I’m something of a pizza fan. I’ve eaten them all over the world, including across Italy and Magic Mountain is up there with the best. Lovely light, but crisp dough. Fantastic sauce. Using local Cumberland sausage. Brilliant. If you’re in the area then it’s worth tracking these guys down.

Second time we’ve eaten these AMAZING pizzas at Burns Farm. Ordered via Facebook, when collected we were told there was a hole in one of the bases so a free dip was given. When we opened the box, the hole was tiny and really wouldn’t have bothered us, so thank you SO much. Excellent, excellent service!! I wish we lived closer, to enjoy these more often.

Fantastic pizzas. Ordered via text, received a reply quickly giving all necessary details. Lay-by just outside gates of castlerigg meant it was easy enough to park & collect. Cumberland sausage & honey on a pizza was an amazing combination. Will definitely be back.

In reflection upon my short time on this earth, my mother often taught valuable lessons. I have now come to the realisation she knew less than a goldfish with a brain injury and in fact, I should have been taking delicious treats off of men in vans a long time ago. This is proper pizza, traditional, generously topped with great simple ingredients. Reasonably priced for the quality and great overall service. Extra specials and dips (unfortunately didn’t have my favourite, which is gravy) are a great addition to the menu. We had the GOAT and ultimate garlic bread and will be returning on our next trip to the lakes. Make sure to prebook as they do sell out quickly!!!!

I can't ✋🏻 I don't even know where to begin 😅 We had the garlic bread and then local legend and we honestly couldn't have made better choices. They were both to die for! We went on our honeymoon 6 months ago to Rome and thought we had the best pizzas ever.... we were mistaken 😅🙈 Just everything about Magic Mountain is insane.. fresh, beautiful dough, not stingy with the toppings, not burnt, bang on time, cute van and very pleasant guys. Hands down would go back to the campsite again for pizza alone 😅 Thank you!

Thanks to tripadvisor I found this little hidden gem of a pizza truck. The location changes each day & they recommend to pre order your pizza with them over the phone or there social media & that’s what we did. The gentleman gave us a time slot to pick up around the time we requested & once we got there they were ready & waiting for us. The pizzas themselves have to be some of the best pizzas we have had outside of London & I 100% recommend this place if you are around

Beautiful pizzas served from a cute van in a stunning setting. A romantic idea 🥰 A little pricey, more like restaurant prices but because it’s unique, needed if you’re stuck in a remote area 🤷🏻‍♀️ & above all beautiful food, it just works… Great communication too & easy to order. Timings perfect.

On the burns farm camp site. Gave us fair warning we were waiting for their "in case we mess up an order" pizza bases, so might get nothing. In the end two wood fired pies.. A Fiery Pig and standard Margherita.... Both delicious, fresh and hot. Plus meant we had to walk 100m for dinner. Great food, good business. Would use again next time on this camp site.
