Majestic Chinese Takeaway in Great Yarmouth

We all enjoyed the food duck pancakes/ Szechuan crispy beef etc ~ the delivery arrived at the promised time ~ just a little bit pricey

There is an amazing choice of foods at this takeaway, far greater than expected. The portion sizes were enormous, providing great value for money without sacrificing quality. All of the food was piping hot and you could tell by the taste it was freshly cooked. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone and will use it again when we visit GT Yarmouth!

Staying nearby and looked this takeaway up. In a row of local shops. Nice location. Rather than phone our order in we went and ordered. Really nice food. Meals for four of us for about £40. Free prawn crackers as well. Very nice. Highly recommended.

Best Chinese takeaway in the area, the food is freshly cooked and contains lots of meat and veg, the containers being full to the brim! Service is excellent with a quick turn around! Parking available outside. Seating area inside where you can watch TV whilst you wait for your takeaway!

Fancied a delivered family meal and just eat offered very little with a decent review so resorted to tripadvisor.Online menu isn't the best to view but selection is vast and impressive.Easy phone ordering, agreed delivery time and confirmed price.Arrived early and piping hot.Quality exceeded expectations so will use again and try further dishes.

Had a chinese delivered from here. Met the delivery driver at the gate as we're staying on Wild Duck. Driver very friendly. Food absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

Called in on the off chance not disappointed lovely food well served not too long to wait. I ordered food that was not on the menu they duly supplied it. It was that good we called in the next night as well. Highly recommended.

Rang takeaway with order only to be told the price was £76 instead of £51 which I had worked out from the online menu. When I queried it he said that the takeaway had nothing to do with the website, but he knew when I quoted the item no. what I was ordering. He then said it was nothing to do with him! Very poor customer service

We've recently moved to the area and were trying out local chinese restaurants. I'm sure it's not the best in the area but if you fancy a chinese, this one is certainly better than others we've tried so far.

Thanks to TripAdvisor reviews we ordered a takeaway from majestic it was very good the best Chinese food we have had for a long time delivered to our caravan at cherry Tree on time and everything was hot and tasty great next time at cherry Tree we will definitely order again

We ordered from here and within 5 minutes our food was served piping hot. By the time we were home it was just right for eating. The service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend and would quite happily go there again!

Fast friendly service, food really tasty. Best Chinese we've tasted for a long time. Not easy to park. They do a local delivery service. Can pay by card or cash.

I’m on a family break so decided to get a local takeaway Chinese. Absolutely fantastic meal. So much food. Portion sizes were immense and full over flavour.. plenty of sauce / meat / veg. Chicken satay was the best I’ve had in many years. If we’re come back again we will most certainly be back.

Worst manager /owner ever.Rude unhelpful and food mediocre and bland and not good value.Would never order from there again and also given the wrong food and had to prompt for an apology as I was upset that as a vegetarian I was given meat.

Pedimos desde aquí durante nuestra estancia de 4 días en el Haven hopton. Nunca utilizado antes, pero tenía algunas buenas críticas.

Had a takeaway from here, really tasteless and swimming in sauce with little meat for a special chow mein. Rice was undercooked and still a little hard in places and the prawn crackers were a bit soggy with fat. Sorry but not for us

The best Chinese in the whole borough, saucy, spicy dishes, crunchy veg, extra fresh chilli added if you ask. Always consistent quality food, lovely fresh ingredients, fantastic value for money. Used this place for years and years, no other comes close.

After having a few bad experiences at our normal Chinese we throught we would try majestic and we are glad we did. Very friendly and accommodating to our requirements, food arrived hot and within the given time and the flavours were amazing. No food was greasy, No under or over cooked food either will be ordering again very soon and recommending to friends and family.

This is reknowned as being one of the best chinese takeaways in Gorleston and it certainly lives up to its name however go for one of their specialities as their other dishes can be bland.

On our own on a Saturday fancied a Chinese but my daughter is fussy. We saw a kids meal choice which we both got. We both agree how amazing the food was and service we received was brilliant 100%

I have tried several Chinese takeaways in the area and there is only one for me. The Majestic and its staff are first class. Wide choice of menu, great staff, hot food delivered to your door or ready for pick up. Always a warm welcome from staff and a chat. Have been going here for a long while now and would not change. Kung Hei Fat cHOY.

Excellent food and portions, we drive over from Great Yarmouth as they stopped delivering over here and I wouldn't buy elsewhere. In my opinion best Chinese in Gorleston/Great Yarmouth.

This is the only Chinese I'll order from now. Always delicious and hot. Always arrives before the delivery time given. Good customer service regardless of telephone order or ordering at counter inside.

Good value takeaway. The food was hot and delicious when received. It would be better if payment by debit card was available.
