Best Lamb pie I ever had! Like a Sunday roast with mint sauce and spuds in a pie. Magnificent. And the staff were lovely too!

Only place in Keswick that offers gluten free and caters for coeliac's, the owners could not be more helpful. Everything is freshly made and they made to order a Gluten free sandwich, taking care to wash their hands, utensil and ensure no cross contaminate, we were very impressed. We did also buy sausage rolls and cakes which were equally as good! Well done and thank you to the owners :-)

great find in Keswick. I had the Heidi pie (fresh out of the oven and delicious!) and my boyfriend had a panini. Everything homemade and fresh. Sausage rolls in particular looked great, plenty of veggie options too. Owner was welcoming and chatty - told us he had just taken over and we hope he has every success! reasonable prices too. Worth a visit.

Me and my husband had two delicious paninis after a long hike- a Mediterranean chicken and a pulled pork and mozzarella. Both gorgeous, packed full of fillings, lots of flavour and fresh salad! Just what we needed after a big hike and very reasonable too!

What can I say sausage roll was amazing and the staff was great manger give me buy one get one free as at the end of the day on Friday and thank u so much they was beautiful like the lady that serve me and the rest of the ladies was lovely xx

As an American tourist, it can be hard to not label every single place I eat at as “the best”, but it highly deserved for this place. I came last September with a tour group, and on a free day used my money to get an AWESOME sandwich and drink for only £5, walked to the lake, stuffed it in my face then walked nearly a mile back to get another! Besides the food being to die for, the girls working the shop that day were incredibly sweet! Id 100% make the 5,000mile trip back across the Atlantic for the sole purpose of having another sandwich from here :)

One of the nicer coffees we have enjoyed in England. The staff Laura and Joanna were friendly and pleasant to interact with.

I was served by a very polite lady, who went through what there was on display, I opted for a steak and Stilton pie made in the company's own facility. It was superb, full of meat and a beautiful Stilton and gravy sauce. 10 out of 10

Dropped in here after a morning walking having seen the reviews, but left feeling a bit disappointed. The chicken in one panini was tough and although nothing was wrong with the vegetable panini, it certainly wasn't something wow. It's possible they both would have been nicer if fully heated up so the cheese in them melted, rather than just the outside of the bread being luke warm and the filling still being cold.

Best chilli jacket potato I've ever had!! The girls were so friendly who were serving and the jp was packed the chilli was definitely homemade you could tell! The potato was perfectly cooked and fluffy! Kept me full all day! The sandwiches and salad options look so good too and super fresh! The sausage rolls, pies and cakes all looked gorgeous too.

Just a quick visit as a stop gap, a coffee and sausage roll was just what I needed several different flavours to choose from delicious and full of meat. Cakes and traybakes looked good too also friendly staff. Will be back!

I always get my morning oat vanilla latte from here :). They do the best vegan sandwiches, my boyfriend loves the variety of sausage rolls and a number 9 sandwich. They are also very reasonable for the portion size & the ladies who work here are always so friendly. Highly recommended!! 😊

Amazing little find! Tucked away just before getting into town we found this small Italian takeaway. We were greeted by two lady’s who were very welcoming and helped me through the menu as my partner is gluten free. I got an amazing homemade steak pie filled to the brim with steak and gravy. My partner had a delicious salad with creamy potato’s and a gluten free cake which was unbelievable. Do not miss this place. We will be back!

Amazing food! Had a steak pie and it was the best I had in a long time. (If not one of the best I’ve tried) always pop in every time we go keswick and it’s one of the best places to eat! Fantastic service from the lady behind the counter.

We came here a couple of years ago and loved it. Ever since we have been talking about coming back. Went in today and grabbed panini for five of us. All were amazing and freshly made. Great ingredients and just great quality. Also picked up a sausage roll which is like nothing else you have tasted. So good. Plus the service is great. These guys are amazing. Don’t miss out and get your lunch from here anytime you’re in Keswick!

Came here for dinner today after getting to bus up from windermere got a steak pie, the girl behind the counter said do you want it warmed? Yes please I replied when she said warmed I didn't think she meant microwaved. As I eagerly waited for it to cool down I soon realised it had the consistency of leather and rubber combined, don't get me wrong it had plenty of steak, but the steak smelt of dog food looked like dog food, and tasted like dog food and to top it off this pie cost £5 and to top it off I realised there was a Greggs up the road had I of known I'd of gone there at least it would of tasted slightly better and half the price!

Google hours say open till 3pm on Saturday, arrived at 1pm, closed 👍 spanner in the plans for a hike.

Top notch sandwiches at reasonable prices.

Good choice of "Home" made pies which are excellent and good value. The pasta dishes hot and cold are a go for if the weather is bad.

Wish I had taken a photo of the baguette I've just demolished !! White baguette toasted with brie , sundried tomatoes , red onion , ham and peas shoots . Absolutely one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time 😋 .

After looking through the window and seeing how delicious the sausage rolls looked,I had to taste one even though I’d just eaten brunch elsewhere. Waited just a couple of minutes to be served I asked for a sausage roll. I was then asked what flavour. Not having noticed flavours I asked what flavours they have. In what I can only describe as a little bit of a passive aggressive reply I was pointed out the not very clear flavours written on glass counter. Not having glasses on and struggling to read the different flavours, I managed eventually. Not sure why the staff couldn’t have just announced the flavours, not a hard task , two staff, just staring blankly. Sausage roll was delicious, staff bit uncomfortable.

Popped in on 2 occasions and not disappointed. Cakes very nice moist sponge and plenty of icing. Sandwiches very tasty too and good value. Service was excellent and very friendly.

Seen the queue outside so knew it must've been good, didn't have to wait long and got a feast for me,my wife and 2 small children! Great staff fantastic little shop. Highly recommend the grilled sandwiches and sausage rolls! The kids loved the Easter egg tiffin ! Will definitely be back!

Stumbled across this lovley little Italian sandwich bar, and very glad I did. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the two ladies, who served me a Cumberland ale sausage roll and a lovley filling panini with pesto, buffalo mozzarella, salami and sundried tomatoes. I was happy with the choice of not only sandwiches and sausages rolls but also the delicious looking cakes in the window which I shall try on my next visit. Highly recommended before a long walk up the fells.

I frequently call in to panino Italiano for my lunch and/or coffee, both the staff in there are absolutely amazing, both very helpful, always giving the best advice and suggestions, coffee making skills are great too, always nice to call in and say hello, prices are very reasonable and the quality is great, they always manage to cater for my dietary requirements. Highly recommend!!

We were recommended this place by some family members, as we are vegetarian and were told they have some great choices! All i can say is that we were only in Keswick for three days but after trying them on the first day we returned here for both remaining days of our holiday!! Really good choices, especially for veggies and vegans, we tried a few different grilled sandwiches and were well impressed with all!! Would highly recommend!!

I had the great fortune to stumble across this private establishment today. They two ladies who greeted me could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Needless to say, the coffee was excellent and our toasted paninis and handmade sausage rolls were both tasteful and good value. I would highly recommend a visit here. Many thanks for making me very happy today.

Got two grilled sandwiches with ham, mozzarella and pesto and was disappointed that the bread was still kinda soggy after grilling and that mozzarella was the British sliced version rather than the fresh one: that'd never happen back home...

Sorry not to be dramatic but this was the nicest sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Got the 6 (salami) and 10 (meatball) and both were insane. Good value for money and bread roll was so soft and to die for!

Popped in today and had a lovely salad for £5.50. It was so tasty with things like minted pomegranate and orange salad and a lovely mango red pepper and corriander salad it's definitely worth visiting whilst in Keswick. I'll be back for more yummy salads

This is a fabulous little place! So pleased I found it as my panini was lovely and the menu left my mouth watering! I feel it should be advertised as a deli rather than an Italian place but it was well worth the visit and I’d recommend to anyone visit Keswick

Just what we needed for the mountain! Close to the bus station too! Lovely tasty sandwich rolls made on the spot with a smile! We returned daily during our stay. The cakes were delicious too, and the friendly helpful service made each visit a pleasure.

Staff are very friendly. Great to see that have alternatives to cows milk which is great. Fresh pasta and sandwiches available. I have a pesto ham sandwich. It was very nice and tasty on a baguette. I also got a expresso which was made in a proper coffee machine and was really good quality coffee. Coffee and sandwich for about £5 in a busy centre on a bank holiday weekend isn’t bad at all. Would go back again.

We’ve tried Brie sandwich with chutney, it was really tasty - all ingredients were full of flavours and really fresh. It was delicious sandwich, which we both shared. We might need to go back tomorrow, but this time we won’t be sharing as it’s too nice to share. Ladies at the shop were also lovely, we felt very welcome and it was nice to have little chat with them both - well done Ladies!

Spotted this wee gem while walking in Keswick. Popped in for a bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised how much fresh food there was. Decided on a couple of baguettes that were fantastic! Great food and excellent staff will deffo be back.

Lovely clean cafe, great selection of Italian style sandwiches and pastries. Well worth a visit if you’re nearby in the Lake District!

I visited here just after the first May Bank Holiday. I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner even though they were very busy the staff still had time to be pleasant and courteous. The COVID regulations were strictly adherd to ( only 1 family at a time) and had the use of hand sanitizer - the staff had masks on and I felt very safe here. The cafe was spotless, with lots of choices - even for Vegans.I decided on a local ham and cheese baguette with some healthy green leaves and I know this sounds like a basic filling but it was totes delish and very reasonable - under £3.00 ( which for Keswick is a steal).Sally and Grace were cheerful and are a credit to the business. Will definitely return.

Visited every day of our 5 day stay ( finally getting a break away from home ). We got great coffee every morning post-run and tried lunchtime salad boxes and sandwiches to have half way up high spy and after a walk round Buttermere lake. Absolutely delicious food and really friendly service. Looking forward to returning on our next trip.

I love their freshly prepared sandwiches and Sausage rolls. I love to pick them up on way to work. they have so many to choose from and are always happy for me to choose my own fillings if I want something different. They service is always lovely and so fast. They also have some of the nicest coffee and cake I have ever had. Perfect for a lunch o the go or to take home and enjoy.

We stopped here for a bite to eat whilst passing through Keswick. The amazing sandwich menu caught our eye mainly Italian based but also some English options too the variety was amazing. I decided to have the #1 sandwich which was pesto, sun blush tomato’s , prosciutto ham , mozzarella and pea shoots topped with truffle oil and my friend had a meatball sandwich they were both Devine and a perfect taste of Italy . The staff sally and grace were also very helpful and chatty we will deffinetly be back next time we come to Keswick .

Stopped by Panino today for a sandwich and also sampled the Tropical Punch smoothie which was amazing! The staff were lovely and the young girl (i think her name was Grace) couldn’t do enough to help me. I’ll be back on my lunch break more often!

Just popped in after realising they’d reopened , and wow ! What an amazing selection of home baked products bought a coconut and white chocolate tart for later ( delicious) and tried one of their tropical fruit smoothies , how refreshing after my walk , will definitely be back !

El pan era increíble y los sándwiches muy bien envueltos con una servilleta de papel y una práctica bolsa de papel.Nos íbamos al día siguiente, así que compramos un par de los clásicos rollos de salchicha que eran una comida en sí mismos.La tienda tiene una excelente selección de sándwiches y ensaladas y una tentadora variedad de pasteles y bandejas para hornear. No pases de largo.

Llamamos ayer en un viaje de un día a Keswick, la tienda en sí es encantadora con todos los ingredientes frescos en exhibición. . . los niños probaron los rollos de salchicha estándar mientras nosotros probamos un rollo de salchicha de cerdo y chile, un sándwich de queso crema de salmón ahumado y rúcula en el pan más suave y agradable con excelentes adiciones como el crack de pimienta negra y limón fresco, y finalmente una rebanada de la casa hizo pizza, comida absolutamente increíble, ¡incluso el perro disfrutó un poco de rollo de salchicha! ¿Definitivamente volvería?

Regularly have coffee from here as it is always very good, on this visit I had a doughnut covered in warm milk chocolate it was delicious fantastic little shop highly recommend it x

Ofrecen una amplia selección de bocadillos, no solo su habitual jamón y queso, sino también deliciosos platos de pasta que puede mezclar y combinar, así como lasaña, etc. Ideal para llevar a nuestras caminatas por los lagos. El servicio siempre fue muy amable. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!
