Today I visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointment. the portions are shockingly small for the price., making it feel like a complete rip-off. Paying such high prices, you 'd expect a decent amount of food, but what we got wasn't enough, we had to go to another restaurant to complete our lunch. on top of that , the service was subpar- slow and inattentive. for the money they charge, you 'd expect much better quality all around. Definitely not worth it I wont be coming back. this restaurant is a hub to steal money from their customer, they are thief. be carful of them!

I ordered food through Uber Eats. Madras Accent ran out of food that day and they cancelled the order giving the reason - customer cancelled. Instead they should have mentioned - Ran out of food. Due to which my money is not refunded. I called Madras Accent multiple times. But they are not helpful at all and money is not returned. It is more than 2 weeks now.

This restaurant should not accept delivery orders. They are incapable of delivering in time ever. This is the last time I will ever order from them. The food is great but the hassle isn’t worth it. Excuse after excuse. Completely lousy organisational skills,

absolutely terrible food. very very over priced. The meat dishes hardly any meat in it. dosa consistency was leather like. absolutely terrible. It is like throwing money into a drain. The owners really should consider what they are serving the customers and make some very serious changes. i will never ever go back to this restaurant.

I can’t comment on the food. I stood waiting to be seated for five minutes while the waitress didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I get that she might have been busy, but it’s the height of rudeness in hospitality. Won’t bother going back.

Only a small restaurant so worth booking if you're visiting at what's likely to be a popular time. Whilst they serve meat there is a very good range of vegetarian and vegan choices. The Samosa Chaat was exceptional and I can never resist Bhel Puri on a menu. Would have liked my Mysore Masala Dosa to have been crispier but still very tasty. Their Dal Makhni, though, is not to be missed - superb. £46 for two including rice, sparkling water and tip - not cheap but reasonable value for money in the current market. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Bromley area.

This restaurant has gone downhill since it first opened. I loved ( decor is homage to South Indian cinema) coming here for its authentic food (it’s like mums cooking) to what I had experienced was just simply awful. I went on Boxing Day, we were the first customers there, bang on 5pm. We really looked forward to dining there as I’ve been on a few occasions, even though I felt it was pricy I thought it was good food. On Boxing Day we had sent several dishes back, one was a fish dish smelt awful. Like it was defrosted and then deep fried the odour was enough to put anyone off eating it. The waitress agreed it smelt very pungent. This was a starter and came out last. We ordered several starters which came last. Mutton dosai kids favourite, the filling was hot and the dosai cold. Not fun eating a cold dosai - it doesn’t work. Masala tea was presented in a cute carrier but the volume was around 150ml, shockingly little for its price. I get that aesthetics play a part but there is nothing worse than feeling ripped off. We spent around £220 for dosais that were cold, bought out at various times so it didn’t flow when you had the mains on the table. Because it’s small restaurant there isn’t enough space to have a big dosai plate and late starters. It was awkward for the service staff as well us the customers. Two of the “spicy” starter dishes were just ketchup and soy sauce and chicken just tossed into it. Really disappointing in the value, and food taste. Real shame as it was becoming our firm favourite place to eat for those days you fancied a dosai. On all of the occasions the waiting staff were great, they are students trying to earn and I support their initiative. I do believe the owners need to re-think and review the sub standard food and value. Don’t just capitalise on the location alone. Business is about customer relations, satisfaction which drives loyalty and repeat growth for business . One off transactional sales isn’t sustainable long term. It’s really off putting. Sadly won’t be going back, I work far too hard to throw away money like that.

Always really good tasty food. Quick delivery time and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Malaysian fried rice and a roast duck, pork with egg fried rice is what we normally order and its always consistently nice every time.

Terrible! The hot and sour soup was very salty and inedible. The won tan in the soup hardly had any meat in it. The noodles were very greasy.

My neighbours and my husband and I enjoyed a most wonderful evening celebrating a birthday last night. The service food and atmosphere was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good quality dining out. Judy Field
