Madras Cuisine in Birmingham

Went in to order with a friend. The lad was rude, listening to his earphones and did not acknowledge us. I ordered and he took payment and walked away, disappearing for around 15 minutes. He then came back with my food. My friend then ordered and he disappeared for another 40 minutes before bringing her food. By this time my food was cold and unappetising. Customer service was none existent and for such average tasting food, I would rather take my money elsewhere. Honestly, give this place a miss.

When this was masala twist they had the best chief had the best curry ever from this place in my life and i have been haveing currys for over 25 years with the new busniess new cheif rude find him racist he only likes his own kind. We love in England people need to learn to be diverse

Have ordered many times but recently something seems to be wrong with every meal. This time the rice wss over cooked and the chicken in the dansak was so tough we couldn't eat it. Last time we order I'm afraid

They are so rude they just delivered food to my door that what you called food they sent. There food is normally so good i have ordered here few times . they was swearing at me and being aggressive and i called few times to try sort it out its the worst service i received . my food is disappointing discussing its not fresh . the chef cleary does not care has not got any standed how can you send food out like that . I never ordering here again avoided this place you might get food poisoning.

First taste from Madras, efficient friendly service and the sea bass fillets were deliciously superb!

They do a nice masala sauce here.

Great meal always hot and pleasent staff

Changed its name to madras cuisine and had a grand opening on 16th September 2019. Had leaflet through the door as never tried before, well what a big mistake that was and now we know why we never tried. Popadums were stale, mint sauce spicy, chicken tikka masala was extra spicy like eating a Baltimore. Disgusting waste of money, never again. People think they can just open a curry house on a whim trying to cook curry. Horrible food , most of it went in the bin. Yuk yuk yuk.

Very good quality food, always hot whether picked up or delivered. Pity they no longer accept cards since joining just eat

Currently waiting for food that should have been delivered 30 minutes ago.... Eventually got through on phone to be told we were going to have to wait another 20 minutes.... Service appalling as when we did get through they couldn't be less bothered if they tried as they already have our money...
