Food was very bland and took too long to come when food was finally served it was not warm , customer service was terrible as staff didn't know what was on menu , would not recommend this place to any one

The mains didn’t arrive until like 20 minutes after our sides. The food was cold and I found a bone in the chicken - the manager (I think) was attentive and offered a fresh meal so I can’t fault him at all

It seemed a struggle for them tonight. Food was ordered and then sat under the not so hot plate until if was cold. Then it was brought out. We sent it back and they reheated the chips. Hey ho lesson learnt don’t go to Nando’s on a Thursday at 9pm.

Fantastic food, great service. Brilliant moving us to a better table when large party was there. Will be back for sure!

Good franchise - open late (great for after movies) and the staff are polite and really helpful. Food is exactly what you'd expect!

I’ve never been the biggest fan of Nando’s but visit occasionally with friends if we need to go somewhere quick. I think it’s a bit over priced and over rated. The staff in this particular restaurant are nice and friendly and helpful. The halloumi is tasty and some of the chicken options are nice but I was disappointed with the grilled chicken burger. It was a bit tasteless and dry and the bap itself was rock hard.

Called here (Victoria Square, Belfast) to get a bite to eat before our cinema booking. A little mix up on the very cumbersome app left me without any food and in a hurry (we hadn’t been charged for it). An extremely nice guy listened, expedited a food order for me to go. It was brought out super quick and they took no payment as a way of thanking me for my patience. I thought this was an amazing gesture and as a result, we will defo be back. Thank you for showing, just about the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!

Ordered Chicken Burger with Regular Chips and Diet Coke. Chicken was tasteless and very tough, was overcooked; chips were fine but nothing to shout about. When we were asked by a member of staff if everything was ok, we gave her our honest opinion about the food, she said she would pass it on. My wife and I felt we wasted our time telling the member of staff as she showed no interest in what we were saying. Why do they bother even asking customers if everything is okay when they are not even interested in your reply. I visited Nando's with my daughter quite a few years ago and the food was absolutely fantastic on this occasion I was very disappointed, and I definitely will never go again.

Popped into Nando’s for a spot of lunch before we headed to the airport. 1st visit to this venue and was very impressed throughout. Food was excellent staff pleasant and polite. Special mention to Joe and Coco(hope that’s the right spelling) who made us feel very welcome. Hope to return soon

Ordering yourself through the app, which means a group of friends either has to order separately or pay with one card. Have to create an account and jump through the hoops to order. Why can’t waiting staff take an order? What is the point in ordering yourself and serving yourself? Why is the staff not coming to the table to take a n order like everywhere else? It would be so much easier and faster for the customer. Never again! At this point food doesn’t matter, the experience is just ao underwhelming and poor

I visited with my daughter and was extremely disappointed. Not the regular “Nando’s” experience. Restaurant was filthy and staff aloof and couldn’t care less. With Covid I’d expect more cleaning but to the contrary. Floors and windows disgusting. And cutlery filthy. And to top it off no spicy rice (server said due to brexit). Chicken burnt black

Waited 45 minutes for a table. Very cumbersome ordering system, had to scan a qr code, order online & pay by card - wanted to pay with cash but weren’t told that this wasn’t possible until after we had taken our seat after our 45 minute wait! Food was average. Very skimpy portions of fries. No rice available. 2 of us had the chicken pitta, very thin chicken breast which was lost in the bread. Very bad value for money!

I took the kids (ages 9 and 20) for a lunchtime treat. Well, this place gets the silver medal for cheap cuts of chicken and general stinginess. I ordered the sunset burger. It consisted of 1 (not 2 as it says on the menu) chicken thigh in a bap so small that it would leave a Belfast rat with a hungry belly. I thought someone had put one of those jelly sweetie burgers on my plate by mistake. I ate it in 3 bites. My son had butterfly chicken which he said was alright. My daughter had the kids chicken burger which arrived slathered in sweet chilli and mayo sauces, rendering the bread inedible. ( what kid eats that stuff?) The bread part was no big loss as there wasn't enough of it to choke a seagull, many of whom seem to have voided their bowels on the glass roof of the restaurant making for an interesting view. (seriously guys, Belfast has nearly as many window cleaners as taxi drivers, maybe give one of them a shout?) To add insult to, well, insult, you have to book your food through the website, and to do that you have to create an account. The waitress literally comes to your table with a menu, so wtf is that about? And you can only pay with Google pay, seems they don't take cash or card there. Good luck with getting a tip guys, if my cash isn't good enough to pay with I won't be soiling your pockets with it, especially with the surly 'take it or leave it' attitude of your staff. All in all, paid £33 for about a third the amount of food you'd get in KFC, and KFC's tastes better. Won't be back.

Was unsure if I would be able to eat here as I am gluten and dairy intolerant, but I need not have worried, they were amazing, the manager looked after me so well. They give you an iPad with the allergens listed for everything on the menu, which means you can choose without fear of being unwell. Once ordered the manager made sure it was all cooked correctly and brought it to me herself, such amazing service, can’t thank them enough, other eateries could learn a thing or two. Was great being able to eat out with family without the usual anxiety and no eye rolling from the serving staff which you get in some restaurants the moment you mention an allergy or intolerance.

Came for a meal with my sister and could not fault my visit, found the servers to be very attentive and our food was delicious and arrived very quickly, will definitely be visiting again. Well done to all the staff working during these hard times for hospitality.

Visited Nando’s, thought due to its busy nature it was good, unfortunately when me and my partner got there and ordered, took ages for our drinks to arrive (they came one at a time with the second coming a lot later than the first). The food came out and chicken was JUST about cooked, bits and pieces were pink with some parts looking unbelievably undercooked. Butterfly chicken wasn’t too bad but the chicken thighs were rank. My partners knife still had left over food from previous use and hardened residue on his plate. Staff walked clean past us any time we tried to ask them for a refill and ended up getting our first refill after we had finished eating, despite finishing our drinks just as we started to eat. Was eating my food ( which was cooked great) when heard a young girl telling a colleague that she had such bad back pain she threw up on her break when she told the guy manger on shift he told her to wise up and get started on her close!! It wasn't that busy don't understand why he couldn't of sent the young girl home! Terrible managed restaurant won't be back after seeing how he then lost on social media about the staff swearing! Maybe if you treated the staff better they would have helped out and did the extra thing at the end of the night?? Very unprofessional.

El personal fue muy servicial, aunque con las nuevas reglas en juego fue difícil conseguir la atención de un miembro del personal para tomar una bebida, pero además de eso, ¡no tengo quejas! La comida era deliciosa y caliente, pero fue decepcionante que no hagan el chapuzón de pimiento rojo ahora.

No se permite recargar nuestras propias bebidas a pesar de que compramos bebidas sin fondo, pero no hay miembros del personal que vengan a ayudarnos a recargar bebidas. Cheeky Nando's lunch on a Saturday, had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a table. Once seated and ordered the food arrived pretty quickly and was of a good quality. No issues with any staff.

Visitamos para almorzar un día durante la semana mientras estábamos en Belfast con los dos niños a mitad de período.Tuvimos que hacer cola para entrar, ya que no nos habíamos dado cuenta de que no estaba abierto hasta las 12. Estaba bastante ocupado y la cola era bastante larga, pero nos sentamos muy rápido una vez que abrieron las puertas.El personal era amable, el servicio fue muy rápido, pero tengo que decir que la calidad de la comida no estaba a la altura.Realmente era un típico de Nando, pero las envolturas que obtuvimos estaban empapadas y tenían demasiado chile - mermelada. Nos los comimos, no hay quejas, pero no era nada de lo que hablar.Sin embargo, los niños disfrutaron de sus comidas, así que supongo que eso es lo principal para nosotros, pero no volvería a toda prisa.

Awful meal yesterday Sat 12/10. Fine pitta had 2 small pieces of greasy grisly chicken, which were inedible. Very disappointed.

The food was very good. The chicken was cooked very well and not overcooked or dry. I had the butterfly chicken breast with creamy mash and coleslaw. I enjoyed the unique taste of the coleslaw.

Like every other Nando’s I’ve been to your guaranteed the same quality food. This Nando’s is in a great location Victoria shopping centre rivals the best. The service was warm and friendly and the food came out quickly

Llegamos (no reservamos) y me dijeron que había una espera de 20 minutos para una mesa. No nos importó que nos sentáramos y esperamos. Solo tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos al final por una mesa. El personal era lo suficientemente amable y la comida era como pedimos, caliente y sabroso. Yo recomendaría mucho este lugar. El restaurante parece más grande de lo que es desde fuera, pero aún así es agradable y estaba lo suficientemente limpio. Yo recomendaría mucho este lugar.

Arrived here with family and didn't need to wait for a table. staff are amazing with their menu knowledge. Having never been before the youngsters of my family assured me it was nice. It didn't disappoint. butterfly chicken are tasty and the mash was phenomenal. I am concerted and will return again with my loyalty card.

Nandos has always been one of my favourite places to eat, if you like chicken you can’t go wrong. It’s tasty, cheap & the staff are always welcoming!

First time to visit. We are Portugal addicts and tried to get the atmosphere but it didn't quite happen but we enjoyed the food and staff were all very nice and helpful. Fine for a quick tasty meal and gorgeous soft chicken. Only complaint was the place was cold for a winter evening and needed some warmth!

Enjoyed our working lunch. Please wasn’t very tidy but we had good time. Peri peri chicken is the best.

We went to this restaurant in Belfast for brunch, friendly staff, we got a table very quickly, the restaurant was busy but the service was very good, I went for the butterfly burger and the quality was excellent, we all really enjoyed our food, I will definitely go back soon

Nandos is famous for its great quality chicken and its own unique blends of spices and sauces that make the food taste great and that definitely continues here. Service was quick and value is slightly high compared to other places you can go to for lunch but I guess part of it is paying for the Nandos experience if you know what I mean. It simply comes down to one thing for me, if you like chicken or spices then Nandos is perfect for you.

Visited Nando’s at Victoria Square today as a family, including with 10 year old with nut allergy. The customer service and care given by Nando’s regarding nut allergies is excellent.

Another amazing restaurant from the chain brand. It was really nicely decorated, can be a very busy spot so prepare to wait awhile.

Butterfly Chicken, extra hot sauce with spicy rice and some veg. Excellent option if you want something quick and nice to eat in the city centre. The cost for three of us was less than thirty five pounds which wasn't bad. Staff were nice and friendly. You get what you expect when you go to a Nando's and this one is definitely worth a visit.

You can’t go wrong with a Nando’s! Amazing for all yous chicken lovers out there, I visit Nando’s atleast once or twice a month and I have never had a problem with it. Great for a quick lunch or dinner, fast and good service.

Even for a fast food » it’s not good quality, i only had salad and chicken in my pita (lacking many vegetables and sauce??) and it looked industrial, random

Myself and 2 other colleagues went to Nandos today to collect our order but had seen had a small number of empty tables and asked if we could eat in instead. The manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate this. She made sure we had plates and cutlery and the food was ready in an instant. Can't commend this manager enough and hope the comments can be passed onto her.

The restaurant is always buzzing and usually the can accomodate without a really long wait. The staff are keen and helpful. Food is served quickly and you get what you order, tasty chicken with no fuss

Fui a nandos alrededor de las 3 pm, la cola era mental pero decidí esperar mientras amo a nandos. Después de que hicimos cola durante media hora, obtuvimos una mesa, aunque eran como 10 mesas gratuitas que pudimos ver. Se puso en orden y fue ignorado por el personal ya que todos estaban conversando. Normalmente, es agradable ser reconocido después de hacer cola durante tanto tiempo o decir que estaré con usted en un minuto, (si el personal está ocupado, lo cual no estaban) al momento de pedir comida. Tampoco había limpio cuterly. La comida estaba bien, pero el servicio era terrible.

It is sad that my town doesn’t have a Nando’s but that makes it all the more special when I come to Belfast on shopping trips as I get to eat here. The chicken here is to die for with all the spices they put in it. Staff are very efficient here with the greatest helpfulness towards them this is a must visit in Victoria square

love it- i cannot have gluten in my food and they went out of there way and everything was gluten free cooked fresh on clean surfaces couldn’t have been any better.

Called in for eats with a friend. When we entered the building we were immediately greeted, shown to a table and given a menu. We then went up to the counter to place our order which was delivered to our table. The choice is good with a wide variety of flavourings/spices to suit all diners.

The ultimate WYSIWYG restaurant. Fun, tasty, cheerful, quick and relaxed. I was with 10 and we got our food within a couple of minutes of each other.

Visited Nando’s on Friday evening it was just before 9 o’clock and they stopped serving at 10. There was about 10 customers and 5 in our party, firstly they wouldn’t take our order at the table you had to go up and order which is strange because there was more staff than customers when we got our starters they started clearing tables and stacking chairs they made everyone very uncomfortable, when our mains came they didn’t even bother to clear the starter plates. The food itself was just poor fast food but not fast food prices, we left without desert before we were ushered out the door will not be back

Good food and really tasty Clean Day to day lunch kind of experience . Loved their mashed potatoes ;) The price is decent however could have been cheaper a bit for what you get.

Estuve con un grupo de 5. Interesante que son traídos a la mesa, pero los menús que ir al bar de ti para pedir la comida. La comida era muy buena. El servicio era bueno aunque estaban muy ocupados. Volvería a comer allí de nuevo. Precio razonable para lo que te dan. Teníamos una reserva y nos dieron una cabina que era realmente agradable ya que éramos un grupo y era bastante ruidoso.

We had already been put off by the snotty attitude on Cosmo's reception opposite, so we gave Nandos a try late one Sunday. The staff here were much better, although they were clearly in "getting away mode". One lad was busy cleaning the sauce bottles - I had no idea anyone did this, but reassuring to witness - he offered to bring my choice of sauce over. He brought me a dish of (way too much) hot sauce, but very good of him. Food good, service excellent.

La comida era buena, rápida y relativamente caro. £32 libras para un entrante, 2 platos principales con 2 lados y 2 bebidas. Las salsas son gratis. Recomiendo el queso en bastones y halluomi pita de pollo fino. A nuestra llegada nos estaban esperando en la puerta esperando a ser sentado con otros tres grupos de personas. Había claramente varias mesas vacías y limpias. Nos tomó cerca de 5 minutos para un miembro del personal a todos del asiento. Un par de minutos una cola iba bien salir por la puerta. El lugar era tranquilo ruidoso y todo el mundo estaba sentado muy cerca uno del otro. Cuando voy a la orden a la niña hasta que nos servía era extremadamente grosero, brusco y maleducado. La estación con la cubertería era tranquila bajo y sucio con piezas de comida. Las botellas de ketchup eran prácticamente vacío (que reponían finalmente). Las botellas de salsa fueron extremadamente pegajoso y sucio. En general, la comida era buena, todo lo demás fue un poco decepcionante. Yo no lo recomendaría.

Went here for the first time for a birthday lunch with my friend. Food was delicious and i would highly recommend this place. Staff were friendly and welcoming and couldnt do enough for us!!

We visited this restaurant on a family shopping trip to Belfast and asked the staff member if we could have a booth rather than a table and it was no problem, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the service was quick and the food was lovely, my husband and I went for a sharing platter which was excellent value for money and our son had a burger meal which he enjoyed. By the time we had nearly finished the queue was out the door yet the staff did not try to rush us to get the table cleared, overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice lunch.

Had peri peri chicken everybody raves about didn't think much of it and far less of the sauces particularly the bottled chili sauces which were sharp and flavourless compared to even franks hot sauce or tabasco habenero's from leading brands. Ah well

Good food as always but just terrible service. I know Nando's is not somewhere you expect table service but I sat with an empty plate in front of me for 45 minutes despite having ordered a desert at the same time as my meal. Restaurant was very very quiet and staff more concerned with wiping empty tables. Tables next to me also left with empty plates for similar amounts of time.

This is a chain restaurant that caters to families and young adults. The chicken is spicy and has great flavor. They are consistent so you can count on getting the same thing every time. Service is better than you would expect from a chain restaurant. For an inexpensive without the frills, this is a great place.

I went into Nando's for the first time today and ordered the gelato as I wanted to try it. Not only was the place clean and tidy but the atmosphere was lively, the waiter was extremely nice and helpful but also it only took them a minute to get it for me. All in all I had a really nice time

We like eating at nandos and usually have our favourite chicken pitta with 2 sides. Extremely quick and friendly service. Situated within the shopping centre on first floor. Very handy to be near the entrance. I was entitled to my NHS discount even though I hadn't got my actual ID but had proof on my phone. Would definitely visit again in the area.

I have never had a good experience in this particular Nando's, the food is always luke warm and the mash always has hard bits in it. But today the service was very weird and awkward. Barely got any eye contact from any member of staff, more interested in playing bingo behind the tills than serving, and when I got my food brought to my table the server lifted my cutlery and took it away with them?? Need to remind myself to stick to Dublin Road location.

Had the whole chicken platter, with rice, peas, garlic bread, and piri piri fries. Have to say I couldn't fault our meal at all. Chicken was gorgeous, we had medium. Icing on the cake was the caramel cheesecake! Looking forward to going back

Quick services as expected. I tried the new sunset burger... was gorgeous although a bit messy. An all round tasty and good value meal

Mijn vriend vind Nando's helemaal geweldig en als hij er eentje ziet wil hij er ook gaan eten. Zelf ben ik vegetarisch en dan kan je ook goed bij Nando's terecht. Nu gekozen voor de wrap met haloumi kaas en portobello. Wat mij opvalt is dat de bijgerechten groter zijn dan de wrap zelf. Deze vond ik eigenlijk maar erg klein en mag zeker wel groter.

No different from my local Nandos in England. I love the food, service, price and the peas. The chilli gives it just a little, but necessary, kick. Waiting time was about 15 minutes but worth it.

I order medium peri butterfly chicken,with mash and rice I can make better myself it was tasteless chicken was bland nothing spicy about the rice all. My son is very picky eater he loves it so I will probably take him back but I will avoid eating

I have been to a few Nando's, this was no different, only they made a mess up of our drinks! We did not get them, had to chase them up.

My wife wanted to get a Caesar Salad but was reluctant to go to Nando's as she thought it would not be my cup of tea. Certainly the menu did not cater to my tastes but that doesn't matter as I still to go with my wife. The issue was the meal. I ordered the chicken with chips and mushroom. The chicken was obviously cooked earlier and came to me dry and lukewarm, I got one large mushroom which was wet and cold. Sorry Nando's but I will never be back and will never recommend you to anyone.

Ate here maybe 2 or 3 times way back in 2010. Liked the idea of your meal being prepared to your liking of spice. However I did feel on one occasion my chicken was a bit dry. I was disappointed at the portion sizes of the sides though - though they were delicious, they were miniscule! I did appreaciate the free refills! Not a lot of restaurants in Ireland do this!I thought the meals were somewhat overpriced for the quality!Don't think I will really come back here to this restaurant in Belfast though... unless I'm really hungry and options are limited!
