Best pizzza’s I ever had great service

We order food for delivery for dinner. The only delivery partner they have is "Uber eats . I waited more than an hour. Then, I tried to find out what's going on with my order. After finding out that the Uber driver left my food in some unknown place, which I don't recognise. Contacted the Uber eats, and they said they won't refund my money because the driver followed their protocol. a refund is not an issue. It was actually my dinner. The driver didn't even bother to call me or buzzer my intercome. The driver left the food somewhere in the street, which I couldn't find it. It's ruined my dinner. I would like to recommend M.A.K Halal to use any other delivery partner or use their own driver. I really love their food but for their delivery issue I won't order again for delivery.

Went there the other day , ordered a pizza and I saw the main guy possibly HAMZA ? He put his hand in his trousers and scratched his bottom and then sniffed it which was very weird. And without washing his hands he touched my food , I had to have a refund and walk away , as I don’t want bottom touched hands to touch my food .WONT go there again ( quick advice to HAMZA stop touching your bottom in front of customers ) very unprofessional. SHAME they lost a good customer.

One of the best halal burger spots in Cardiff. Ambience is top notch and staff is very polite and friendly especially the owner Ahsan. We tried their Picante burger, chicken flamak, Mega mix, Classic chicken sandwich, donner box, Fries Con pollo, Double MAK and in pizza chicken sizzler. Loved each of the above especially the chicken sizzler pizza , Double MAK, Mega Mix and picante . Will definitely recommend this burger spot especially due to the fact they are completely halal and have wonderful menu

First time at Mak Halal for a quick bite with my daughter. So many great options to choose from but went with the Picante burger recommended by a member of staff. The burger was juicy and flavourful! He even added jalepenos to add a level of heat to satisfy my taste buds. The service was quick and smooth. My daughter enjoyed her kids meal and loved the cheeseburger. She was happy to receive a lollipop with her meal,very cute! Thank you for a great experience and we look forward to coming back!

Saw this way new then I gave it a go the chips was fine the cheese Berger was bland no flavour in it and for sauce they do it in very tiny pots, ordered a Large pizza and it was not large the pizza was ok not worth it for the price.

I recently visited MAK Chicken , and I have to say, the experience was beyond disappointing. The staff at the front was completely unprofessional and seemed utterly untrained in basic customer service. They were rude, unhelpful, and shockingly loud. At times, it felt like they were more interested in screaming at each other than in serving the customers. The lack of courtesy was appalling; they didn't seem to know how to behave around customers at all. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and frankly, I couldn't wait to leave. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy a meal in peace, with staff who actually care about your experience, this is definitely NOT the place to go. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment until they seriously overhaul their team and approach to customer service.

I ordered from Uber eats took too long to deliver my food three drivers cancelled my order coz food wasn't ready the guy I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional and rude blaming drivers for food been delayed once food arrived rock hard pizza and the burgers were smelling like a rotten oil horrible place to eat will never ever order from here

There is a girl in front that girl works very slowly, And they press the delivery ready button before the delivery is ready in online. Delivery driver wait for a long time in the shop. The delivery driver told me this because my food was late in arriving.

The chicken was very oily and it was very upsetting becausee I saw alot of oil in the chicken and I drove 3 hours here at Cardiff to try this low quality food. I was hungry all day I do NOT recommend this at all.

The staff were really friendly and engaging and the food was made almost immediately but still tasted amazing. There was just an overall friendly environment inside that made you feel welcomed as soon as you walked in.

I came in on Friday just after 4pm, and ordered a classic burger meal and a chicken flamak burger. After a few minutes the food was ready and everything was smashin'. The fries were hot and crispy, the smash burger tasted amazing especially with the sauce it comes with. The chicken flamak burger was absolutely stacked, yet all the flavours could be tasted and all the ingredients looked and tasted fresh.

Great service by Monna who advised me on what to order. She was kind and patient and had great knowledge of the menu.
