between the three of us, maybe I could recommend 2. The slow cooked short rib of beef was pretty good. Chips and mash were undercooked, the burger was dense, hard and just awful, and the sticky toffee pudding was dry. The place was quiet, which is hardly surprising.

Post relstes to breskfast - Well organised, great selection and very friendly service. All in all a great way to start the day.

We were here last month for the Spanish special. We probably should have known better! Main course Paella was extremely bland but our waitress apologised and gave us free mocktails (we weren't drinking) to make up for it. My virgin Pina colada was the best mocktail I've ever had which made up for the night. Dessert was "pavlova" which turned out to be a rock solid meringue. I googled this to be sure and indeed a pavlova is meant to be soft in the middle so i felt a bit cheated.I returned to the bar a week later for the amazing mocktail but sadly it was made by someone different and tasted no where near as good.

Unlimited hors d’oeuvres along with the roast of the day hors d’oeuvres very limited lots of seafood not a lot of anything else the roast was rotten and on edible when they came to clear the plates they didn’t even ask if we enjoyed the meal

Was really surprised to find such great food at an hotel. great choice of menu and truly excellent staff. Gareth was really special with his friendliness, helpfulness and overall efficiency!

Awful service at this establishments restaurant last night,waited 40 minutes for our main course while staff stood around and chatted for the majority of the night as it wasn't that busy.

After a meeting nearby, two of us decided to go to Malmaison for a quick informal business lunch. The bar/restaurant wasn’t overly busy, I’m guessing that six tables were occupied and I could see two waiting staff.

We dined here as part of a dinner package with our room had a great meal, staff wonderful thanks to Holly for looking after us so well and helping with a wine and dish recommendation, we will definitely return. Thank you

Great Hotel albeit a little on the noisy side but we are in the centre so can't complain. Clean rooms. Shame no Air con but can't have it all. Would definitely come back. Great location for catching the hop on hop off bus at stop 1.

Absolutely delicious afternoon tea, sandwiches weren’t your traditional afternoon tea sandwiches they have a very modern twist and tasted absolutely delicious. The scones were light and airy and served with jam and clotted cream. The deserts were the pièce de résistance. We couldn’t fit it all in so we got takeaway of some of our deserts I highly recommend this

Visited last Friday with a friend and ended up staying much longer than intend due to the great live music (not sure of the girls name but would love to hear more of her music). The atmosphere was great and our server from Enniskillen went over and above to be friendly and helpful. Also super reasonably priced on the Friday menu and free food samples.

Poor food, service slow, staff unfriendly and at times quite rude. Previous visit for dinner not impressed then either. Will definitely not be returning.

The hotel has a great location. The breakfast are delicious and the bar Chez Mal has a great ambiance, good menu selection of drinks and food PS the veggie burger was delicious.

La comida era increíble, el entorno era hermoso y el personal de guardia era maravilloso. El té de la tarde fue uno de los mejores que he probado y definitivamente lo recomendaría. Cuesta 20 por persona (aunque obtuve un trato en pigsback.com) e incluso incluía una mini hamburguesa y un batido de fresa. También sirven los cócteles más deliciosos: 2 por 12.

Our team had a great dinner here during a conference we were attending at the ICC. Leah really looked after us, carefully explaining all the dishes and making great recommendations. High-quality dishes, not the cheapest, but worth the price.

¡Celebré mi cumpleaños en el bar Malmaison con un grupo de amigos y lo pasé en grande! Hablé con uno de los chicos del personal, David, una semana antes de mi cumpleaños y compartí con él que quería invitar a amigos a tomar una copa en el bar para mi cumpleaños. Se aseguró de que nos acomodaría de la mejor manera posible, ¡y ciertamente lo hizo! David y el resto del personal se aseguraron de que todos estuvieran cómodos durante toda la noche y ayudaron a mi amigo a sorprenderme con un hermoso pastel de cumpleaños. ¡Sin duda volveremos para algo de comida, bebidas o cualquier otro evento que podamos planear en el futuro!

Absolutely perfect food. Seasonality sensational. Pea scotch egg, fresh vegetable broth, roasted pork belly with new potatoes. Incredible flavour in every mouthful. While food was sensational it was only second to the professionalism of our host Holly. What an incredible asset to any establishment.

This was our first visit to Malmaison for Sunday Lunch and it won't be our last , we thoroughly enjoyed the experience .

Stayed at the hotel for the evening and popped down to the restaurant for dinner when i landed. Colleagues Leah and Adam were absolutely fantastic!!! They treated me like a star whilst visiting on my own :) I tried the Malaysian curry, the roti canai was amazing....

Visited on a Saturday night with friends. Arrived slightly before our 6pm booking but the restaurant had not opened for the evening but we were invited to wait at the bar. When we were seated our waitress was Aisling who was very friendly and helpful. We went for 2 courses for £19.95. All the meals were delicious! Definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.

We visited here as a family of 9 for afternoon tea between Christmas and new year. We booked in advance and our table was ready for us when we arrived. However it was in the bar area. This is not the most nice place for afternoon tea. They should have served us in a better lounge or the restaurant.

We had an absolute brilliant time! Food was delicious and Staff were brilliant! Especially Mr. Paul Caldwell. He gave us a nice welcome as this was our first time in there! Really enjoyed it.

Loved the food served by a great team, starter of fresh asparagus with poached egg, just brilliant. Recommend the steaks with a large glass of Merlot. Thanks for a great family evening, thoroughly recommend.

Just about to leave the Malmaison, had a fabulous afternoon!! Mothers day present!! The food was beautiful, and the champagne was delicious!!! Booked online for afternoon tea for 2 for Saturday afternoon prior to Mother's Day. Was impressed that the hotel called to confirm booking. They also let us know we could only have the table for 2 hours as it was to be a very busy afternoon. This was fine as we planned to do some shopping anyway.

Brilliant service from the staff at Malmaison in particular David who was fantastic. So pleasant and stayed beyond his shift to serve myself and friends which was very much appreciated, plus his cocktails were lovely!

Look at the packages available,and look at the cost for top quality all round,it's great,great value. And the food at the brasserie,mmmmmm,with great service from Alex and Leah. Chateaubriand...desserts to die for...happy Fridays in the bar...and the rooms...well, book it and see.5 stars

My wife and I had a beautiful meal yesterday evening. Stephen, the Food and Beverage Manager, was so helpful with my wife's dietary issues. Would really recommend the restaurant for its setting and intimacy. Will be back for, what I have heard, the delicious Sunday lunch.

It was my birthday and my parents’ anniversary at the same time so we decided to go here. When I made the booking, I informed them that it was my parents’ anniversary. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted warmly by Leah & her service was excellent throughout our meal. She organised anniversary slate for my parents and when she overheard me saying it was my birthday, she organised one for me as well. She made our night special. Especially mine.

I was staying at the hotel for business and visited the restaurant for a light dinner. Not only was the food amazing but the service from Leah and Holly was brilliant. They create a lovely atmosphere and were actively chatting to those who were sitting themselves without being obtrusive.

Quería celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda con una cena previa al concierto y elegí el restaurante del hotel porque estaba cerca de The Waterfront.

En pocas palabras, sabroso pero lento. Deben haber sido cortos de personal, pero parecíamos estar esperando por siempre en nuestro pedido cocinado, pero cuando llegó estaba delicioso. Los interiores son fabulosos. . . Me encanta ese look, completamente diferente al resto del hotel.

Encantador hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad. La decoración del hotel es oscura y, para ser honesto, se necesita un poco de Tlc. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien equipadas. El desayuno era pobre debido a la considerable espera y servicio promedio. La atención al detalle carece de un servicio inexperto. Se quejó a la gerencia que aseguró que nuestro último día de servicio fuera muy bueno. La reserva era costosa y este hotel no se encuentra cerca del estándar de Malmaison en Leeds.

Restaurante reservado para una comida con amigos en el fin de semana. No habíamos cenado aquí antes y nos reunimos en el bar para tomar una copa antes de la comida. Buen ambiente y música proporcionada por Chris Keys, que distribuyó amablemente un CD de muestra a los clientes con la opción de hacer una donación. Los precios de los hoteles para el alcohol pueden ser costosos, sin embargo, mi amigo no se impresionó cuando cambió 9. 50 por una copa de vino, que aparentemente era más cara que otras en el menú que podría haber sido servido.

Had another gorgeous Sunday roast at Malmaison Brasserie. As ever, the quality of the food was top class and the service, especially from Stephen O’Hare and Niamh was excellent! Highly recommended.

Great service from staff. Starters were amazing but main courses were cold and disappointing. We ordered from the a la carte and bar menu, possibly would have been different if we stuck to a la carte.

Excellent dinner at Chez Mal and fantastic value. We shared our starters Tiger prawns alla busara and fried salt & pepper calamari. They were both amazing. My main course the rib eye steak was beautiful and the addition of the home made sauce was sublime. I can clearly say that the steak was cooked to perfection. We have already decided we will return next time we are in Belfast.

First stop in Belfast and we were staying at the Malmaison hotel, which in itself is a pretty cool building ( a converted seed warehouse). We dined in the hotel the first night and had Niamh as our hostess and server. Never, ever, have I had service this amazing. The food was great, came quickly and was really hot. We asked Niamh about other places to dine and she came back with a hand written list and a enlarged map for us to find her recommendations which is all excellent. Very impressive!

We stay here frequently on the Sunday stopover deal - its really good value!

Stayed for 10 days during September, throughly enjoyed the food and the service. Second time we have stayed here. The restaurant is very good, the food fresh with great choices and the restaurant staff were friendly and very efficient. I would particularly like to compliment Niamh and Leah, their service was to high standards and they were both very helpful, friendly and always welcoming. Both Niamh and Leah made a difference to our stay, whether it was breakfast or dinner their happy efficiency was thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you.

We had an altogether too short stay in Belfast (we must return very soon), and decided to have dinner in this perfect restaurant in the hotel where we stayed. The new menu.had only just been introduced, and provided plenty of tempting new dishes. I highly recommend the swordfish curry which was fabulous. The setting was very pleasantly decorated and the seating comfortable and not too crowded. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big 'thank you' to Niamh for providing me with details about a very pleasant Irish blue cheese - which I'd never had before and further, non intrusive, customer care throughout our meal. The chef was clearly experienced in his or her field. Presentation was beautiful and the flavours were well balanced. I would say all in all excellent value for money.

I ate here twice whilst staying at the hotel and was really impressed. There was a 2 course menu which was excellent value and the apricot & almond tart was to die for! The service was fantastic, I was looked after by Holly who was really friendly and very efficient and made my evening a pleasure. Thank you!

Relaxed dinner in the Brasserie after drinks in the lively bar. Highlights were the summer salad with chorizo, chocolate torte and friendly service by Leah.

Easy to overlook as you rush off to other purveyors of fine food but this is a very good Brasserie. It is t to be honest very French in concept but the food is good and the staff -particularly Leah who works there are charming , friendly and very attentive. Well price good quality and good cooking.

My wife, my son and me, we have really appreciated the atmosphere of this restaurant.The very good meals served, associated with the excellent service of the whole team ( special mention to Leah ) are part of the deserted success.BRAVO !!

Spent the last 2 days here with the better have and have been treated to some of the most informative and assistive staff you could ask for. Putting us wide to the great food and nightlife spots to serving us superb food and drinks with a genuine sense of warmth and welcome. Special note to Niamh,Torna and Melinda in the restaurant who where outstanding. Thanks for a great time

Our son graduated at the start of July and we booked a table in Malmaison for lunch for a family party of nine. The experience was absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and treated royally throughout. Our son was even presented with a 'congratulations' cake platter to finish off his meal! The staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. And the food was amazing! Thanks to everyone for making the day special and memorable.

The hotel was very nice and in an excellent location. Nicely appointed rooms, but no AC. We visited during a heat wave and had to leave the windows open which allowed for a fair amount of traffic noise. With the windows closed, the noise was negligible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Walking distance to bars, shops and cafes. We rented a car. The car park is a block away for $10 Euros per day. Hint: pay ahead and get a ticket for easy in and out access. Only regret is I wished we stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Many thanks to Rachel & Leah for the wonderful service. Food was lovely( mussels & ribs) service was as we have come to expect! Very attentive staff and great wholesome food. Margarita was perfect too!! Will deffo be back, highly recommend.

Had afternoon tea with friends for a 40th birthday on Saturday. Food was beautiful and plentiful. Stephen the food and beverage manager could not have done enough for us! A credit to the place!

We were desperate for a meal at 9:30 and stumbled upon the last open place. Exceeded all our expectations, Leah made us feel so welcome even though we were the last table before she got to go home. Great food too!

Four of us visited Malmaison yesterday for Sunday lunch and what a fantastic experience it was! We were seated straightaway and looked after so well from start to finish by such a lovely team of efficient waiting staff. Drinks were promptly served and replenished throughout our entire meal. The food was excellent with a fabulous choice of starters from a self serve buffet , the only problem with this was leaving enough room for the tasty and plentiful main course. We chose the chicken and roast beef and both were a great choice, nicely presented with an abundance of potatoes and vegetables. Desserts were amazingly indulgent with the sticky toffee pudding stealing the show! The entire experience was such a pleasure from start to finish, traditional Sunday lunch done with effortless style and made all the more enjoyable for being managed by a most pleasant team of waiting staff, just sorry I didn’t get your names!! Will most definitely be paying a return visit.

Booked as a treat for my husband for father's day. Upon arrival first impressions were not good. Dust, grubby windows and woodwork were the first warning signs. Our room was no better, there was a horrible smell of body odour. We left the room straight away and asked for a refund, the room cost £245 per night, room only, which I would have had no problem paying if the standard had been in keeping with the cost. The receptionist was apologetic and refunded my money straight away.

Stephen the food and beverage manager at Malmaison is absolutely exceptional. He Is there to help you in anyway possible, not only in the restaurant, but in the hotel also. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the bar well stocked.

Hemos visitado la brasserie en el Malmaison con frecuencia a lo largo de los años, ya que vivimos cerca. Siempre hemos encontrado la comida de excelente calidad (especialmente la carne) y el menú cambia con frecuencia suficientemente para permitir asiduos bastante buena variedad. El menú de precio fijo es particularmente una buena relación calidad-precio, como es el brunch del domingo y almuerzo estilo buffet (entrantes incluyendo mariscos frescos), sopa, plato principal incluyendo asados por £19. 99 - la mejor calidad y precio en Belfast.

Después de elegir mi vestidos rojos mayoristas correctamente con mi madre y damas que queríamos celebrar así que me sugirió que la malmaison había estado allí varias veces y siempre tenía cosas buenas que decir. Añadiré esta no era el restaurante pero el bar a la derecha. Fuimos y nos dieron una mesa, espere unos minutos, un vistazo a lo que pides, y pensamos que podríamos ir con el clásico prosecco para hacer una tostada. Fui al bar a pedir una botella y me dijeron no había ninguno a la izquierda pero tenían rosado vino Prosecco. Así que pedí que me dijeron por el hombre del bar me lo trae. 15 minutos más tarde vi nuestra botella sentado en la parte superior del bar con algunas copas pero nadie estaba llevando a nosotros, un poco frustrado me levanté preguntó el barman si era para nosotros, confirmó que era el nuestro y le dije que sólo trae a la que él respondió que "sería fantástico". Apenas el servicio cualquiera esperaría del grupo Malmaison. Y por desgracia esto era sólo el comienzo. Para acortar la larga historia que esperamos por una hora de pollo y sándwiches de jamón sencillas que yo luego cancelada ya que estábamos acabados nuestras bebidas y necesitaba ir. Cuando me acerqué al mismo hombre del bar que él "Tenía a la cocina para ver si puedo cancelar los bocadillos "Esperando una hora para algunos sándwiches llanura era más que una broma. El lugar no estaba muy lleno, pero el personal que estaban en 3 todo parecía como que no quería estar allí, menos mal que no servicial o simpático y me quedé muy decepcionada, ya que habían ido para celebrar una parte tan importante de mi planificación de bodas. Normalmente he tenido sólo cosas buenas que decir de malmaison, pero esta experiencia no sólo poner mi pero todas mis damas. Productos de buena calidad cuando su disponible, pero el servicio necesita ser mejorado drásticamente.

Amor Malmaison Belfast. Almuerzo de Domingo es Increíble! Hay una interminable buffet mesa chefs" para empezar. . . La selección, que varía, es maravilloso! Tartas juegos, una selección de quesos, panes, quesos, salmón ahumado, tomate y mozzarella de búfala. . Etc., etc.. . Platos principales. siguiente vino. Maravillosa carne asada, zanahorias, col y Patacas Chirivías/patatas asadas con pudding yorkshire gigante! ! Realmente agradable. Buen vino de la casa también!

An interesting take on traditional afternoon tea. Probably the best afternoon tea we've had. We loved it and were attended to by Harry who was very attentive without being in the way! Would recommend to anyone.

Ambos nos hemos alojado aquí en Malmaison y cada noche hemos cenado en el restaurante brasserie como hicimos con cena incluida. Cada noche la comida como estado asombrosa de espárragos y jamón serrano, quesos de cabra horneado el pollo como entrantes, platos principales, pan frito Milanese trucha de mar y mi favorito lugar antiguo gloucester del vientre de cerdo delicioso, felicitaciones al chef. El servicio ha sido de primera categoría, como Amy y Kelsey tienen cuidado de nosotros para el pasado 3 noches, son atentos y bien informados sobre todos los platos y bebidas. Volveremos aquí la próxima vez que vengamos a Belfast como nos hemos sentido relajado y disfrutamos cada momento de Malmaison. Las mejores vacaciones de mi vida!

Great food and Craig. Stephen staff were highly attentive. Nice weekend presentation slices of cake and pressechio on tap for a reasonable price.

I had purchased a living Social Voucher for Sunday lunch here after reading all the great reviews on Tripavisor. On arrival we passed the Chef's table which had been advertised as having an endless array of horsdovers. Well we must have been the endless part as what was left was not great. Some salad, rice salad, coleslaw one small piece of Smoked Salmon - which I claimed and some breads and cheese.
