There’s construction on right now, so St Paul views are blocked and hence the feels like paddock full of people.

Stunning roof garden bar & restaurant. Had a gorgeous evening watching the sun going down & then dining with a view of the city around us by night. Not cheap but worth it!

Great ecperience, Max was extremely nice and welcoming.

Service was excellent. The guy name Max was very helpful and well behaved.

Lovely rooftop bar with gorgeous views, great outdoor music and seating with heaters and a great dj. Indoor restaurant is lovely too with some nice food and large drink variety. All staff were helpful and kind and Sachin our server was very friendly, attentive and went out of his way to make the experience great. Would recommend!

On 22nd of March, l had a birthday group lunch for my friend the restaurant service was wonderful, but the roof top bar was awful service. We had a booked table and 6 bottles of wine and champagne, but the manager was rushing us after 30mins and very aggressive to us. We did not even drink 3 bottles of wine and they took our bucket away and brought the security guard to hover over us. It was very intimidating and not the level of standard I expected from Madison. We were all well behaved and not violent so it was surprising how we were treated. They literally threw us out. I felt so bad for my friend who was celebrating her birthday after she spent over £3000

Decent brunch menu but the chicken / waffles were quite dry and eggs were overcooked. The venue is lovely and the views on a sunny summer day from the terrace were fabulous. Great service by Ashvin, our waiter as well.

Celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary here was beautiful. The view of St Paul’s was breathtaking taking. Food was incredible and the service was wonderful. Sachin and Avin took care of us, and were able to advise us on food and drink choices breaking down what to expect. The heal menu catered for our personal choices well. Thank you for having us.

One word - HORRENDOUS! Lovely views and a great open air space, but that’s extent of our good experience. Below is a quick summary of our visit on 09/05/21: 1. Pushy bordering rude waiting staff: almost forced us to order all our food including appetiser and main course along with drinks at once. He just won’t relent despite our multiple requests until we ordered everything. Apparently he had a specific bill target to meet (given by the management)! We ended up spending £160 for two people, which is in general quite alright. It’s just that we felt quite forced. 2. Average food: dry and flavourless! 3. Rude security staff: almost trampled us when we tried to take a quick picture of St Pauls. Overall, a terrible experience. I know Madison is popular (mainly because of St Pauls views tbh), but they don’t give a damn about customer experience, quality of food or just basic decency. NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing atmosphere and staff. My clients are very happy visiting what they called the "nice part of London". Luca was incredibly helpful and the experience wouldn't be the same without him. His detail to not only myself but my clients needs was a refreshing and unmatched experience. Ugne was also one of the most welcoming staff members I've ever experienced. Amazing all round.

Ashvin was amazing. Super attentive and extremely competent as well as professional. Checking on us regularly and making sure all was good. Madison is lucky to have him!!! We will return and ask for him personally. The food was delicious specially the tuna starter. Drinks were fabulous, really liked the passion fruit mojito. Watching the sunset with this lovely food and service was marvellous.

ASHVIN was amazing, so sympathetic and very kind. From the moment we were seated, ASHVIN made our dining experience unforgettable. Attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Every interaction felt personal and sincere — it’s clear he truly cares about his guests. What stood out most was his perfect balance of efficiency and friendliness. He never hovered, yet was always there at just the right time. Our glasses were never empty, our questions were never unanswered, and our table always felt like a top priority. ASHVIN elevated our evening from great to outstanding. Restaurants need more stars like him — we’ll absolutely be returning, and asking for ASHVIN by name!

Drinks are overpriced and the terrace is currently blocked so there's no views and barely any space

Lovely warm welcome; waiter was polite and attentive giving an explanation and recommendation on drinks. Waiter asked about allergies which was very comforting for me as I a have seafood and crustacean allergy so there were certain drinks I could not drink which I wouldn’t have known had he not asked. Booked for bottomless brunch. The food was bang average. Sounded really nice on the menu but really low quality in itself. I had the beetroot salad and it was pretty much tasteless. Deep fried Korean chicken doesn’t really need a chef either. The steak, meh, some wilted rocket on the side. Chips were ok. Dessert in a glass that should be banished to cheap American diners and filled with poor quality ice cream. And a soggy bottomed cheesecake. All a bit Iceland-esque and given the bill was £175 for just two of us….. We sat with empty glasses 3 times, chasing someone ever time and more than once yet we were really rushed into dessert. We asked for a break but they kept coming back to ask for the order time and time again until we gave up. It’s a two hour slot and they were pushing dessert into us after only an hour. Place was pretty dead for a Saturday afternoon. Polite staff but zero engagement. At the end of the two hours they put the bill on the table …??? We’d have probably bought cocktails had someone bothered to upsell us but we took our hint and left. Then they had the audacity to whack 15% service charge. Would I go back? Hell no. Would I recommend? Nope. I’m just lucky I was with good company. Madison has since replied to me asking what could they have done better?? The answers to your question are literally in this review.

We booked a table for 11 a week before and after being there for 1 hour in the bar we were given a reduced menu with the waitress telling us of kitchen problems and certain food being retracted even from the reduced menu. We walked out as awful service and no prior warning of the reduced menu or apology with the problems occurring in the morning. Also building works and hoarding up on the roof so terrible to no views

I booked a table for my birthday here and it was the best decision! The view from the top was amazing, the food was very tasty and the cocktail was one of the best drinks of my life.

Madison is always a good idea. The weekend set brunch is great, all the options were lovely, especially the chicken and waffle and croquettes as starters, they were very tasty and well seasoned. Good value for money. The location is perfect with a glass lift to reach the restaurant and views of St Paul’s. The drinks area is sunny, lively and with shades so the sun isn’t too much, perfect for a weekend afternoon. The waiters were attentive and nice. 10/10 all around

From the moment we arrived, his energy, professionalism, and genuine friendliness stood out. He was attentive without being intrusive, made excellent recommendations, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the night. Will probably be back for sunset drinks as the view and ambience is lovely. Unfortunately they failed to explain the menu to us well and were having problems in the kitchen. The wrong order was placed on our table first and even though I wrote a note on my reservation about my brother’s birthday, it was not acknowledged until we were finished and standing by the lifts to go down. A little happy birthday plate would have been a nice touch.

Terrible service and rude staff. Food was very bland and average poor quality meat. Very young vibe and scruffy appearance even though “there’s a strict no trainers policy”everyone had trainers on the feet! Overpriced and not somewhere I would recommend to anyone.

Food with almost no flavor, for example the tataki. The service was great, but the food-price ratio seemed exaggerated to me. The food leaves a lot to be desired. There are plenty of places in London.

Upmarket bar in New Change shopping complex opposite St Paul's. The better view of the London skyline is from within the restaurant or the separate dedicated viewing platform that varies it's opening hours. Pleasant enough

He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering. His recommendations for drinks were spot on, and his warm personality made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place for a drink with fantastic views and excellent service from Luca. Definitely worth a visit!
